I used to live in a building right across the street from here. The food is quick and delicious and they’re open fairly late which is great but… if you’re not asian-american, be prepared to be vibed hard by everybody including the employee’s here. I would never base a review like this off of a one-time experience, I realized this after going in 10+ times and after watching my asian friends go in and be treated completely differently — almost like walking into the bar from«Cheers». I’d usually take off more stars for this type of thing but the food is great enough to look past the blatant judgment. One more thing — they’re pretty relaxed about people(sometimes homeless) wondering in to hang out and charge electronic devices which can stink the place up.

This place is currently opened now, since Sept 6th Saturday. I am so glad this place came back! I missed this place. I think they are trying to change the name though due to horrible Quickly company! So happy this isnt Quickly anymore: D

Didn’t really know what this place was until my friends and I went inside at 11:30 at night literally right after we ate Korean food next door; I guess we were still hungry. I didn’t realize this was a boba place until i looked at the menu. I went with a hot boba milk tea, which was good; I’ve had better. Their taro slush was just okay as well; nothing special about it. I tried their lobster balls and it was okay. There wasn’t anything too memorable about this place for me. I’ve had better drinks and snacks elsewhere(Los Angeles), but I guess it was better than nothing at that moment in time. I liked the fact that they were open until midnight unlike many boba places I know, so that’s a plus.

So, the first time I came here was in 2009, and the only thing I remember of that experience was a lady coming in and trying to walk out with my purse. I came back this year because I was in the neighborhood and wanted some boba — it’s been a while since I’ve had good boba, so I thought it was high time! I was sorely disappointed. I ordered a lychee green tea with boba, but upon first sip, found it to be watered down and not that great. They were somewhat busy that evening, but I don’t think that’s an excuse for subpar drinks since plenty of other boba places can keep up the quality with a crowd. They do have a large selection of milk teas and other teas, as well as snacks, so anyone who decides to give this place a go might have better luck with that! Me, though… I’m not sure I’ll be back. Maybe if I happen to be in the neighborhood again.

One of the better Quickly franchises in the city, this Quickly is worth a visit when you’re in the mood for some cheap bobba and snacks. The service is not bad for a Quickly, and you know that when the guy behind the counter actually responds to you(I mean, you can’t expect them to actually talk to you though).

Very large menu of milk teas and boba. They use soy powder reconstituted in water for their«milk» tea. I got my usual favorite, honey dew melon. It was okay. Not amazing, not terrible. They have a large menu of fried food items(which I did not try).

I’ve been here a couple times… It’s been somewhat clean, but yesterday I went was definitely the last time I’ll go. Or at least to their bathroom. I ordered a popcorn chicken which wasn’t too bad, but then when I decided to use the restroom, it was just plain nasty. The toilet needed plunging really really badly because it was all plugged and the sink had toilet paper so you couldn’t even wash your hands. It was just terrible. I would suggest the workers check the bathroom more often and clean it up… I would rather make a longer trip and go down on Little Saigon or Clement.

The curry fish balls were decent – they were much better than the microwaved fish balls I’ve had at other Quickly branches. The hot lemon tea still tasted kind of syrup-y though. Would definitely recommend sticking to the milk tea, which is clearly the store’s specialty Also, don’t forget to Unilocal check-in at this store! You get a free super-size for all drinks just for clicking a simple button in the Unilocal app.

They ran out of boba tapioca bubbles at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon? Not sure what defines a good boba place, but I’m pretty sure this is not one of them.

Why do I keep bothering with Quickly when I’ve always been disappointed? I guess it’s because it always happens to pop up exactly when I feel like boba. I came to this one the other night around 1am after a concert at the Fillmore and decided to try the red bean milk tea which I thought would be a guaranteed good choice – instead it tasted like water with dirt in it. Gross. My boyfriend had the ginger milk tea which was better(slightly). The tapioca was also very under-cooked. Not sure about the rest of the menu but the place seemed kind of nice, there were other people enjoying the place and the employees were friendly enough. Still, I probably won’t drink bubble tea at any other Quickly’s any time soon.

