Wendy’s

This is the best looking Wendy’s I have ever been to. This place looks very modern and clean. I give it four stars for its looks but as far as the food goes, not too great. My fries were over salted all I tasted was salt and no potato taste. I had to eat some of my daughter’s fries which didnt have much salt. The girl at the register didnt look happy to be there and didnt help out when I was deciding which meal to get. I must say that the food was ready really fast, we paid and by the time we walked to the other counter the food was there waiting. Now thats fast food! Just wish my fries weren’t so salty.

Much nicer now that they have updated the store and layout. The food, in my opinion, has improved nationally. Service is fair and when we have gone to this particular store, we have found our orders pretty accurate. Be careful of their Health Dept score because it has fluctuated quite a bit touching the lower 90s. It is now 96.

Worst customer service. The ambience of the store is awesome. But what they make in kitchen does really matter. They served me a grilled chicken sandwich. I sensed that the chicken was stuffed in definitely a day old. When I complained, they didn’t trust me and asked to bring the half eaten stuff. ReAlly embarrassed! Then they agreed after a big argument. The manager never cares abt complaints. If money is their only target then they will run out of business. Pls teach them a lesson my fellow patrons.

Don’t expect your order to be right, ever. Check the screen, receipt and bag before leaving or be prepared to come back or eat your food differently from how you ordered it. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult for employees here to comprehend plain or where they even find people to hire that are this incompetent. Its so unfortunate Wendy’s has the best burger in fast food hands down but the worst service.

I give it a one because it won’t let me give it a zero which is what the deserve!!! Cheese baked potatoes should have enough cheese to know its on there. Asked for them to put some on it and got told that’s all it gets. So she threw away the potato to make a new one. No thanks just give me my money!!! It’s better customer to throw it out and give money back, than to put some cheese on the thing!!! Go to the other Wendy’y instead of this one.

Fries were over salted, had black spots and were cold IMHO. Tried the bacon double cheeseburger with everything on the new Pretzel Roll recipe. It was good with the artisan lettuces and such and I recommend it, but it is hecka greasy. A bacon burger greasy, shocking, I know, right? But hear me out. They should hold cooked beef over a drain for ten seconds before making the burger.
Ate inside. I find the new décor modern and gorgeous. The chocolate frosty I got was as good as I remember. Service was great. Friendly cashier and manager. Improve the food and I’ll up my stars.

Wendy’s has moved into the 21^st century!
This location must be recently remodeled because it features a wall fireplace & lots of flat screens to order from. They also have the Coca Cola freestyle drink machines.
Because everything was shiny and new, the food obviously tasted better so go in & check it out!

I come to Wendy’s a lot but this is the first time I wrote a review it’s always been regular fast food; however this time it was horrible and we where very close to walking out and I don’t think we will ever go again. My salad had hairs in it and the meat was cold. We got the manger to give a free $ 20 coupon but honestly I don’t think we will ever use it or go back.

Stopped in here for dinner. Wished I had chosen some other place. The place has a funky smell. I think it has to do with the fact that the dining area is carpeted and the carpet is really hard to keep clean with all of the foot traffic and fast food grime.
I ordered the Boneless Buffalo meal — boneless chicken with buffalo wing sauce, french fries, and a Diet Coke.
The girl running the register took a long time to get my order completed — she was having problems finding the correct plastic top for my meal. The place was not that busy — the other employees were goofing off.
I finally got my meal and went over to dispense myself some ketchup for the fries. When I got to the Ketchup dispenser — I was grossed out to find a very dirty cleaning towel laying on the counter right in front of the Ketchup.
After getting my Ketchup, I went to find a table to sit at — many of the tables were dirty — when you looked at the tables with the late afternoon light shining in the windows and reflecting off the tables — you could see lots of dried residue was present on many tables. And there was trash here and there on the floor.
Started to eat my meal — the chicken was lukewarm. The only thing decent in the entire meal were the french fries — the fries were hot and crisp. But that is not enough to overcome the smell of the place, the staff, and the general poor condition of the place.
This location needs a major retrofit and a new manager!
