Absolutely angered! Called ahead of time for a $ 70 funeral arrangement and ended up with a handful of roses with little daisies in them, hand wrapped! Not even in a vase. I could have made the same arrangement for $ 20. Extremely disappointed and angered that I wasted my money here. Even one of the associates was stunned that the Owner charged me that much for such a horrible arrangement. This place is a rip off, would never recommend this place!

Awful experience! No one acknowledged we were even there and then after we initiated conversation it was one word answers. I know it Mothers Day but really??? Seriously awful customer service.

I love this florist! I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now, and I’ve consistently been happy since and thought it was time I shared how great they are at this Conroy’s flowers. Dhiru, the owner, goes above an beyond in helping to deliver flowers. Not only are they great about same day delivery (because sometimes I am a little bit of a procrastinator), but Dhiru helped me personally when I needed a last minute delivery, even delivering flowers for me himself to my mom after hours on his way home from his shop. While I grew up in the area, I now live out of town and can always count on very friendly, personable, and helpful service from this family-​run business.

I’ve used these guys a few times and they have done a great job at getting my order out and getting it right. They just expedited my after noon time, same day delivery request. I’m pleased with their professional phone conversations. I recommend them.

My husband ordered a small arrangement to be sent to my work. He asked for the roses to be red. When the arrangement arrived, The roses were yellow, not red, and completely wilted. I could not believe that this flower shop was ok with delivering flowers that were clearly wilted and dying.
I called and spoke to a woman who looked up my order and have me the option of coming in to exchange the arrangement or they could drop another off. They ended up dropping another arrangement off three hours later and they still didn’t get the color of the roses correct. But these arrangement was fresh.

I cannot express how horrible this florist is. My husband placed an online order on Feb. 4th for Valentine’s Day… not at the last minute. The flowers were to be delivered to my work. I waited at work until 5:10pm and nothing came, my office closes at 5:00pm. My husband had started calling the florist around 3pm when nothing had arrived but the phone just rang and rang and rang. I started calling the florist at 5:00pm and finally an incredibly rude man answered the phone. Very politely I explained to the man that my flowers had never been delivered and that my office was now closed and I was on my way home to which he replied, «That’s not my problem.» I asked if he could contact his delivery driver and have them delivered to my home to which his response was, «fine.» Not to anyone’s surprise I never received my flowers.

The service was great, the samples were amazing, and the customization options were superb. I got a corsage for my homecoming date and I couldn’t be happier. The price was right and they will work with my date to match the one she is getting me. Great place, would recommend to everyone!

This morning I noticed that the gogeous dozen long stem roses my husband sent me for our first anniversary were wilted to the point that I would need to throw them out. Knowing he probably spent some money on them for being last minute and delivery I decided to call and see what the policy was. I forget the lady I spoke with but she was very sweet and apologetic. She said they do guarantee their flowers and it shouldn’t have happened. She offered for us to pick up a replacement that day. I guess the only thing that would have made it better would be if they redelivered, but we don’t get home until later anyway. I was very happy with their response and guess I could not have asked for much more. I would use them again based on their great customer service!

VALENTINE’S DAY FIASCO WITH CONROY! I ordered and paid over $ 80.00 for an arrangement consisting of orange spray roses, hot pink spray roses, hot pink roses and orange roses accented with salal and a hot pink ribbon — delivered in a stylish orange bunch 18 ” vase.
Bouquet is approximately 14 ½″ W X 18″ H and what was received was 14 short stem roses and a red carnation in a 6″ vase! It looked like it was worth $ 20 at a supermarket!
