Ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go a few weeks ago– my normal order every time I eat here. I had almost finished the entire thing when I found a ladybug in the bowl. Called the store to complain, left a message with the girl who answered, was told someone would be back in touch, and never heard from anyone. What great customer service. Guess I’ll visit Panera from now on

This place has gone downhill. Cold soup. Small portions waited forever. Manager rude. Have been to several mcallisters this one is the worst

I love McAlister’s, but this location worries me. Every time I walk in the door, the employees are running around frantically. The cashiers look more miserable than anyone I’ve ever seen, and there’s one girl there who will always give you one of those half complaining responses when you ask how she is. They do have plenty of seating though, and they seem to keep the place clean. I just wish they’d get some more people on staff to take some of the stress away from the employees. Other than that, they get my order right and it’s out relatively fast.

Always, excellent food and excellent service, and the extra benefit, is it is close by to work, Highly recommend the French Dip, but there are lots of other good options on the menu, depending on what you are in the mood for

Excellent Service and Great Product After lousy service and less than a stellar presentation of a Muffaletta, I had pretty much given up on McAlister’s Deli I was wrong. Tried this place about a week ago, ordered the Muffaletta and it was great. Service was excellent and that was my problem with the other McAlister’s. Service was not there in a couple of other locations but not the case here. Strongly recommend.

First time here after panera was closed and we were NOT disappointed! Potato soup was amazing. Club sandwich was delicious. I don’t care for mustard on cold sandwiches… but was it was so good! The sweet tea was brewed perfectly as well. I will be back for sure! OH! And the biggest slice of cheesecake that we had to take Togo cause we were too full

Hands down our favorite place to eat. Everyone is also ready to serve(and usually it’s just me and the 2 kiddos since hubby works late). We had a terrible spill the last time we were in and I felt terrible. The staff’s response was«that’s what we’re here for.» Love, love, love this place!

My sandwich was just ok. The other three people with me, loved theirs. Mine was a product of bad ordering on my part. When I looked back at the menu and wonder what could have been.

I admit it, I love McAlister’s! This location however, is always hit & miss with me. Their service isn’t the best, the employees are always smug no matter if I dine there or get a «to go» order. The food is good though. I always get the BLT with potato salad & sweet tea. The tea & potato salad are consistent… always yummy. The BLT, not so much. Sometimes they’re extremely heavy on the bacon or lettuce. The restaurant is always clean, which is a plus in my book.

Been here about 3 times. It’s basically a better version of Panera bread with the same prices. Its a easy choice between the two. they have great service, good food and all for a decent price. probably one of the better sandwich shops around. easily would go here over subway, panera, jimmy johns. Cliff notes: Same prices of other deli’s but with better food

We usually hit McAlisters 2x a month to satisfy our craving for BIG, fresh salads that aren’t run of the mill. My current fave is the Savannah w/it’s sherry shallot chug-it-down-like-a-frat-boy dressing. Oh yeah, it also has greens, chicken, cranberries, goat cheese and other good stuff. We are also diggin’ the new southwestern inspired salad(got some of that dressing to go, thankyouveddymuch) and as always, the spuds that are the size of a pair of moccasins and the many sandwiches(personal fave is the french dip on the always fresh roll. C’est bon!) It gets crowded around 6pm but the service is good and they regularly make rounds to bus tables and refill their famous sweet tea(or my ever present Diet Dr. P) Sit on the shaded, gated patio on a nice day and enjoy a relaxing, breezy meal. If you are so inclined, finish off this lovely patio meal w/their Chocolate Lovin’ Spoon Cake(Oh. My. God. Soo good.)
