Why do all wireless stores suck so bad? I showed up at 10:30 to pick up a phone I ordered on the Internet. Even though the store was nearly empty, I still had to «check in» and spend 20 minutes listening to awful techno music and watching 2 employees have a conversation in the front of the store. If you’re going to ignore waiting customers at least have the decency to hang out in the back room or something. In short — just an awful experience. Can’t wait to never come back here. Total time to pick up pre-ordered phone — 60 minutes. I definitely recommend overnight shipping, instead.

I LOVE Verizon. I hope I never have to leave their company. Every time I go into a Verizon, the service is so friendly, helpful and organized. I went in to this store to order the new iPhone and they were running an awesome deal…$ 200 credit for my old phone and free tablet! I couldn’t pass it up. Once all my business part was done, the manager came over and helped me learn how to navigate and use my tablet. I have an ipad so I was ignorant how to use this new one. He was so friendly and helpful. I am so impressed with all the service I received. I will ALWAYS go back to this store!

Our family has been Verizon Customers 12 years spanning two different states. This store is the worst I have ever experienced. All three of our phones came due for an upgrade and we traveled two separate times to the Basse Rd Store. The first to see what new phones were out, check out the deals and do some price comparison. Our service was not good, a long wait and a rep that new less than we did about the pricing and our plan(even though she had her computer with all the answers to play with and not make eye contact). Enough we left. Our second visit was no better(luckily some other guy got our last rep) This time we were ready to make our change, We love Verizon’s cell service, and even with the prices going up all the company’s run pretty close so we decided to stay. The rep we had was stuck on the EDGE program a brand new promotion where you share min. data etc. This really doesn’t interest us we want to continue with what we have even if we will lose the unlimited one of our lines has. This store’s reps are more interested in «selling» this new program. So we leave. Okay a week goes by and we travel to the Verizon Wireless off 281 passed 1604. Great store wonderful reps, they actually helped us. But when she went into the back to get our phones, they were out! So she checked her computer and guess who has them BASSERD! They have five in stock.(SHESAYS) We get to the car and I call them and I explain that we are leaving the Verizon store on 281 and we should be there in 11 min. I told him what we wanted and why we were coming, I asked him to add us to the waiting list. We get there and the store is packed its’ about 7:00 pm and the store closes at 8. I tell them who I am, and the guy says yeah the Droids. Everyone gets called except the couple that came after us. The manager for the evening is our rep tonight. I explain everything to him. He goes to the back(It’s now after 8) I asked the guy who checked us in why he didn’t add us to the list his response«We weren’t busy till after you called»(11 min.) The manager comes out and says he only has two Droids and tells me I should order online because they have free 1 day delivery. REALLY!!! I know it’s after 8, I have been waiting since 6, and traveled to two different stores, but if I were you I would offer service at this store and not what you offer.

My Iphone 5 ended up in someone else’s pocket on a recent vacay, so I used Verizon’s insurance to get a replacement — then off to the store for a case and screen protectors. Warren met us at the door(actually opened it for us) and met our needs with professionalism and competence. I’d certainly go back to this store again. They are located at the street end of a large shopping center, lots of parking. Just wish they were closer to my home!
