This is a good place, great service and great group of guys working there. It is a MUCH different atmosphere than the verizon store across the way I am used to. The staff here is nice and actually helpful, who knew?

This review is about the staff, not the service this company provides. This was my 3rd attempt to get an iPad issue resolved and my first attempt at the Millbury store. Andy Pina was not only extremely helpful, he made sure my issue was fully resolved before I left the store, even though this was not a commissionable action. I was elated! I suggest you see Andy if you need any thing at all from AT&T

Nice people… but… I called and the greeting was «home of the iphone 3gs». Got there and there were lines. I was late and anticipated them being out of phones, no problem. come to find out they never had any 3gs phones except pre orders. Last time i checked, you didn’t have to pre-​order whoppers from the place they call home. Its ok to run out of product, but don’t advertise a specialty that you can’t produce.
