Why do they need my phone number to buy a roll of tape? I can’t think of any reason why they’d need to call me to discuss that roll of tape. I see it as a violation of my privacy to try and track how many rolls of tape I’m buying, and call me up about it.
The store is big. They have everything that you might need for an office. However, they discontinued the item I needed. So I had to buy this tape.
At least there was a semi-​helpful clerk that came by and asked if I needed help. When I described the item I needed, I got a semi-​helpful shrug.
Checkout was easy. There wasn’t much of a line.
Parking was easy. There’s a huge lot at the Quarry.
The store is clean. I hate coming here, but where else am I going to look for the stuff I need?

Ok Office Max, let’s work on the women’s restroom. I do not like walking into a stall and being greeted by a used panty liner on the floor. Just put a small trash can in there. Maybe that will fix that. Thanks.
Oh and your selection of office supplies is OK.

We spend thousands of dollars at this location every year and the service is great never runs out of the printer ink that we need all around great location.

Received a replacement desk today and had my broken desk hauled away. Hopefully this is the last time that I have to deal with this company. On a positive note, I do like the desk!

Hey I got what I needed and the customer service was good — here’s why:
The selection was not as big as I wanted, but it sufficed. I got a binder, sheet protectors, sticky notes, pens, and a pencil case for a costly sum, but apparently overpriced goods are all the rage today, so…
My clerk at the counter was friendly, chipper, and fast. I was asked if I needed assistance when I entered, and I was able to browse in their spacious aisles.
This store is great for it’s convenient location and good for its selection.

I have to give OM props for their responsive customer service. I received a response from corporate within an hour of sending in my complaint and a phone call from the store manager the next day. There is still no fix for the OM brand cartridge issue, but kudos for letting this customer know that you care about complaints. Well done!

I have purchased ink cartridges, copy paper, tape, calendars, the works here. It’s always pretty easy to get in and out, but one thing that really irks me is that no one is ever readily available on the floor to answer questions or help customers.
So I usually always head to the check out where there is always at least one employee and ask them my question there. Kind of an inconvenience when you have to wait in line just to get a question answered.
Other than that, it’s your standard office supply store — nothing overwhelmingly exciting.

I went in to the store to get a few copies made. The copy clerk did not bother to ask me what I wanted, she just announced that she was so busy that she could not do anything today. I asked her if I could make the copies; she said no! I asked if someone else could help; she said no!
What was amazing was I was there at 10am on a Saturday morning. There was not a single customer in the store.
I spoke to the manager; shared my story and he did not seemed concerned.
With service like this they shouldn’t be in business!

Don’t come here if you have a young child. There is no changing table in the women’s bathroom! It’s 2013, how do you not have a changing table for your patrons?

I like how much space this store has, but then again it’s an office supply store so nothing exceptional. It’s well organized with large signs that can be read from the entrance. They also have a printing center located at the entrance. Friendly staff and conveniently located at the quarry :)

It’s an office store — conveniently located. I went here to buy colored envelopes for some invitations, that were considerably less expensive by the box of 50 — rather than paying 50 cents an envelope at the shipping place for the same thing! Whatever…
