Picked up a dozen to bring into work this morning. Excellent bagels. I am a HUGE fan of the pretzel bagel. I have never had a bad experience from an Einstein Bros. I really like the variety of bagels they have. Multiple whole grain options, as well as a few other unique options. I’ll go here over Panera anyday for bagels.

No real issues– the service was efficient and friendly, the store reasonably clean, and the bagels and coffee what you’d expect from Einstein’s. Not amazing but not a bad place to grab some breakfast. Definitely less of a crowd sitting down and doing work or having meetings etc then down the street at Starbucks– more of an older crowd coming in for their morning bagel and to hang out. Music playing a little«meh» as well. all in all, fine.

The espresso shot was GREAT. It was flavorful and woke me up immediately. We also got a bagel with cream cheese and an egg and cheese croissant, which later gave me a stomach ache. That’s why there’s only 3 stars. The girls there were fantastic, friendly and put a smile on my face! THANKYOU for that.

9.75 for large coffee/breakfast sandwich on gourmet bagel… bland sandwich — bagels seem small– coffee was good but $ 9.75 too much for breakfast

I love Einstein bros bagels but this specific store is not one of my favorites. I frequent this store and numerous times I’ve had to wait way too long for my food(usually just a simple bagel and cream cheese) while I can visibly see workers sitting around in the back while there is a long line of customers waiting. I still return to einstein bros for their awesome jalapeño shmear!

Probably the worst Einstein bagel shop I’ve ever been to. The staff are always grumpy and rude. Ordered two bagels, one sesame and one six cheese. Didn’t get a sesame bagel, instead got a plain bagel and a burnt six cheese bagel.

I ordered a dozen bagels online 9/19, with a pickup time of 6:00am today(9⁄20). Arrived at the store when they opened at 6 am only to be told their baker never delivered their bagels. I was on my way to MSU for a tailgate party, which is why I preordered. Only option was to go to another store. The manager was good about calling the Plymouth store for me, but they could have called me before I drove to Northville. I wish I could say this was my first bad experience at the Northville store, but it was not. I wish there were better alternatives in the area. A little competition might be a good thing.

I don’t get it — what takes so long to slice a pre-made bagel and slap some cream cheese on it and hand it to me? Every time I go here on a weekend it takes forever. Today topped the cake — almost 20 minutes from putting the order in until receiving my bagel. Staff mediocre at best. Coffee ok. The vanilla hazelnut tastes chemical infused. The neighborhood blend is all I can stand.

Ordered bagels and coffee two days in a row for a meeting in neighboring hotel. Things worked out great. Calling ahead helps but all in all good experience.

I’ve been going here for years & I’ve never had a problem although sometimes they are low on bagels and I’ve had to wait. I went here today and the service was fast and they were extremely friendly. I do recommend being careful in the parking lot, it’s chaotic!

I’ve stopped in here a couple times while xmas shopping with my sister for a quick lunch. We didn’t have any problems with the service & the bagels were all stocked up & ready to go. It can be a little crazy in this parking lot with all the people shopping at barnes & noble. So, just be careful leaving.

Poorly managed, last time I was a patron. Not only are they chronically short on the most popular bagels, we were told SOWHAT after we complained about an employee using the bushes as an ashtray. I go out of my way for my bagels now.
