Ive had a horrible experience! All the people who helped me with«the cut your bill in half» are now fired! Not only did they NOT cut my bill in half, one of my lines wasnot ported over and therefore i was told to open another line, THAT I later found out wasnot eligible for the refund of «early termination deal». So not only do I owe my old carrier hundreds of dollars, I’m now stuck with a line I didNOT want and my bill is about the same as with my old carrier! So my bill was NOT cut in half! And the service is horrible! I get dropped calls, picture texts take forever to go thru! So not worth it! Cant wait til the two years is up! If you go here, please make sure the person who is helping you knows what the hell they are doing! I cant even complain to the manager because the old one was fired! So with that please be cautious!

My family and I have been Sprint customers for 15 years. Though nice when I entered the store, Samantha, the manager promised to save me money with a great plan. My next 2 bills actually went up by 30%. I called and left over 10 messages with no returned calls. I couldn’t believe such bad customer service. Finally, I got a hold of the Owner, Edwin. He told me he’d make me a priority and take care of it himself. I spoke to him a week later, then nothing. I left him 3 more messages, no return calls. Looks like bad customer service starts at the top and permeates throughout the store. While so many companies are trying to get business, it’s hard to believe how bad they can be. Sad to say that after 15 years, I’ll be switching to a new carrier.

Although they were very helpful when I was there to buy when I returned a device they still have not returned it to Sprint and it is still on my bill. I have been to the store numerous times to no avail. All they have to do is ship it back. But I guess that is beyond their capability.

This review was long over due. I regret not writing it sooner. I went in last year towards the end of the year and switched over from over priced AT&T to sprint. Jake was great! He was an energy bunny!!! He helped me beyond any sales person did and made my transitioned as smooth as possible. I even kept my old number. I can’t remember the guy that fixes your phone but he was very helpful as we’ll. I’m planning on going this week to add a second line, which I can easily do over the phone but I choose to go into the store because of their customer service.
