this place is great i always get the teriyaki chicken with no veggies(weird i know) but love it none the less. only thing that kept me from 5 stars is a little bit more chicken would have been nice for an adult portion.

I was pleasantly surprised today with their Tofu stir fry dish. I haven’t been here in a while due to that that put chicken stock in a lot of their dishes but today I found out to just asked the head chef and he’ll make sure that they don’t. I really like the way their mushrooms are lightly cook and the Mongolian sauce is to die for.

I love the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken with extra veggies! Also, the rewards program is awesome, had a free entrée for dinner last night! The employees are great and I love that they remember me!

Extremely bland and tasteless food. ordered the Dan Dan noodles and they were pretty gross. Drenched in a ton of sauce yet still had absolutely no flavor. Haven’t been to Pei Wei in a while and won’t be coming back anytime soon. Should have gone to Panda instead!

I usually love Pei Wei and I have never had an issue. But this has honestly been my worst experience with them yet. I ordered steak pad Thai over the phone around 4pm on a weekday. They shouldn’t be busy and I should be in and out within a matter of minutes and on my way to work(I’m a bartender). I was told it would be ready in about 25mins. Strange seeing as it wasn’t yet the lunch rush and my order was by no means complicated. I get there and there are a few people waiting. I see a line of bags ready to go on the table behind the counter so I’m hoping mine is already ready. I paid and they said it would be ready soon. I could see that they had a catering order they were working on. 10 more minutes go by and I’m still waiting and not seeing my food. It’s been 5 minutes past when they said it would be ready which I found absurd since it was not a super busy time and I only had one dish. Someone behind the counter asked what I was waiting on and low and behold, it was sitting ready on the table the entire time. I could have been out of there much quicker and with 10 minutes to actually eat before work. I go to ask him for chili oil and he apologized saying he would have to ask the kitchen for it and they are busy. I was stunned. After waiting an extra 10 minutes for food that was already ready(and now cold) and I couldn’t get the right condiments for it. Not only this but when I actually got to eat it it tasted awful. The egg had gotten burned on the wok and made everything taste burned. It will take a lot for me to give Pei Wei another shot.

Used to always love going here. Husband is gluten sensitive and orders the pad Thai from the GF menu. When he got the plate he ate and ended up throwing up in the bathroom. The manager told him pad Thai can’t be made gluten free. Strange, cause we’ve gone their numerous times before and had no issue. My dish was lacking in meat. If I’m paying $ 7 for something u expect more than 4 pieces of meat and 2 cups of rice. Only thing giving this 1 star is that we got our meal comped because of my husband. Won’t be back. Will go to Jasmine Thai for our pad Thai needs.

In my opinion, Pei Wei used to be a lot better a couple years ago. It had been a while since I last visited, but I was treated to lunch here. I ordered the Caramel Chicken and upgraded my side to fried rice for an additional dollar. Be prepared for a lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and the food didn’t take long to come to our table(we were a party of 6). I was not impressed with the fried rice. Being fried, you wouldn’t expect it to be a mushy consistency. The taste was subpar and the caramel chicken was decent. It had a «spicy» symbol on the menu near this option, however, there was absolutely no spice to this entrée! If I would have known, I would have asked for extra spicy. I give it three stars because of their nice beverage machines(the ones that are touch screen). It is also a nice place to eat a quick meal with friends.

Keeping in mind this isn’t asian cuisine, for«fast-food» asian it’s definitely one of the best ones — good menu, great service and everyone is really nice whether you eat-in or take-out. Way better than so many of the others! This last time, I’d forgotten to order my drink when I placed an order for«take-away» and had a bit of a wait the guy at the register gave me the cup and said«don’t worry about it» charging me nothing.

After three consecutive online ordering fiascos I figured I would write and complain where people would read it. Three times my sons double meat order has come with as much ORLESS meat as a standard order. If I’m paying for double meat, I would expect to receive it. I’m also uploading a picture of the«mystery meat» that was included in his order… it wasn’t chicken. Each time I’ve ordered my dinner it has been incorrect. Tonight, I ordered Pad Thai extra spicy with no scallions. It was prepared as regular pad Thai with no lime, cilantro or scallions. Mind you the lime and cilantro are what make me love this dish. I should also mention that, after counting, my pad Thai had a total of 5 small pieces of chicken. We used to love Pei Wei but when the chicken is nothing like it used to be, the cost raising extra chicken means you’re just paying more for a meal and getting the same thing and and the simple task of slightly adjusting an order becomes too difficult, it just makes sense to not visit anymore. So disappointed.

