Lost order and had to drive away after paying. Had a bunch of errands to run for business last Friday so decided to just grab a quick lunch at MdDonalds since I was in a hurry. Big mistake. Drove up and waited my turn at the speaker to order. Placed order and pulled forward and paid. Pulled forward and they lost my order. Running short on time, even though I had paid, I was out of time because I had to be back to the office for a conference call so I drove off. Lost my order. No excuse. Last time I go to this location. For everyone else, it’s your choice because there are other options available.

Cheap, heart attack food, and turns you into a fat bastard if you eat too much of it. I’m Lovin’ It! When it is hot, versus sitting under a heat lamp for hours, the food is good. Love McDonalds.

I will edit this down for Unilocal. I frequent McDonald’s, mostly for coffee, because they are so ubiquitous. I would prefer Starbucks but they either lack market penetration or conclude that some areas have little potential… I never sit inside. After consuming the first cup I went in and asked for another. The girl who took my order ten minutes prior asked if I had been there before. I replied that she served me just ten minutes ago, though I really don’t expect them to remember customers. She looked at the empty cup and back at me without taking action. I said I will pay for it — it is ony one dollar. She called the manager over who asked me again if I had been there before. I told her that I have been here, outside drinking the coffee that I purchased ten minutes ago. She said that free refills are only available for indoor customers. I repeated that it is only one dollar and I will pay it but I just want the coffee. Why would anyone ever want to go to an establishment that makes such a scene over a lousy cup of coffee — to which, I might add, I bring more to this event than they provide. So, employees who interacted with me, you are not even worth the minimum wage you receive. Neader family(franchisee), these attitudes and cultures start at the top so you are either negligent or this is exactly how you want your store run. Donald Thompson,(is it really lonely at the top?) I hope you are not the one who dictates that whomever is at the register yell out in Pavlovian fashion«Welcome to McDonald’s» each time the door swings open. Putting in the elements of customer service where there is none makes it’s absence more noticeable.

Okay, before you think I am crazy for giving McD’s four stars, know that I am not comparing it to Ruth’s Chris or another high end, fine dining establishment — that would be comparing apples to lobster. What I am scoring on is the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of staff, expedience of ordering, and the variety of foods. This location is very comfortable inside. Newly remodeled, buttery leather seats, nice wide tables, round tables, high tops, lotsa space. I usually hit them up four times per week for my Diet Dr. Pepper addiction. The $ 1 drinks can’t be beat. On rare occasions I get the Mocha Frappé and it is far better(and cheaper!) than the version you’d find at Starbucks. I don’t eat here often but when I do, I appreciate that I can get salad or yogurt & granola, my kids get apples and milk w/their meal and pretty much everyone can find something. In all the times I have come here never once have they messed up my order. I especially love that when I hit the drive thru they wipe down the sides of my drink before handing it to me and they are always very friendly.
