I showed up at this location with my 8 year old son to redeem his«Book It» coupon that he earned from his third grade teacher. I handed the certificate to on duty manager ADEMIR who scrutinized it and handed to me and says to me and my son in a rude tone says«Its expired!». I guess in the fine print it says the coupon must be redeemed in 30 days from issue. He earned it last December and it is now February. I attempted to explain to the manager ADEMIR that this was an reading award for an 8 year old but he would have none of it. Continuing in a rude tone he just said he would not honor it. Needless to say my son was disappointed. It is a sad day when a business and manager such as ADEMIR care more about a few cents than a child’s happiness.

Was charged 3 times I called to speak to the manager who kept saying well in our system it shows only one time. You can come pick up the proof. First of all why would I drive to pick up a price of paper when I have my receipt. I called my bank and they immediately credited me. The manager so rude and just a straight EVIL B*\%¥! Never again! I’m done ordering from you. Didn’t offer any apologies, and reimbursements, what kind of place doesn’t care about their customers! This one! I’d give it ZERO stars but since we can’t do that, one will suffice. HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT !

Amameer the shift manger refused to refund my money after a delivery driver gave me a pizza that was upside down and smashed to the back of the box. It must have been thrown and spun many times to look the way it did. I told this to the manager and he said he could not offer a refund until the General Manager said he could refund it. What kind of business is this place running? They never have deals. This is the second time I have had to contact your company about their terrible business practices. I am very very very upset about him denying me a refund for my terrible pizza experience. Every time I try and come back to pizza hut, experience is ruined even worse than the time before. The worst service, honestly I am not just saying it, I have ever had with any restaurant I have ever been to. I will never order pizza from this place ever again. I love Pizza Hut but I am done with it.

I placed a VERY simple online order for pickup at this location. One one-topping Garlic Knot pizza. That’s it. I arrive to pick up, and the employees give me a look like I am interrupting their conversation. The female employee comes over to ring me up. I pay, and I’m told to wait. This is already past the promised time, but OK, not that big of a deal. Another employee comes over with the pizza and seems rather nervous and scattered. He reads my name(wrong, but i forgive that too) and I stand up. He goes to the back and gets marinara sauce(?) and then returns, sliding the pizza box towards me. I asked to confirm it is the Garlic Knot pizza since he seemed a little unsure about the whole thing. Surprise! They have no garlic knots. Instead of making the pizza I ordered, they made a stuffed crust instead. He lies and says they called(my phone was in my hand from order to pickup, so no you didn’t). I said that was not cool, so he says they will give me a coupon for my next order. Really? You completely botch my order, try to give me the wrong pizza without telling me, lie to my face, and then think a coupon for a return visit makes it cool. Forget the fact that the pizza I ordered was more expensive than what they were giving me. If you can’t get such a simple order correct, why in the world would I order from you again? Plus, the look I got of the replacement pizza looked as if it had been sitting for a while and thrown around some. Definitely not fresh or well made! I said no, this was not cool, and I should have been told this BEFORE they charged me for my pizza. I said I wanted my card refunded. Thankfully they did it, but the attitude I got just added to the overall poor experience. Not returning, ever, and not planning on ordering from any other Pizza Huts after this either.

NEVERORDERFROMTHISPIZZAHUT. They did us a favor though, we’re sticking to actual quality pizza like Pinnochio’s or Domenico’s from now on. We made a simple online order, stuffed crust, bone in mild wings, and a Pepsi. We’ve never experienced an issue with this store until now. Mind you we were pretty excited to have pizza for dinner, long day hanging with our 3 babies. We received a plain cheese instead of the pepperoni we had ordered and boneless spicy wings. We called to simply request a correction and my husband was even willing to return our items to the store in exchange for our correct order. 2 employees gave us the runaround and the manager Gladys was a real classless moron. Having spent years in the food industry myself, I know that when you eff something up, you don’t go trying to prove the customer wrong. You do what is in your power to correct something and go above and beyond, like including a free side dish/dessert for YOUR screw up, or at least a complimentary future order. When my husband went to confront this person she not only brushed him off, but called security. Which only made her look dumb. I immediately took to Unilocal and am filing a formal complaint with corporate offices tomorrow. Evidently, we’re not the only unsatisfied customers. Good riddance Pizza Hut. You lost some pretty faithful customers today. You win the award for the most incompetent crew members by the way. So sad that these employees represent your company. Peace!

