Buffalo Wild Wings

After our 45 minutes wait, we were seated. I ordered a strawberry coronarita, which I got about 20 minutes later. It was disgusting and the corona bottle was empty, so I know it had been sitting at the bar for a bit. It was so gross I sent it back and ordered a beer. We ordered our food, and once we got our appetizer I had to ask a different waiter for napkins. Then we got our food and sat there and had to ask a different waiter for silverware. Our food was cold (boneless wings), so I assume it had been sitting there waiting to be picked up. It was a busy night, but I’m still a paying customer… it was a bad experience and I won’t go back to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. Also, the waitress rang up our receipt wrong and added too many beers… and we had to ask her to take off the drink I sent back.

I’ve completely scratched Buffalo Wild Wings off my list, the service is horrendous. Make sure you block off a couple of hours of your day if you decide to visit– that’s how long it takes just to get your check.
On one visit my husband ordered a burger, and after taking FOREVER to come out, it finally came black and charred. When we finally were able to wave down our waitress we sent it back. By then we had been there nearly an hour, and I had finished my food. They were GENEROUS enough to take the burger off of our bill. Well, uh yeah I should hope so, it was totally inedible!
This is just one incident that sticks out to me but there are multiple times we’ve endured this sticky, stinky hole they call a restaurant. I can’t stand this place, never again.

The best and the number provided for this location doesn’t seem to be correct. Which makes calling in Your order impossible. (Inconvenient)

Went in for lunch. I had a little over 45 minutes. I ordered from their «fast lunch» menu. I ordered the snack boneless wings and a salad. I had to get a to go box because it took 35 minutes for my food to get to me. They blamed it on big tables. I get it, lots of military around here and it was Air Force Graduation day but come on. 6 wings and a salad. 35 minutes.

Standard buffalo wild Wings food wise. This is honestly the best service I’ve ever had at a buffalo wild Wings. Sabrina is our waitress and she is an amazing waitress!

I ordered cheese fries that were ok but for some reason made my stomach sick. I also ordered the medium wings in which i got the Asian zing… spicy garlic and bourbon honey mustard. These wings are freezer burned and we won’t even mention the LONG wait when there wasn’t many people with take out orders. I won’t be back here. I don’t mind a long wait as long as the food is good. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Almost forgot to mention when I bought the Cesar salad… Luckily I looked bec my salad was DRY… They forgot to give me the dressing. Not a happy customer

My first time visiting this restaurant they deserve no stars. The service was horrible. We ordered an appetizer, three entrée, and an additional Mac and cheese. We sat for an hour and the food did not get served. No one came to tells us why the orders are delayed. They decided to cancel the appetizer and the Mac and cheese was not prepared but I got charged for it. The manager never stopped by to explain. This place is not worth it.

Is it really so HARD to give a customer extra sauce on the wings when asked for? I literally have been to this Buffalos and the one and de zavala and it seems like no one knows what EXTRA SAUCES means. Not mention it takes so long for someone and come greet and take your drink order. The only reason I come is because my husband loves the mango habanero sauce other than that wing stop is my #1.

If I could give them no stars I would. Just horrible customer service and uncooked chicken really. If I am chewing on chicken and it’s cold that couldn’t be healthy. Let’s not get started on the waitress take two orders before me and I was there first. Done worry about me coming to this location EVER again. New management may help because this place is horrible.

Ok… so we decided as a team to make a lunch push to B Dubs… I hadn’t been there in almost 2 years, and after my experience today — I remember why… I wasn’t in the mood for wings as a meal, so I ordered the Bleu Cheese burger… usually anywhere I go — it’s a go-​to favorite for me. I was a bit taken aback by the $ 10 price tag for a burger and fries, but figured it would be a hearty burger for the price, so I went for it. Beat $ 15 for 15 wings at least (I think the chickens won their bid for increased minimum wage… sheesh! $ 1 per wing!?!). Anyway, I digress. When my burger arrived, I absolutely couldn’t believe the small pile of awfulness their chefs put together and called a burger! First of all, it was the size of a McDonald’s. 99 cent value menu burger. Second of all, the patty was absolutely pathetic! It might have been 4 ounces had the moisture not been cooked completely out of it… if you were to stack 3 nickels, that would be a good representation of the patty thickness. If you were to bite into a crusty, dry dish sponge — that would give you an idea of the texture… it was plain horse manure, served up and billed for $ 10! I would have been 900% more satisfied with a Wendy’s $ 1.39 cheeseburger… at least the meat would have some moisture and flavor better by far. So incredibly disappointed with B Dubs… I will NOT be back. And even if you’re going for wings — several of my teammates ordered wings and nobody could believe the small size… the whole table was talking about how we’ll never be back, especially given the price for what you get. Time to rethink your game, B Dubs… you’ve got a losing strategy. See ya!

