Burger King

Once again, I gave this location a chance, and once again I’m disappointed.
This time I’m calling corporate, because there’s no way that the breakfast sandwich I got is anywhere NEAR being worth over $ 7.
I mean, I’ll never order another fully loaded sandwich… not for the price I paid nor for the crap sandwich I got.
Sooo disappointed!

The manager insisted that i do not say «fire grilled, as they are all fire grilled» and continued to blab on. Shut up and give me my fire grilled whopper plz.

Pretty big dump when it comes to Burger King. Yeah it is just a Burger King, but the one in Elk Grove is a thousand times nicer than this one. The benches are all coming apart, you can’t even sit on the benches for 2 because your knees hit the pole in the middle. Quality of employees is pretty bad and it’s just not a place where you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
If you can, I would try and avoid this BK, but if you’re craving it and don’t have another close by I guess this will do…

Excellent customer service here.
They seem to be busy all the time but by location, I didn’t like the atmosphere. They seem to be understaffed and I had to wait 15 minutes for my food to be ready.
The chicken nuggets are good.

I really like the rodeo burgers (beef and chicken) because it’s bomb and cheap. But just because an item is on the value menu doesn’t mean you treat it with lesser value. My crispy chicken rodeos were stale and were not hot at all! I order these all the time at other locations and they know what the hell they are doing! The chicken patty should be crispy, soft on the inside and piping hot so I know it was made to order. It’s fast food, but don’t give out shit that’s been sitting there.

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurant but this time, I just had to.
I’m a fan of BK and was ecstatic when they brought the chicken fries back. Decided to pick up some food on the way home and boy was it a huge mistake.
#1. They didn’t give me any sauce and stated they had no ranch or BBQ sauce. Like none, at all. Didn’t even want to put some in an empty sundae cup for me which I know they could because I used to work for BK. Fine, I let it slide.
#2. They gave me the wrong dressing and forgot my fries. I had to honk and remind them about the rest of my order. It was busy, but the drive thru person taking order gave me attitude problem when she asked what else I needed. Okay, maybe she’s having a bad day. Let that one slide too.
#3. Ordered a bacon Swiss and mushroom whopper and an apple cranberry salad with grilled chicken. DISGUSTING! The lettuce was old and wilted. The salad has blue cheese on it that tasted like it was way over due past it’s flavor and it smelled like baby vomit.
I will never order to go or eat at this location every again.

This place has Excellent customer Service!!! Employees are very courteous and attentive I am definitely coming back and highly recommend it!!!

Nasty & Disgusting place! Never go there. Filthy place! The employees stand around talking. The bathroom was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen.

Now I remember why I don’t go to Burger King. My husband and I was starving after fixing our car trouble so we stopped at the Burger King drive thru. I ordered a chicken sand which meal. Everything was fine expect for my sandwich. 3 $ for a burnt dry stale chicken sandwich. Horrible quality in their food. They should just close shop if they don’t care about what they serve to their customers.

I like Burger King as a chain overall. This location ain’t great but I just discovered a new BK burger there for lunch the other day: the avocado, swiss and bacon Whopper. That is a seriously delicious taste combination. Pair that with some onion rings and Dr. Pepper– oh, SO good!

DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE… FOOD TASTED OLD… I am not one to eat junk food, but being that we were hungry and had nothing in the fridge we decided to try BK… bad idea I almost threw up eating. Food was nasty looking and tasted old and reheated. Will NEVER go here again… I may never try BK again after this experience.

This bk is not in the best of hoods. When we ordered our food (nuggets over cooked) then got to the window we were told that we could not use our family feud winner and that we would have to go inside to use it (um I dont want to unlock the doors of my car let alone get out of it, in this parking lot). So much for the drive thru.
No wonder why your BK looks deserted everytime I drive by.

This review is more for the Coca-​Cola Freestyle Machine than the BK itself. There’s nothing outstanding (good or bad) about this BK besides the Coke Freestyle machine
But honestly, when did Burger Kings get these fancy soda dispensers with touch screens and 100+ flavor combinations? Maybe I just don’t go to Burger King enough anymore but this is the first of these Coca-​Cola Freestyle dispensers I’ve encountered. If you’re a fan of the more obscure flavors of Coca-​Cola family (think Sprite Grape or caffeine-​free diet vanilla Coke) it might be worth a check out at this BK, or any others that have this machine.

Take my advice: don’t come to this Burger King alone. The fact that it’s located on Stockton Blvd. should be a good indicator as to why.
My friend Patrick and I came here because we were both craving chicken sandwiches. While I was in the middle of placing my order, this loudmouth man came up next to me and butted in and said, «IWANNAORDERBLAHBLAHBLAH!!!» I felt so bad for the cashier woman, she didn’t know how to handle it. All she could say was, «…can I finish taking her order first?» And the dude said, «OHYEAH, LADIESFIRST, LADIESFIRST!!!» I quickly placed the rest of my order and ducked off to the side. So awkward. There’s an outdoor eating area where a playground used to be, but they’ve taken that out so there are only a few tables there now. I suggested to Patrick that we eat out there so we didn’t have to be inside with all of the other awkward people. I felt much more safer because this area is barred off from the parking lot, so people couldn’t bother us while we ate. Thank God for Burger King’s jail bars. My chicken sandwich wasn’t even worth the risk, the meat had a sour taste and there was way too much mayo. I’m a huge fan of going light on the mayo! Don’t drown the chicken!
I think I’ll only come back here if I go through the drive thru or if I’m seriously hungry for a chicken sandwich.

This 24hr BK always satisfies my late nite cravings right away! Just down the street from my block, I will come during 3−4-5am and get either a angus burger or my usual the bk big fish. I love how they’ve upgraded so much over the years. fries, packaging, BUNS! Its so soft, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ZESTY SAUCE!!! It has a hint of horseradish but not too empowering, i sub the tartare sauce on my fish with zesty. YUM-​O!
