Came down to PTown for my Birthday weekend! My Husband and I have heard amazing reviews about this restaurant so we decided to try it. Well everything we’ve heard has been the 100% truth! Our server, Josh, was a diner’s dream come true! He was incredibly personable, entertaining, and knowledgeable about the menu. We started off with the charcuterie board, to die for!!! I had the rosemary clooney martini, my husband had the blueberry basil martini, both were delish! For dinner I had the roast chicken with apple cider glaze, it was divine, even for chicken! The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy. My husband had the Filet mignon it was incredible! Josh recommended the chocolate pâté for dessert which was the perfect end to the perfect meal. In fact we enjoyed our selves so much that on Saturday night we came back and got to meet the owner, Jack. We enjoyed another memorable meal and feel like we’ve made some new friends! Jack is an incredible owner who really cares about his staff and customers. The décor is outstanding, staff & owner amazing, and the food is epic! We’ve been coming down here for years and this is definitely one of our new favorite places! With the way this place is run and lovingly looked after by Jack and crew, I’m sure we will be enjoying this place for many years to come!

While hubby and I were on mini vacation we stopped in here for lunch. Our original plans tanked. But thanks to great advertising… they had a guy sitting outside to show the menu and ask us to stop in for lunch. We entered and walked all the way to the back where there a big windows with a lovely view of the ocean and wharf. The place is decorated eclectic, which fits for Provincetown. Server Josh, was spot on. Funny and attentive but never obtrusive. I would go back just to have him as our server again.(thank you Josh!) Food: We didn’t order apps because we had a special anniversary dinner planned so just entrees. The hubby had a cheeseburger and french fries and I had the fish tacos with french fries. Hubby said his was very good. I loved my tacos, the shells were lightly charred and the fish crisp and light. The only knock I have is that the mayo or sauce wasnt super flavorful. I def needed to add lime or salt. And the cabbage was a bit watery. None of these dings were big enough deal for me to even think of sending back. Btw, the fries were amazing! Fresh cut, crisp on outside and soft on inside. Drinks: I had the Cool as a Cuke Martini, not bad. Hubby had a beer I believe. We opted for a sweet drink as a dessert, and for the life of me i cant remember what it was, but it was creamy and very good lol. I hope to be back in August and we will def stop by again!

Stopped in for a drink and some clam chowder. One of the workers claimed that they had the«best chowda in Provincetown». We decided to find out for ourselves. Of course we haven’t tried every restaurant’s chowder, but this was pretty damn amazing. There was an impressive amount of clams present and was even topped with a bit of truffle oil, which I’m obsessed with! My only complaint was that a «bowl» was pretty small portion. Stop in and try some, you won’t regret it!

Waiter was courteous efficient and friendly. Food. Overpriced for what it is and the chefs fail to listen to simple instructions. Also $ 32 for 8oz of lamb 6 oz of which was bone. Others around me with the same dish had twice as much meat. Naahhh. I’ll pass.

We made it back to Tin Pan Alley this year. Again the food was very good. We had dinner and lunch here this trip. The food was still as good as last year. Creative menu selection and everything we had was great. We also stopped by a couple of nights to enjoy the piano bar. What an awesome place at night. The bartenders were really good at keeping up with the crowd. We enjoyed two different piano players and one guitar player. All were wonderful. Such a fun, energetic place. Thanks for making our trip wonderful.

Really enjoyed lunch here today! The clam chowder was delicious. The lobster quesadilla got rave reviews and I had the fish tacos(grilled mahi mahi) — very good. Had a couple of solid, extra spicy bloody mary’s as well. Sat outside; great view of the water. Definitely recommend!

We ate dinner here after a show and it was an awful experience. The bread the waiter offered never showed up, and neither did refills of our drinks. After the dishes were cleared it took the waiter 10 minuets to offer desert. Meanwhile we had to listen to the lounge singer, which was painful. By the time he took our credit card I just wanted out. l

Among the many bustling bistros and eateries in Provincetown, Tin Pan Alley is a real find. Lovely ambience(with both indoor and outdoor seating), well prepared, super fresh food(the fish tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had) and a professional, personable staff made it one of the highlights of our visit. Would definitely go back.

Truly one of the best clam chowders I’ve ever had. Even better than down the road at the lobster pot, which I always thought had the best. I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar and getting to chat with the owner and also the really nice bartender. I loved the oysters, the beer, the beautiful atmosphere and décor, and the friendly staff. Cant wait to go back.

Great waterfront seating; indoor looks cool as well; service was very nice-food was just ok. In Ptown, where competition is high for food — I’d say it wasn’t bad but nothing memorable. It does have its unique attraction in the décor, piano bar, seating options. Worth checking out for those reasons and good isn’t terrible just wasn’t a four star meal!

