The girl Haley was very very rude today when I went through the drive thru. She didn’t have a menu so I asked to see one because I was ordering for other people. She responded «what do you want» and was so so rude and nasty when she tossed the menu at me when I got up to the other girl who had a menu for me to look at. She then proceeded to ring my order up wrong and had to scan my card to credit back the mistake. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to a Manager and Eric who was standing outside was smerking at me the entire time after saying there wasnt a Manager. Nolan came to the window and I told him what happened and he didn’t apologize or anything so I just said I’d call corporate and the owners later. I won’t go back or make a food run there for my employers business anymore.

My family loves Chick Fil A! So nothing bad to say; however, I think maybe they should serve the nuggets by weight instead if numbers. I bought 12 nuggets, but received 11 and they counted a small breadcrumb as the 12^th.

It doesn’t get better than this location. From the service and kindness of the staff, to the piping hot chicken — Excellent.

I hate the new way that you go through the drive-​thru. I understand why they did it, because it is always super busy. Maybe it was just the procedure for just today and not every single day. So the usual when you have a member take your order on the ipad but no car was ever near the menu. That was aggrevating. Yea maybe i should know the menu items but i still like to look at a menu. Then no one was able to scan my chick fil a one app.

Wow! I have always loved Chick-​Fil-​A, so I make a point to stop every time I have an opportunity. This location is by far the best I’ve been to. The set up in drive thru is exactly what every drive thru should be doing. I paid for my food before I ever got to the window. The food was hot and fresh. The customer service here was better than I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Every person I saw with a Chick-​Fil-​A name tag had a smile on their face. This place should be the example for all the rest.

The staff is amazing at this location. they are polite, helpful and always willing to make any problems (which are rare) right. I made a mistake with MY order and they corrected without hesitating. The food is fresh, the staff is great, and the restaurant is always clean ! Great job chick fil a!!! Loyal customer here!!!

Usually this Chik-​Fil-​A is always on point… Tonight however, they ruined my whole dinner that I brought home. Everything was wrong and it was missing items. I hate to say it but when the adults are working during the morning and day, it’s always right. Unfortunately tonight I blame the teenagers. Very upset.

Best Chick Fil A !! Love how they support the schools. I ordered 5 meals for dine in and while getting my change, my food was waiting for me! I was surprised how fast it was ready! Then one of the employees helped me bring it outside. Employees kept coming around asking if we needed anything and cleaned up our table. I NEVER got this kind of service at almost any other restaurant let alone a fast food place. Kids love it, food is better tasting than a different one we visited. They also have events, fundraisers, & free breakfast on Wednesdays! This will be our spot if we crave Chick-​fiL-​a

I’m a huge fan of Chick-​fil-​A, so may be biased, but this place has quick service and can get you in and out really quickly if you’re in a hurry. The parking lot is a little hard to navigate and the exit is not very convenient to get out of if you aren’t going through the drive-​through, so watch the signs. Overall, a good experience for me though.

Great food, a new modern look, and beyond friendly staff make this Chick-​fil-​a great! Even if the drive thru is super long, they keep the cars moving so quickly. 20 cars in the drive thru here is quicker to get through than a 3 car drive thru at McDonalds! Plus, if they see you have a dog in your car, they will give you a doggy treat to give them. Above and beyond service here!

My grandchild loves this place! It’s our favorite place to eat. Great customer service & professional. Environment is nice and the place is clean!

They are so happy that it rubs off onto you. Always love coming here and leaving with a smile.

This is by far the BEST chick-​fil-​a that I have been to! Such nice employees (the many that I have encountered) and their food is always on point. (crispy tots and fries on more than on occasion) I would choose this restaurant anytime! Love it.

Wow. Okay. I ordered the chicken mini meal with hash browns and a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. The chicken minis are on point, so are the hash browns. The bacon egg & cheese biscuit however is probably the worst breakfast meal with egg I have ever tasted. The biscuit was dried out, the egg tasted like styrofoam and the bacon was burned. I would definitely recommend any other fast food restaurant if you’re wanting an egg something. People are always nice there and it’s a clean place, so it receives 3 stars bc I’m mad about my biscuit lol.

Typical Chick-Fil-A…just a bad location. Too congested in this area and the restaurant is always filled with stay at home moms and their kids. My tip? Use the drive thru — always… and try to stay away during rush hours.

I agree with what Robert H. said, food is very good, but service is better. I have only had one problem here, I went through the drive through and was missing a few items when I got home. I called and spoke to a manager, who asked for my address (which I gave him) and he said, «ok, thanks» and ended the call. I wanted to get the difference refunded and waited well over a month thinking maybe it was coming in the mail, but never got anything (this was over 2 mos ago). Bizarre. Other than that, the food is always great, they hire the brightest, most polite and friendly staff, and it’s always very clean. My favorites are the grilled chicken sandwich, fries dipped in their BBQ sauce (is that weird?), and their cookies & cream milkshake. YUM!

The service at this chickfila is fantastic. Constantly refilling customers drinks, always cleaning the doors, bringing everyone their orders, everything!

But what’s up with the layout? It was SO crowded during lunch, we were wondering why. Turns out it was mainly because of the inefficient layout that forced cars waiting for the drive-​thru and cars trying to get out into a single file line. It was so backed up, ouf.

I will have to agree about the service being excellent. Everyone is always super friendly to me when I come through the drive-​through. Earlier in the summer I was waiting in a long line at the drive through and a employee was outside handing out samples of their banana split shake, very tasty. Another time I was in the drive through lane and an employee was at the front of the line taking and verifying orders with the front.
I have only been inside a few times but on the last visit I brought my grandmother along. Not only did they help take our food to the table someone stopped back by and asked if they could get us a free refill. It doesn’t get much better than this for fast food. Oh and as far as the food goes the chicken has always been great. I usually go for the grilled chicken club sandwich or salad with grilled chicken. They have a nice variety of grilled chicken salads but the southwestern one is my fav.

This by far is my favorite Chic-Fil-A…maybe I’m biased, because it’s my local one. :D
Turnover in their staff is rare, I guess that’s due to good values from corporate & moral is high. I always see the same people, no matter what time of day it is. I like that!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that they have 2 drive-​thrus now, so convienient! They need it too, this location is ALWAYS busy.
Food & service is ALWAYS perfect.
Be sure to look out for the cow! He /​She is generally at the edge of the road or in the parking lot.
They also do many a family nights there, which I think is great.
