The hardest part of coming here is deciding which concoction you will have them create. Luckily though you can taste any flavor, as many as you want. Customer service is lacking that umph factor. It’s just kids working that just need some cash, and I get that, we all been there before, but taking some pride in your work goes a long way. I always tip, cuz I know what it’s like being on that side of the counter. But with the tip, we all know that tipping here requires them to sing, which is why I never could work here, but it’s part of the job, I joke around with the workers saying they have to sing, and they tell me no or they get a snobby attitude. I’m just trying to have fun, I don’t actually make you sing, I just want to get you to laugh and have fun and hopefully you can pass that good vibe to the next customer instead of being a stick in the mud like you were for me. Jeez. But ice cream always tastes great, which is what people come here for anyways. Nice location, small shared parking lot though

Half of the experience at any restaurant is the service. Unfortunately Cold Stone falls short here. Ice cream is good, way over priced but good. Service was lacking.

Cold Stone is the place to go when you have a sweet tooth. They have 20 flavors of ice cream and plenty of items to choose from to make a delicious ice cream concoction. If you ask for a sample, you can taste different flavors before committing to one. For those counting calories, they have a skinny vanilla that actually tastes good. This cold stone was very clean and all their ingredients were fresh. I recommend it.