Always loved ordering from Pizza Hut until today the worst service I order food only two pizzas and a soda told me 35 minutes it’s been two hours later no food they close at one I’ve been charged I spoke to Francis the manager still nothing I’m sitting at home waiting for my food I paid for as their store is now closed will never order from pizza hut for the rest of my life and you better believe tomorrow I will call to speak to either an owner or franchisee

I only order pick-up at this location so this review applies to the pizza only. This is my favourite pizza place to order from in the neighbourhood. I order online and the pizza is always made on time. It’s very fresh and made exactly the way I want it. For some specials you get to choose unlimited toppings which is such a great deal. I like all the topping and sauce options too. The only issue I’ve ever had was when they ran out of mushrooms, but they did call me to let me know. I think for the price and quality, the pizza here is definitely worth it.

The employees were in the back eating pizza and ignored every phone call coming through. Yes, you read that right. They all seemed to hate working there. They were also super slow to put out orders. My pizza wasn’t done in the estimated time, which was fine but they moved so slow and didn’t seem to care at all. I was also standing around for quite a while before one of them came to the cashier to take my order. I’ve never witnessed such a lazy group of employees. I found it amusing yet shocking. Management needs to do something about this. The low reviews on Unilocal does not surprise me. This is the last time I’ll go to this location.

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. Normally don’t have issues with orders and food quality overall is pretty good. I ordered a pizza online, that new twisty crust one with pepperoni and jalapeños plus an order of wings. Seemed pretty straight forward enough. When I got the delivery the pizza was missing jalapeños. I called the store 26171 and spoke with a young lady at 5:45pm and let her know of the error. She did apologize and stated she could have another pizza made and would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes at which point they would deliver. Being that I was a 5 minute drive from the store thought I could wait since I wanted those jalapeños with my pizza. The alternative was to try and get a refund for the difference which seemed was going to be more trouble than it seemed to be. By 6:25pm I still had not received it so I called back and asked to speak to the manager. 2 minutes later the driver pulled up. I let the manager know this. His name is Carlos who seemed to not be bothered by my complaint or even apologetic. He stated well I got my pizza. I asked what he could do for the inconvenience of not only having to wait and additional 40 minutes but for cold wings as well. He said well he could give me a $ 5 credit for next time. I thanked him for this however I did not feel it addressed my complaint and it sounded like it was a bother to even offer that. In a time where there are several establishments that offer the same products it really makes me think twice about ordering again from here. So keep your $ 5 credit. I had not seen the other Unilocal reviews until now and am not surprised to see the average rating of 2 stars. You have a problem here Pizza Hut!

I’ve never had a problem until today. I ordered some wings, waffle fries, and the chocolate chip cookie. The bone-in breaded wings were fine but the boneless wings were a complete joke. I opened the box to find that I was given 4 normal sized pieces, and the other 4 «pieces» were just fried batter/crumbs without chicken in it. I’m not even going to try calling them and ask for a refund because as other reviews have said, no one who works there is going to care. So disappointed because I like pizza hut more than other chains, but I’m probably not ordering from them again in a very long time.

Ordered a pizza from pizza hut about 4days ago, I usually order from Dominos but I felt like I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time… And now I know why I never order from here! My first bite into the pizza was disgusting, the dough was not cooked fully so it was still very chewy and bland. I will never order from another Pizza Hut, they seriously do not take pride in theirs work. Worst, worst, worst customers service. I created a secure Visa Checkout account online, suggested by Pizza Hut. This allows security for the customer to not have their Credit Card information float around publicly. When they arrive with the pizza, they still want to take an insecure imprint of my card for everyone to see. I refused, because first it is not secure, and it is illegal, since I already paid for it securely online. They said it is policy and if I don’t let them imprint, they need to take the pizzas back. Like I can trust them now after they have already charged my card, I could not be certain they would credit back my card. Very sketchy this particular Pizza Hut, do not trust them!

The food got here really fast. I ordered a large pizza, an 8pc traditional wing, and a cookie. However, the wings were completely raw and that’s why it got here so fast because they didn’t bother to cook the food they delivered to me!!! The center was all red and I ate some before I noticed the center! Disgusted and disappointed in the establishment. Wish I could give this place a zero star review. They should be embarrassed to serve food like this. When I called to tell them they didn’t even seem surprised that I was calling. This should be monitored. They need a new cook and maybe even new management to get this place at a close to decent level. Raw wings, you can’t be serious, it’s not rocket science. I thought the point of delivery was to have cooked food sent to you.

Bf & I wanted some pizza after some good happy hour. and we chose here. It was the only one sort of close too his house. BLECK. It was in a slightly ghetto area. super small. and no likey. We got the large with pepperoni and onions. Hardly any pepperoni or onions. the crust was not yummy. it was just gross. I was disappointed. Not only that. they forgot to slice one part of the pizza. so we had two ginormous slices. They charge 55 cents per ranch. A mini little piece of crap ranch. –___– Not to mention. they have creepy dudes waiting outside of Pizza Hut to hit on every woman that walks in and out of there.