Started using this app because my family eats out ALL the time! We just don’t cook! Anyway I haven’t had Pei Wei in a Long! Time! I ordered online & «take out», it listed when my order would be ready, I left the house, but due to that Cluster«F» over there off Huebner it took me little longer to get there No Matter When I left! It upset me that for being past my «ready time» my food was sitting in a bag, not even in a warmer! By the the time I got home with traffic on way back(I’m not a «slow» diver) I saw that they had placed my sushi on the top of the«hot» food so it had been sitting on hot food for over 10mins! Needless to say it fell apart! So wasn’t Great! The Dan Dan Noodle bowl is & has always been my fav, & as big as it was and stuffed in that container it still tasted pretty good! Got cold fairly quickly(can’t eat that fast) so most went in the trash! The waitress wasn’t Overly friendly! She looked hung over & when I asked for Extra Soy Sauce(only 2 in there) she said«extra Sweet Sauce?» WHAT??? How do You get Sweet from Soy??? I had no Spring Rolls Nothing… SHEWASN’T LISTENINGTO A CUSTOMER! To worried about No One Around Her! Eat there or don’t it’s not BAD! But it’s Not FANTASTIC Either… NEVER! EVER! Eat at P.F. Changs! I REFUSE to EVER go back to the place that served me OVERLY Spicy Food when I asked for MILD& when I sucked down my Tea the GLASS&SPOON&ICE on the Bottom were ALLDIRTY! I Ran and PUKED in the BATHROOMTHERE! I MEANREALLY??? Manager was NOCOMFORT! I’ve never been back, & took me 2yrs to eat Asian food again!!!

Would give it a 5, but it was my 1st time at a Pei Wei. Didn’t know what I actually wanted and how I wanted, but they get an A plus for quickness. Also they got Coca Cola Freestyle Machines so I ain’t trippin. That and beer. So this place is doing something right.

The food was okay — nothing spectacular. Asian fast food. I ordered Asian chicken salad and dining partner had the kung pao chicken light. Again, it was okay and the location convenient. We were waited on quickly and got our food rather quickly.

It’s Asian fast food, with upstyle décor and prices to match. Food is ok at best. We ordered salad rolls which fell apart when you bit into them. Came with two sauces — one your basic Siracha and one that was pretending to be the regular peanut with a bit of a kick. Can you tell we didn’t enjoy our meal?

Never been a fan of Pei Wei. In fact this was my first time to a Pei Wei in probably 5 years. The food isn’t consistent. Sometimes it’s okay and sometimes it’s just bad. I got the sesame chicken and it was not good at all. The rice was hard and they didn’t even give me it utensils to eat with(made a to go order). The cashier wasn’t very friendly, he spoke with a soft voice in a loud restaurant and while I waited for my order I constantly got to hear customers asking for him to repeat himself. Kind of funny though. I remember their iced tea being better before. Now it’s all watered down. Just disappointing experience. Think I’ll pass from now on.

I’ve been eating here since 2010, and every year, this place has gotten worse and worse. Back in 2010, the food tasted fresher and was better overall. But, alas, it is now 2014, and since then, the restaurant has undergone several menu adjustments, got rid of their complimentary plates on the tables with napkins, split up their porting on main entrees between«small» and«original» portions to get more money from their customers, and their appetizers are almost never hot when they are served. Since I’m back in town now, I decided to give them a «redemption» attempt for«old times sake», but I have been left sadly disappointed. All the great flavors I remember from the past are gone, the rice has no taste anymore, and it really just seems as though the chain as a whole does not care anymore. I’ve been to other Pei Wei’s, and they are all going this direction; inserting more forks in their menu listings and removing taste from their food. Until I get a better vibe from their brand as a whole, I’ll either eat elsewhere, or just eat at their owning company’s restaurants.(P.F. Changs)

My near by, go to, quick fix for Asian food. They have plenty of veggie and a handful of vegan options to fulfill my dietary needs. This location also has one of those giant special awesome Coke machines(go, and you’ll know what I mean). Among my fav dishes are the pad Thai, and pretty much any of their spicy tofu dishes. The set up is the same at most locations, walk in, wait in line, order at the counter, get your number and sit and wait. Once your meal is ready they run the food to your table. This location does have the big multi-choice Coke machine which is awesome(tho personally I’m a much bigger fan of their orange tea). Staff is typically friendly and service is fast(so long as the people ordering in front of you know what they are getting). All in all, a good olé reliable Asian place.

I LOVE Pei Wei! They constantly give out great coupon deals in their emails and on Facebook. Lots of BOGO offers which works perfectly because I go out for lunch nearly every day of the work-week. The lunch rush can get pretty busy and there is limited seating so there may be times where you’re looking for a spot for a few minutes. However, as busy as they are, Pei Wei always makes it a point to never forget something on your dish; I have looked confusedly at my plate only for the employees to ask me if there’s anything they can change or do to make my order better. All of the workers are informative and knowledgeable. Their soda fountain is AMAZING and has a million options, an added bonus upgrade. Never a bad experience during lunch. However… for dinner(I just ate there) it was a huge disappointment. No condiments readily available, no forks or napkins, teas left out in uncovered pitchers, things felt rushed(it may have been close to closing time, nonetheless not a good experience) the restroom was not too tidy, the floors were dirty, the tables were all in disarray, and there was an overall lack of enthusiasm from the employees to keep the restaurant clean. It was a huge surprise when comparing them to appearance of the restaurant during the lunch hour. I’ve been for lunch, ordered catering for a company outing, and they’ve never failed me so I will return to this location, just not during dinner time, hence the minus 1 star.
