The staff were extremely friendly and my tacos were the best I’ve had in a long time. Messy but amazing. If you at C gates in Memphis airport stop and see them.

Eat BBQ. First off, service sucked! I walked up and the server looked at me like, what? After an uncomfortable pause, she may have said, what chu want? Don’t really know, but I ordered two beef tacos. She made them, never again making eye contact or speaking. I took the tacos to the cashier, who was even less congenial. I smiled, and she rang up the order. I handed her my card and was handed the receipt. She may have grunted once, but never spoke an audible word. When I got to the table of friends, I noticed both the shelves were broken so they would not hold the filling. The meat was so soggy that the shells would not hold the meat for long anyway. The food was horrible. While it had spice, it tasted like boiled hamburger with a handful of chili spice thrown in, just not good. When I was doing my expense report, I noticed the receipt said, Funk beef taco, which was very appropriate. I will never go back! In a city where there is so much good food, I don’t know how a place like this can exist. HORRIBLE!

Very disappointed. Cook prep /grill area was a mess. Not a clean place to sit. Tables were all dirty. Most drinks were out on the soda fountain. Filthy restaurant.

Food was bad, service was bad, but the food options at this tiny airport are so limited you can’t really avoid it. The staff were rude and I couldn’t actually understand one of them, the cashier screwed up counting change, and they were out of tortilla chips by 1130am!

Not bad for airport food, but employees act like they don’t want to be there, the place is dirty and there were fruit flies. There was no manager available to report this to.

Zero stars. I understand you shouldn’t expect much from airport food but this place was GROSS. My boyfriend and I got burritos. I didn’t ask for cheese on mine because I’m lactose intolerant and when I nicely explained this to the girl she smashed it against the garbage and preceded to angrily remake my burrito. The chicken and rice were so mushy and over cooked they were like paste. All the salsas on the sidebar were old and watery. My boyfriend burrito was ripped and fell apart and out chips were stale and hard as a rock. Nothing was good about this place. The management seriously needs to reevaluate the staff.

First time at Moe’s anywhere. Not a good experience. Had the steak burrito bowl. While the meat was tasty, much of the rice was way undercooked and hard. They did not have many of the advertised add-on ingredients. The salsa bar had 3 of the 5 advertised salsas. I want to try Moe’s again, but I’ll probably not do it at the airport.

Not as good as Chipotle, Freebirds, and Bullritos. Similar style, they assemble the burrito or such in front of you as you dictate the ingredients. The food didn’t seem as fresh or as good as their competitors. Specifically: the chips and tortilla were not as fresh, the queso wasn’t as good, the pork had less flavor, and the salsas were lacking in «kick» and there wasn’t even a «hot» salsa option. Disappointing, but sadly there are not many options in the Memphis airport.

Judging by the address, this is the Moe’s at the Memphis Airport. There are others in town, but this one is at the airport, and this review is just for that one. I was delighted to find a place in Memphis, TN that served Southwestern cuisine, even if I had to find it in an airport. Not only that, I found they serve a burrito with a «tofu» option, and I had to have it. For about $ 8.50, you get the burrito with tofu, vegetables, and rice wrapped in a multi-grain tortilla. You can get the regular white tortilla if you want, to. I could not believe my eyes — whole grains, tofu, and organic vegetables. Amazing. The burrito, itself, was pretty good, too. It reminded me a lot in size and feel of the type of burrito you could get at Chipotle or Qdoba, complete with guacamole. The biggest difference is that their hottest hot sauce is «medium,» and that’s it — nothing hotter. There are three options, and all are good, but they are all mild, or «medium,» which is the same as mild to me. Nonetheless, all the salsas were fresh-tasting, had a good flavor, and were adequate for my needs. After all, i did not expect to find good Southwestern food in Tennessee, and this exceeded expectations. Another nice thing is that they serve beer, too. The price was only a couple of bucks more than outside the airport, so that’s cool. All of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The dining area was relatively clean as well. All in all, not a bad experience, and a restaurant I will remember next time I come through the Memphis airport. One last note — The airport has«free» wifi, but I was unable to connect while in this restaurant. Outside the restaurant, the connection was easy, and instantaneous.

This little crap hole, airport fast food Mexican joint surprised the crap out of me at breakfast this week. First the employees… Once great and one awful. Pretty typical at an airport where you’re not looking for repeat customers. The ‘ordering’: Well, it was breakfast and it appeared to have two options. A Breakfast burrito or a breakfast bowl. I went with the bowl. Five different meat options, eggs, potatoes, and a dozen or more extras to fill your bowl. I went with lettuce, cheese, onion and hot sauce. Once you pay, you sidle over to the salsa bar where you’re given 5 options. I went with the medium red sauce since I already had hot sauce on my bowl of food. Outstanding flavor. I ate the entire bowl. It tasted so good. Surprising! I’ll be back.

Employees were nice. I had breakfast while waiting for my flight. They had 3 options for breakfast which all had meat but they made me a veggie burrito. Burrito was large but nothing special. The veggies didn’t look as fresh as one would expect. With a bottle of water, I paid almost $ 10, but prices are always more in airports. They do have a nice size assortment of hot sauces, but I felt that their hottest sauce was still not hot enough.

This place is similar to Chipotle, where you stand in line, and they build your taco/burrito as you pick your ingredients. I got a chicken taco, threw in sauteed onions, cilantro, and some guacamole. It was okay, but it did seem a bit pricey. The nice part is that it’s really quick to get your food. Ready by the time you get to the cashier.

I don’t know if this location gives you the proper portion or if every other Moe’s is just generous but the burritos here are tiny. And with the usual airport price-hike, I’m always left completely unsatisfied and wondering where my $ 9 went. They’re skimpy on the protein and are usually out of several of the toppings I try to use to make up some room. Never been impressed by the chicken at Moe’s anyway. Soggy and somewhat tasteless. I do love they’re super-hot sauce even though this location never has it out at the salsa bar. Go over to B concourse and hit up Lenny’s you’ll be glad you did…
