This place needs a chipotle rescue or maybe new workers who actually care about making the food instead of producing over cooked meat, slow service and crunchy rice. I wish I could give this place a zero. I love chipotle but this is the worst location. I’m sure the boss burrito around the corner has harder working employees and better food.

The worst-run Chipotle I’ve ever seen — and I’ve frequented at least 20+, from CA to NY. Consistent 20-min+ waits in line. The team running this location can’t train a server line — after years! Sometimes they even unexpectedly close the location with a hand-written «closed for training» sign on the door. This place thrives only because it’s in downtown Oak Park. Love Chipotle, though.

This is by far the worst run Chipotle that I have ever been to. I have given them three chances and have been disappointed ever time. They are slow, the meat is improperly cooked compared to ALL other chipotles, and the regularly are out of items. I highly advise choosing a different Chipotle location over this one.

20 minute wait in line. They were out of steak. Another 20 minute wait after paying only to see them comp the meals of other people who had to wait too. Wont be coming here anymore.

It’s Chipotle’s. I like Chipotle’s and eat here about once a week. Thank you for being Chipotle’s.
Simple, organic, delicious, and if you don’t finish the whole thing it’s healthier for you than any burger joint.