Dirty and filthy restaurant. We were looking though the menu and I couldn’t even touch it, it was gross. I went to wash my hands and the restroom was a disaster. I ordered a bloody mary and I had to send it back, that never happens, because it tasted like V8, it didn’t have any alcohol in it. I had to keep repeating myself to the waitress. When I ordered my food, she says «I’ll see if I can make that happen» Ha! It was simply tenders with spicy garlic and lemon pepper sauce. When she came and asked if we wanted refills, she would place her hand/​fingers on the rim of the cup. Hello that’s where we place our mouths. Overall not a good experience.

Called and ordered my food at 8:53 I arrived at 9:13 and waited a little while since I was a little early went up to the hostess and asked if my order was ready she said «I’ll go check if your order is ready» then disappeared to the back. 20 mins past and I still haven’t heard back from the hostess but she brings up another order not once stopping to tell me about my order before disappearing to the back again I didn’t leave that dumb place until 9:45 which is ridiculous considering when I arrived…-_–

This is the second time trying to grab a quick lunch here. First time was in there for over 45mins. They failed 3 times to get my colleague and I’s order correct. That was about three weeks ago.
Today figured maybe it was an off day, it happens. Went in sat at the bar. Was there for several minutes and there was no bartender or anyone from Wildwings in the bar area. Finally a bartender appeared from the kitchen and said «I will be with you in a minute». After another several minutes still not been greeted, or been asked for a drink order. There was only one other person in the bar. Not at all busy. So after over 15 minutes of being there not being greeted or a drink order taken I left. There was two bartenders when I left and a gaggle of servers all chatting up with each other…
PS if there is a manager there you may want to teach your servers better. Within 15 minutes at Twin Peaks I had been greeted, drink and food not only taken but served.

Bottom Line: The wings are ok and there are lots of TVs but service is slow and this place is uninspiring.
I’ve been curious about Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time. I finally went and was totally underwhelmed. The décor was dated and uninteresting, the noise level was high and the service was slow. We ordered beers, iced tea, wings and side salads. It probably took 10 to 15 minutes to get drinks and potentially twice that long to get our dinner. Although I am not a huge wing person, I do like that they have a huge variety of flavors. I also like that you can order your wings dry with the sauce on the side. Its nice too that they show their flavors on a non-​spicy to spicy scale. While you wait for your food there are plenty of TVs to stare at as well as a trivia game you can play. The bathroom was a bit unkempt but par for the rest of the «meh» restaurant.

Came to celebrate my daughters Bday (her choice) and had a great experience with food and especially our service. A big Thanks to our waiter Osmar

FOOD: Yuck. The wings taste Frozen and fries were stail. RESTROOMS: Trash was over filled, no hand soap to wash your hands and no toilet paper. Tea and the draft Micalob were the only thing taste great. OUR WAITRESS: Heather was awesome. She had great Customer service. Always with a smile and attentive. I would only come back to see the games and drink. They need to perfect their wings. They don’t live up to their name. My husband and I had a good time. We would had a better time but another tables Waitress rudely change our channel when she clearly saw us with New England Patriots jersey seeing our teams game.

I haven’t got my food yet but feel I need to write a review already.
It is very dark and smells like old, extremely sweaty gym socks in here, to the point that I don’t even really feel like eating.

I was looking forward to being in Texas and having some good BBQ. Not the case, in fact the sides actually out performed the meats for a change. I ordered turkey, brisket, creamed corn (a must try) and potato salad (also good). I must admit, I’ve been tainted with excellent turkey from another BBQ place in CoS (Bird Dog) and compare to their golden standard. With that being said, this one was awful! Just tasted like plain turkey breast to me; lacked a brine, and was hardly smoked at all.
I enjoy a variety of sauces an Rudy’s only offers one «sause» and I’m not impressed with it.

It really sucks considering all other BWWs I’ve been to have been great. Moving here, was excited to see that there would be a BWWs close by but no matter how much I crave their chicken, I won’t be coming here.
BWW, learn your sports and learn your audience. Yes, I get that the A&M game was on and there are more A&M fans here probably that most places. But the score was 42 – 3 with 8 minutes left in the FIRST HALF. It wasn’t even halftime! The #4 vs #7 game was on, and they played in it on some dainty screen when clearly EVERYONE was asking for the game to placed on the big TVs.
SERIOUSLY, c’mon man! That’s the biggest game of the night! That’s your heavyweight fight primetime game of the night, the game that people go out to watch and you’d rather play a full on blow out instead? Even the dude (A&M alumni) next to me was trying to get the staff to change it to the Oregon/​Michigan St game but they would not budge a bit. Tsk tsk.
To make it even worse, wait time was seriously so slow. Food came out cold. Staff was constantly on the side just jabbering away at each other, not taking care of ANYONE. Worst BWWs experience I have, will rather take my business elsewhere.

Blue Moon … Please!
You can’t go wrong with a stop for some wings and maybe a drink or two. This is the spot we ended up after few hours of painting. I took a seat at the bar. They had the Olympic games on and the Spurs were playing. That is a major plus. Our waitress was super friendly and was there when we need something extra like ranch to go with this buffalo, and hot wing that we ordered. This is a good hangout on any night.
