If I could give no stars I would. Let me start by saying the staff was great especially Necy. The management here has no idea what customer appreciation is. I travel 40+ weeks per year so I am no stranger to living in a hotel. When I first checked in I knew I was making a mistake but it was close to where I would be working and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The first red flag was the $ 250 deposit they wanted because I prefered to pay cash. She told me I could only have a $ 100 cash deposit if I would check in with a credit card so I did. Then came the mound of paperwork required to check in. Including a price list for every item in the room in case I broke it. Oh and my personal favorite a towel inventory. They will not bring you clean towels but you can bring your dirty ones to the front desk and exchange them. There is way too much paperwork to list all that I had to sign but you get the idea. If you notice the free breakfast advertisement don’t fall for it. When I came to grab a muffin I was told that wasn’t for me because I’m a weekly customer. So if you’re staying for one night and paying $ 90 you can have a .99 cent muffin for free but if you’re paying them over $ 1000.00 for your 3 week stay you have to pay for your muffin??? The room is clean but the chairs are stained and the mattress is stained as well. The towels are so badly stained that I went to Wal-Mart and purchased my own. Now the icing on the cake. I went to check out only to be told that I can’t check out right now because there was no maid on duty to check my room for damages. Plus she was not authorized to give money back anyway. So much for getting an early start. It was 6:45 she told me I would have to come back after 8:00 to check out. So once again with the exception of the staff this place is the worst! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. The management does not care about its customers at all. Avoid this place!

It’s the worst inn I have ever been in my life. Dirty, nasty place with broken shower head and roaches all over the place.

Value. Stayed here a couple of nights to attend a Navy ceremony on base and hit a few social gatherings in town. At about $ 90/night, this place is perfect. Clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and parking is no problem. If you are in town for beach parties, seeking a love-nest, or one of this people that make your selections based on breakfast, save your pennies and pay double closer to town or out by the beach.

Not what I expected… This was a last minute reservation. We thought it would be closer to the beach. It was 15 miles from Pensacola Beach, with traffic it was about 30 mins during the week. Too long in my opinion, especially when you’ve been at the beach all day and want to go freshen up before heading back out. The rooms were decent, but they count the amount of towels they leave in the room, which I found odd. The sheets & bed covers were white and had stains, as well as holes in them. They have two buildings, an indoor pool, and a washer and dryer, which I found helpful, but sadly I didn’t have any supplies. We always go for a place that offers breakfast, but this place only had watered down orange & apple juice, coffee, small cellophane wrapped muffins & fruit cups. Not exactly what I expected. Overall I would not stay here & pay more to be closer to the beach.

This hotel was not good at all. The kitchenette did not have pots and pans like we were told. Tried to call the front desk 3 times no one answered. Went downstairs to ask the lady about them and she got upset because she had to get off a personal phone call. The breakfast was terrible just stale muffins and horrible juice. The only good thing was the bed was pretty comfy. Would not recommend for a family. Oh and the location is terrible.

This hotel sucks. We went to Pensacola FL for spring break. We did not like the place at all. They said they have high speed Wi-Fi Fi but it is more like slow speed Wi-Fi. When I went to the main lobby and ask for more bath towels they said i had to bring the dirty one to them. Wtf??? It’s a ghetto place. Everything is run down and old!!! Restroom is small and tight! Do yourself a favorr and don’t stay here. Spend your money else where!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting and the hotel, itself, wasn’t the best, but the staff is very friendly. A few flaws that’s in need of attention; there was mold, the pastries were stale and the frig(in our room) didn’t work at all, but again, I must give props to the staff, SUPERCOOL, especially Necy, thanks girl for everything, your personality is as beautiful as your smile.

Do not confuse the Ashton Inn & Suites with the Ashton Inn Extended Stay. Ashton Extended Stay is a dump. Ashton Inn & Suites. I loved my 2 month stay here. Rooms have coffee pots, iron and ironing boards, kitchenettes with pots pans, microwave and a full size refrigerator, desk, dining table for two, free wi-fi, a couch and a flat screen tv. I was not disappointed.