3 stars is about right. With a lack of boba in the area Quickly is pretty much the only choice around, and it’s average quality. They have a HUGE menu with a lot of food options which kind of surprised me since I thought they only did drinks, but they have lots of snack options and even bento boxes and rice bowls. I ordered a Jasmine green tea with boba and my bf had the popcorn chicken. It’s pretty dark inside and the chairs didn’t look too comfortable so we just stood and waited for our order. My drink came out relatively quickly but the popcorn chicken took awhile, at least 8 – 10 minutes. At least this probably meant they made it fresh so I wasn’t particularly upset. My boba tea however was just meh. The tea didn’t have much flavor and the boba itself was too sticky, when I chewed it it stuck to my teeth =/However it was only $ 2 so I guess it was okay… I’d probably try something with milk if I came here again. But the popcorn chicken was good! They give you a decent serving for the price and it was crispy and not too oily. Maybe the snacks here are better than the drinks?

A standard quickly’s place. Taste the same as any other franchises. Wished they turn on the A/C when it’s 80 degrees outside.

Their cold milk teas are alright BUT their hot milk teas are bomb! They don’t microwave it. It actually comes out from the machine hot! And it tastes awesome.

I wish Popeye’s chicken and bubble tea would work a little better together, what with Popeye’s just around the corner from here. Alas, it doesn’t! It’s Quickly, so you can be pretty sure of what you’re going to get here. I came in early one morning just after they opened, and they didn’t have any tapioca ready yet. I mean, I get that, but that’s still a little weird. Really? A bubble tea place opening before you have your tapioca ready? Whatever. But hey, they take credit cards here at least, unlike some of the other bubble tea places in the city. Nice convenient location too(Geary/Fillmore). I was able to jump off the 22, grab a bubble tea, and get back on the next 22 heading out.

I’m a big sucker for quickly. doesnt matter what i had for lunch/dinner, there is ALWAYS room for quickly. my go to drink the thai iced tea with lychee jelly, but never had a bad drink at quickly. service is normally really fast also, which is important since most of the time i just wanna grab and go. one time, however, i grabbed some popcorn chicken and was kind of disappointed. texture wise it was great, no complaints: really crispy and fresh. but the flavor was super bland. i tried drenching it in the spicy powder but it tasted really bland nonetheless. still love the drinks tho, so overall im only gonna dock one star for this!

Their pudding was crap. End of story. One star. Okay, I’ll write more. + Only 1 table taken at noon + «Quick“ly service — out in 5min + No line + Jasmine tea was pretty alright — No flavor pudding — One worker running around making drinks and manning the cash register(I felt bad for him, +1 star) The only reason I came was for the pudding. They bombed it.

Quickly lived up to it’s name. in and out in 2 minutes noonish. just the facts: –only one table occupied –no one in line –typical quickly listings, some pricing even increased –single amigo on duty –got jasmine milk tea(no bubble, 1.99) just like that. –drink nice blend of tea and milk.

Why aren’t all Quckly’s open late night? They should! Any why are there no Quickly’s in Marin County? There should be! Anyway, on another note… my friends and I were driving around after watching The Avengers craving for a boba spot open past 9pm on a thursday. Thank goodness for the Quickly’s on Filmore because if not, we all would have been going home sad and depressed for the next week. A way huge large giant menu of boba than I am used to, about double the size of the menu I am used to. And trust me, I’ve had a lot of boba in my lifetime. Went with the Sesame milk tea. AMAZING. Was just like a liquid version of roasted sesame. Soo freaking good. I would suggest any of them here. Just be warned though that because the menu is so big, it might take you an extra 5 minutes to decide what you want to order.

Theres’ nothing Quick about this Quickly, but at least they have a bathroom you can use if you need to. I got an ‘Ameri-CAN-O’ just to use the damn restroom after the Cherry Blossom Festival, and it took about 20 min. to get through the line and use the restroom as well. They should have a limit on the dollar amount for credit card transactions. Everything would have been faster if people just paid with cash. Full of teenagers.

I normally wouldn’t rate a Quickly with such«high» ratings as a 3-star review but this particular store is pretty unique. The drink list is endless and the food menu is equally as long. When you’re walking by and just want a quick(no pun intended) snack this is the perfect place to come in and grab a fast bite. The hazelnut milk drink with tapioca is a great way to assist in gulping down the fried pot-stickers. With good prices and decently quick service this shop should be around a bit longer than the rest.
