The lines here were a little longer than the T-Mobile in the mall across the street, but the service was 100% better. I was helped by a Manager, I think his name might have been Michael. He was able to resolve an issue that the mall store was not willing to help me with, and he was friendly and respectful throughout the interaction. I also like that I didn’t feel like there was any sales pressure. I had been in the Daly City store near the make your own pizza place about a week ago just to ask questions about opening a new line and the sales pressure was on there big time.

Visited T-Mobile to port over two phone numbers from another phone company. The service was extremely slow, with the ordeal taking over two hours. A couple of weeks later, found out that the woman who set up my account misspelled my name in creating the account, so now I need to go back to a T-Mobile store in person to correct this. Horrible– avoid this store.

These are awesome group of guys and girls. Chris especially has helped me upgrade 4 lines. They are always helpful, they do return phone calls which in this age is very rare. I like going there the atmosphere is energetic, and someone greats you immediately as you walk in. I’ve always felt welcomed even when they are busy. Thanks Guys

I walked out when the manager told me that if the employee«forgot» to get a copy of my driver’s license and processed the transaction anyway, it was up to the employee’s discretion. Its done for«proof» that you came into the store, so the employee cannot later lie and say you were there when in fact it was somebody else with your driver’s license. But, if that is the case, and their honesty is that questionable, why trust them with your identity? Because the manager says that is the only way to get the new service. So shady was the operation that it steered me into success the next day at another place, and they never need a copy of my driver’s license. So, 5 stars. OK, not.

This is a new store which opened several months ago right next to Metro PCS. If T-Mobile’s acquisition of Metro PCS goes through, I guess they can just knock down the wall. I’m only writing this review because it is required to add the listing. I dropped in there when they first opened and the staff was nice enough even though I was not in the market for a new phone. Will update this later.
