Yum yum yum, the new Southern Fair Tenders are so good. As always the service was great, the food was hot and fresh. Love my Popeye’s

This is the friendliest one I have ever been too! Always happy. Food has been good.
Only complaint would be they sometimes run out of apple cinnamon pies. But they will try to make it up to you.

Going to have to drop the rating… Went in last night to do a order. drive thru… did my order. guy at the window seemed like he was paying more attention to his peers he was talking to in the store. handed me my drink, he said the straw would be in the bag. few minutes later was handed a box with no straw… whole time seemed he was in his own little world not paying attention… will take my business else where for food.

Horrible service. Go inside and order so you can point shit out to these people. Simple order taking through the drive through is too difficult and continues to be so. At this point, its my fault.

This place is a hit or miss on the staff being fast, friendly, and great at what they do. Depending on the day sometimes the staff is great and sometimes you’re like why are you even working here if you are so unhappy.
I have been overcharged one time for the same family meal. Then I went another time and I was charged correctly.
The chicken can be juicy or really dry depending I guess how busy they are. Not my favorite place to grab some Popeyes chicken as I have experienced better service from other Popeyes establishments.
My rating is for the drive through experience and not dining in.

I’ve come here many times. They forget something from my order EVERY TIME. I continue to come to this location because it’s the closest one to me and I LOVE Popeyes. I use my past experiences to double check my order with them at the window. I always order a chicken tender meal with red beans and rice, a couple packets of honey and a sweet tea. Simple order.
I either get shorted on my tenders, they forget the honey packets (even though I double-​check with them at the window and they assure me they’re in the box), they completely forget my drink and I have to remind them and for god’s sake, the spoon, they can’t seem to remember the damn spoon even after I check with them and they assure me it’s in the box.
When they ask what dipping sauce, I always ask for gravy. I’ve even been told gravy wasn’t an option. I don’t work there and I know it’s an option, how the hell do they not know!!! Most of the time they oblige but can’t ever seam to remember to put the gravy in with the order. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ate my tenders dry! I’ve never wanted to be «that guy» that checks his entire order at the window before driving off but. Come on guys! It’s ridiculous already.

Fast, friendly, and actually have things organize! It could be hit or miss but most the time is a hit. Especially on their tuesday special day like today, I got in and out. Not sure if there are less people due to the Tuesday special being $ 1.19 instead of .99¢ but that has been going on for a good while now… Still happy this place opened up closer to home.

Came into Popeye’s today because Walmart didn’t make the sub I ordered for a baby shower. The manager was quick to help, start the order immediately, and made sure I was satisfied. He even threw in a soft drink for me while I waited. Definitely appreciated the kindness when I was definitely quite stressed.

The chicken was very disappointing at this location. Fries were just warm as well ad the chicken tasting like it had been sitting there for hours under a heat lamp. There was one person eating in so there was no need for the warm meal. I was very disappointed in this location.

I picked up their ripn chicken dinner this evening and I live less than a mile away and when I got home the fries were ice cold and the piece of chicken was so hard that I could not eat it. This Popeyes is awful this is not the first time I have had bad food. I tried for an hour to call their number and no one ever answered their phone. I will not be back and I love fired chicken

I got red beans and rice last night
It was all rice and maybe a teaspoon of red beans
Come on — it is two ingredients and they did not get it right

Coming into restaurant with some friends should be s good visit. They mess up our order 2x. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they give us cold or undercooked food. Never come to this Popeyes

Picked up dinner from here tonight, will not make that mistake again. Everything that could go wrong did. After a thirty minute wait, I got my order home to find out they had shorted me four pieces. If you’re going to take so damn long, you better freaking have the order right. To top it all off, after dinner I got sick and my chicken made a comeback. Now I can’t say for sure its the chicken or something else I ate that made me sick because I really don’t know. What I do know is that after the night I had, I will not be wanting chicken anytime soon.

The food here was pretty good. The service was good. I was just disappointed that they gave me a regular fry when I asked for a large. My bf ended up buying me a large. I wanted more fries because I got their spicy small strip special (which had tiny spicy strips). Good meal, but more of a snack which is why the large fry would have helped me to feel full.

So nasty. Cold fries.
The last time I had Popeyes was probably when I was in elementary school. I remember the mash potatoes being amazing, the fries being crunchy and delicious, and the chicken being pretty not bad. But when I came here, it was just bad. The cold fries were so disappointing. Chicken was mediocre. I came in and told the cashier who switched it out without a word, or a thank you for doing quality control for them, or a sorry we unsuccessfully tried to choke you on pasty old tasteless fries. I guess every chain is different… our my taste buds finally evolved.

Pulled into Popeyes because I wanted something that I could grab quickly for dinner and then go home. I wasn’t feeling tacos/​burgers, so chicken it was. The last time I stopped in at this location I ordered a 3pc and when I got home I realized that I had only been given a 2pc. Not only that, my chicken was not completely fried (eeeew). I swore then that I would never go back.
So, why come back? Because like many of you, I love that chicken from Popeyes; not to mention the flavorful biscuits. I figured that I would be safe with ordering chicken tenders, so I did. However, when I received my drive-​thru order the tenders, fries, and biscuit were room temperature. No bueno! I passed it right on back through the window and requested a fresh order. The crew was happy to oblige and I only had to wait 10 – 15 mins. To my delight, they even threw in extra tenders that were plump and meaty. Well played crew… well played. I will see you again. ;-)

I love going to a restaurant and immediately being greeted by staff, at least acknowledging your presence, while you’re deciding what to order. I thought I was in a Japanese restaurant where every employee shouts «Irasshaimase» which means «I am here, ready to serve you!»
This is the kind of greeting I had when I walked through the door.
I happened to walk into their Tuesday special, a drumstick and a thigh, for $.99. So thats what I had, spicy of course, a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, a buscuit, and a hot, raspberry/​cream cheese pie. The chicken came out as hot, spicy, and juicy as I remembered from my previous visits to Popeyes. Mashed taters and gravy were just as delicious, made with a Cajon touch. The buscuits are really my favorite part! Hot, buttery, flaky, and with all the strawberry and grape jelly you can handle. Their new raspberry cream cheese pie, was to die for as well.
Popeye’s is by far, my favorite fast food fried chicken place to go to, and I will keep coming here as long as they keep doing what they’re doing.

Took my money at 7:20 and it’s 7:45 right now and I’m still waiting on my food. They should tell people at the window about how long we should expect our food to be done. Don’t go here unless you have time. I know they have to clear out our order in a certain amount of time but this is ridiculous.

The service was great, fast, and friendly. The place is clean and the décor is nice.
I am giving it two stars because I was so dissapointed in the food. I tried the wrap and the tortilla was cold and had hardly any red beans and rice inside. The Chicken Tenders are nothing but breading. I was really looking for something similar to golden chick. I wanted the tenders to be thick juicy and taste like chicken. Instead I had overcooked hard tasteless breading. Not good at all :(

I don’t do many 5 star reviews, but this Popeyes has earned it!
Granted they’re 7 days old, this place is spotless (which is great for an after lunch visit). I’ve seen them walk around 4 times already and wipe tables and sweep.
It’s fast food, but damn I love me some Popeyes! Hot, consistently fresh and full of that Popeyes flavor.
Great front counter and kitchen staff. Friendly, and attentive.
Loved seeing a guy walk around & pass out napkins if you needed one.
It was FREEEEZING in here & so a few of us are hovered at tables window-​sun-​side, but after about 15 minutes, a guy came around to let us know they adjusted the temp!
Damn. I’ll be back. Way too often.
