This review is for the little post office in the back of the store.
The mean old lady with the missing teeth is slow and rude. She yelled at me once **YELLED AT ME** for accidentally ripping off the wrong certified receipt on my letter. Every other time she was super slow and cranky. Never smiled, etc.
The last time I went here to use the post office in the back, this younger lady (I am assuming she’s new?) refused to stamp my certified receipt because I had already paid for postage using the postage meter at my office. She said it was their policy and always had been. That’s weird because I’ve been going to Newport Stationers since 2010 because I practically work right across the street and that has NEVER been an issue. I drive the extra 10 minutes to the office off Camelback now.
The ladies who work at the register up front are extremely sweet and pleasant. It’s just too bad they seem to have zero control over the witches in the mail room!!!

Best kept secret in Newport Beach very convenient to have the US Post office beautiful selection gifts cards printing plus office supplies. Staff is helpful and friendly. A lovely lady her name is Gloria works in the back of the store she’s always busy most helpful to pack your items and box to ship… I’ve shipped many packages over seas and East coast. She detailed oriented professional and personable she’s outstanding!

When my Mother-in-law recently passed away and we needed invitations for her memorial I immediately thought of Newport Stationers (both of us had shopped there before together and loved it :)
Jennifer Bose did an amazing job helping with the printing and also made wonderful suggestions that under the circumstances I really appreciated and used. Once the order was placed it was ready to be picked up early the next day and they were perfect!
The store has great cards, gifts and postal service plus everyone is helpful and nice, but Jennifer is the perfect person to order any kinds of invitations or printing needs you have… can’t thank her enough.

Ooooh fun stuff for me! I absolutely love, love stationary. This place has a plentiful supply of beautiful note cards, personalized stationary, Papyrus, note pads, and classy items for the office. I forgot about this place until I was walking out of Rite Aid in the Gelson’s shopping center. I sauntered in and was immediately greeted. Plenty of staff to help. It appears they also have an area in the back for sending packages. They have a great supply of all paper products and items to fill your home office and lovely desk accessories. I was surprised they had some goodies I would come back to purchase for gifts. A beautiful gold and green jeweled box caught my eye. I use to go to their location on Birch but am delighted to discover this one right in my neighborhood. Really loved the great customer service and helpful ladies. Did I buy something? Of course. Can never have enough stationary for thank you’s and letting people know I am thinking of them.

Best of the BEST!
On the corner of San Miguel and San Joaquin is a center with a Gelson’s Market, and in that center is Newport Stationers. If there is ever something special that you are looking for they have it!
I’m talking about the most unique cards, special stationary, but most of all they have katundras. What are katndras? Those are those little things that you need around the house or office for that person or boss that is really hard to buy for. Now keep in mind that nothing here is cheap, but they have the most unique items for that special person.
The staff is friendly, but at times a little slow, an old but they get the job done eventually.
