This place provides great customer service and cleaning. My clothes came back great. I gave it three stars because of the price. I dropped off 8 items and it came out to $ 93. Ouch!

I dropped off two dresses here on a Tuesday morning. One dress was for a wedding I am in, the other I would be wearing for a wedding I would be attending on Saturday. They told me both would be available for pick up on Friday at 5:30 PM. When I showed up, they had the first dress, but had misplaced the second dress that I was going to wear the following day. When they finally located it at their other store, it had still not even been cleaned. I left without the dress I was planning to wear.
When I came to return for it the following week, they charged me $ 17.55 per dress to clean, plus $ 20 for a 2″ hem. Ridiculous.
I would have given them a one star if they had not offered to drive my dress to me on Saturday morning. I was staying in South Laguna, so I opted out of their offer and simply wore another dress.

I rarely write reviews but I thought CDM deserves the positive feedback. Their service is impeccable. I have a family of five of which four have similar sizing. This can make sorting out the clean dry cleaning a pain. However, CDM cleaners organized the clothes by sizing and name brand! There was no need to rip off the plastic covers and separate the clothes. Saves a busy mom some valuable time. Clothes are clean, clean, clean! The curbside drop off and pick up and the 20% discount for Unilocal users are an added bonus. Friendly service too!

Donna, the manager, is so nice and pleasant that I would come back just because of her, but it’s also probably the most clean, modern dry cleaning store that I’ve ever seen, AND it’s environmentally friendly too. :) On top of all that, they offer:
— Free pick up & delivery
— Express curbside service: 2 reserved parking spaces in rear lot where you can park. If you call a few minutes ahead (949.505.2434), they’ll bring your clothes to your car.
— 20% off your entire order if you check-​in on Unilocal

It is hard to believe that this location has no Unilocal reviews! The people running this location are charming, and the service I had requested was done very quickly and perfectly, unlike another cleaner in the area.
Super clean location, very nice owner or manager, who gave me a coupon for future service, and welcomed me as a new customer. Seemed like very nice people, and I certainly was very happy with the services performed.
The one downside is that this is a very busy high use parking lot — so getting in and out, and depending on the day of the week, or the time of day, it can be very hard to find parking.