Service: excellent, discreet. We walked off street around 1pm and had a choice of indoor or patio seating. Both were gorgeous and had reasons to consider. Indoor was cool, loft like, airy ceiling with huge window views of patio and beach. Patio had umbrella top tables, beach vibe seating. The brollies don’t quite cover the span of the chairs around the table so midday those plastic seats and table tops get quite hot. We had a well behaved 3 year old in our party and while there wasnt a kids menu or high chairs(we didnt ask for or need either), no one gave us any shade, patrons or staff. They were sweet to my kid, engaging her in banter and i felt relaxed enough to order a cocktail. Food: we only ordered two items and they were both good. The crispy calamari was delicious, crunchy, whole little squids, drizzles with a sweet-tangy dark sauce and topped with pickled onions. The caeser salad was run of the mill and i topped it with $ 12 of lobster meat that was fresh and lightly dressed. I’ve had better caeser and better lobster but nothing to complain about here. My cucumber-mint Tanqueray cocktail was a perfectly muddled concoction and the extensive beverage list plus live piano in the evening is a reason i would come back. Great date night place. Fully stocked bar area as well. Restrooms were spotless(mid day).

I came in here with my partner to listen to the cute piano player and his star singer. They were a hit with different mashups. I don’t get to Provincetown as often as I would like but it’s nice to see the the staff are happy there and stay. It says s lot about the management here. I have not tried the food. I only came in here for the entertainment and tasty beverages. I must say that it was nice to go some place with other LGBT and not have to put up with those awful bachelorette parties that can be overbearing and loud. I was so impressed by the entertainment that I will be back as often as I can to listen to them sing to their hearts content.

Four of us chose Tin Pan Alley on a rainy/snowy January night so that we did not need to trek far from our other destinations. The food is simply fantastic and delectable. I could go into describing just how much I loved it, but that statement is all you need. Try the food. They atmosphere was nice and a bit posh(but hey, so our the prices). There was live piano pleasantly accompanying the mood. The service was good, no complaints there. Tin Pan Alley came up one star short for their cocktails. While my cocktail was tasty and very strong indeed, my friends’ cocktails were pretty much undrinkable. They had to ask them to be reshaken and still they were left unfinished.

What a lovely restaurant to ring in the New Year eating, drinking, enjoying live music and looking out on the water! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, though too full to make a dent in our dessert. The service was impeccable and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in choosing our next stop. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in P-town.

The interior of this place is quite divine. It has had a complete makeover this summer. I haven’t seen so much wallpaper since I toured the Newport mansions. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The prices are reasonable, after all, you’re in a resort town… expect to drop some dinars. The food is okay. I’ve been a few times now and I’ve yet to be WOWed. The lobster ravioli had a bit of a crunch, as if part of a shell was left on when making them… I guess that means they’re fresh? The best part was the dessert. Eat it first.

I’ll preface this review by stating that the restaurant had only been opened for two weeks when we went here for a 7:00 dinner reservation on a Saturday in May. It was restaurant week in Cape Cod, but Tin Pan chose not to participate on the weekend. Disappointing, but understandable. The best way to sum up our experience is by saying the place started off strong, but progressively finished weak. We started with the raw bar. I was happy they sell oysters, clams and shrimp individually($ 2 each). We then had the ahi poke tuna with fried wontons. Good. Reminded me of my days in Hawaii, but we needed to have them bring us a few extra wontons to add some crunch to the remaining tuna. For entrees, we ordered the scallops with pea risotto and the mixed grilled seafood plate with asparagus and mashed(swordfish, shrimp, clams, scallops). The swordfish, mashed, and risotto were great, but the scallops on both dishes were undercooked. I sent my scallops back and one of the owners returned about 5 – 10 minutes later and apologized, but didn’t bother to ask if Nathaly V.‘s were undercooked as well. We ended up not even eating hers. While waiting for the scallops to come back out, our waiter never bothered to ask if he could re-fill either of our empty glasses. And I later saw the same owner walk right by one of the empty booths where a giant lump of crab meat sat on the bench. I don’t know how anyone, especially a restaurant owner, could miss this, but the next customer to be seated ended up sitting right in it. Separately, we noticed the glass candle lamp on our table had a giant crack in it. We alerted the food runner about it, mainly to prevent one of the employees from cutting themselves. Then, about 10 minutes later, a different employee must have noticed a lamp was missing from our table and so he brought the same cracked lamp back to our table. Clearly, communication is not one of their strong suits. Despite the dining experience progressively going downhill, we decided to try the ginger cake, which was bone dry. The weird thing is we overheard another waiter tell the table next to us about 30 minutes earlier that the only dessert available was the pot de crème. In any event, for $ 7, the courteous thing to do would have been giving us the ginger cake on the house after the scallop debacle. Again, I realize this place is only two weeks old, but I hope they work out the kinks. The classy décor and apparent lack of local competition for their style of cuisine tells me they have a lot of promise to succeed.
