Sleep Inn I-95 North Savannah

Beware rip off check out time is not 12:00 as posted, the cleaning crew and daytime receptionist will kick you out an hour early!
Late night stay. Key cards were not activated after paying and trying to enter the middle entrance of building. This was a major inconvenience as we had carried all of our luggage from the car and could not access the hotel. The room was small and walls had dirty fingerprints allover. The small lotion and shampoo bottles appeared used and the conditioner was missing. The fridge ran loud and the television hdmi inputs did not work. There was an underlying scent of past smokers residue. However, bedding was fresh and cozy as it was down materials and topper. Enjoyed a good nights sleep, until the maid flipped out and the front desk called wanting us to leave an hour earlier than our reservations were made for. Their signs on door and nighttime receptionist confirmed 12:00 checkout along with my online reservation, however we were booted at 11:00AM and received apologies but were not credited for this inconvenience.

Black mold under and around the fridge, suffocating smell, and the staff did not care at all. We reserved for 2 nights, arrived very late, and stayed only one night, but were charged for 2. We had 2 empty fuel jugs stollen from our trailer on the parking lot during the night. The worst stay in a very long while.

Strictly mediocre… great waffles in the am. Coffee not half bad. Kind hospitality ladies to assist with free breakfast. My toilet did not flush. My tv and remote was covered with what i hope is a cleaning agent. Kind check in guy named Michael and waffles is reason for 4 stars for a motel off the interstate.

Nothing super fancy about this place, but it was comfortable overall. Room was clean and staff was helpful. No elevator so be prepared for some exercise (especially if your family brings the kitchen sink like mine does). I did find it funny/​frustrating that after following signs for the fitness center all over the hotel I learned that there actually was no fitness center. Front desk clerk said it was being renovated. I believe I read somewhere else that this was said to someone else over a year ago. Not a bad place to stay… just keep those expectations in check.

She left a USED CONDOM in our room from a previous stay!!!
We asked for room service and they admitted they DON’T change your sheets throughout your whole stay!!!

Savannah is full of better choices

This hotel has terrible service. I booked from their website and they did not have the room i booked even though i booked it from their website. Instead they gave me a pet friendly room even though im allergic to animal hair. I woke up the middle of the night a my allergies started to act up. The night person was not wearing a uniform and she lied to me and my girlfriend when she told us she could change the room but then said nevermind. What kind of service is that? It is terrible and no one should stay here.

Came to Savannah on a busy weekend when a lot of things were going on & we couldn’t find a hotel, they were all sold out near the city so we had to drive out of downtown & midtown Savannah. We ended up staying here & I was a little worried but not by the looks but because I had never stayed at one of these hotel lines but I must say it was much better than I thought. The room we stayed in was good & mattress were soft & cozy, included with wifi & free breakfast but we didn’t eat the breakfast. Staff was very helpful & accommodating after a long night of searching for a hotel room at the last minute due to a busy weekend (Music Fest, tournaments, & Spring Break). I recommend this hotel if anyone needs one & it’s a jam packed weekend in Savannah stay at Sleep Inn! Prices were very cheap & that scared me but don’t judge by it’s price! Thumbs up

This hotel is (super) over run. Our room had a strange smell but the worse was that one of the ladies that works there invited family/​friends to a BBQ! They were preparing the fish in the breakfast area, yelling and acting like they were at home. After they prepared the fish, they left without cleaning anything.
And if this wasn’t enough, our room was next to the BBQ!

If I could I would give 0 star. This place is disgusting.
