The food is high quality and great price. Ordered their salmon bagel, no onions and a coffee(organic, dark roast, Bolivian) and both were amazing. Also, whoever is in charge of the music has a great taste.

I’m really pissed off! I ordered food on Unilocal and even though my order was ready, their staff refused to give it to me until they finished processing several orders of people standing in line. I will never order from this place again and I would not recommend that anyone in a hurry order from this place either!

Still looking for a passable bagel so I walked to this place. Much better than the nasty Posh place but still very average at best. I’m sure they do brisk business as it sits on the ground floor of an office building. No bathroom for customers. People working here all looked angry.

I just started working upstairs, so I came down here to try this place for lunch. I ordered the ChickenPeño grilled sandwich — and it was delicious! The bread is super fresh, the chicken breast is cooked perfectly, and the jalapeño ranch is delicious without being overwhelming or too much. You also get a decent sized sandwich for the price that you’re paying. A filling meal for a lower price is sometimes hard to find in SoMa. Definitely coming back here again to try more of their menu

Spreadz is great! Their customer service is exceptional and everyone is so friendly! All of their food is great too! It’s definitely not your average café! The chicken shawarma is a must try!

Breakfast saver in the morning! On my commute to work, I realized I had forgotten my breakfast at home. Spread’z to the rescue! The space was huge, it was easy to find, and is a great option in the area for a quick bite to eat. They have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches on bagels, and the lunch menu was of a good length also, though I honestly didn’t really pay attention to it. I got a smoked salmon bagel sandwich, and it was just what I needed! Nothing extravagant or extraordinary, but just plain good. The prices seemed reasonable, also!

Love love love this place! It’s tucked away under a building and a little far from the normal foot traffic you see in the financial district, but I don’t mind walking here. When I take friends here for lunch, they always ask me «How did you end up finding this place?» The space here is huge, they have like a little market selling chips, candy, drinks, etc. The menu has a great variety; both breakfast and lunch items. I always get the chicken shawarma wrap(chicken, hummus, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers) which comes with a little side salad. I tell myself to try the other delicious sounding items, but I just can’t get enough of the shawarma wrap! The prices here are good, portions are huge, and they have a very friendly, smiling staff. sending positive vibes :)

I would give 4 stars for food. 3 stars for ambience and cost. I ordered vegan speciality wrap. The order came pretty quick. Liked the veggies, especially artichokes and olives. However, I have had better wraps in SF. Might come back in couple of weeks.

Cute(huge) café tucked on the bottom floor of the Schwab building. My coworker and I first saw Spreadz on GoDish and decided to claim a deal to use there. Who we think is the owner helped us and was so friendly. He even gave us a handful of 50% off coupons. I got a chicken shawarma wrap with a. Spinach tortilla and it even came with a little side salad. The regular price is under $ 8 which isn’t bad for FiDI and with that huge of a portion. There lots of moist chicken pieces, cucumbers, lettuce and tahini and hot sauce. Salad was a simple lettuce and carrot mix with a nice light dressing. It was so filling that I saved half for the next day. I would prefer this over Mixt Greens anyday! We returned the following week for a lunch as well. I ordered the Thai Sesame Salad. Everyone who knows me, knows that I love a good Asian Chicken salad! They allowed me to substitute the cabbage for regular lettuce, and it came with breaded chicken, cucumbers, mandarin orange slices, carrots and walnuts. The dressing was light and not too sweet. Loved this light salad! Again, I did save some for the next day. There’s seating here but most people, like us, grab and go. The people here are so friendly. The food here isn’t gourmet or anything, but when you want something simple and good for your lunch break, I highly recommend checking out Spreadz. I’ve also heard that their breakfast is really good too.

Talk about a secret but in a good way. I have been hitting the local deli on Spear because I am usually more inclined to make my own salads. The place I go to charge by the pound, so I usually end up walking out with a $ 13 salad. Spreadz to the rescue. I actually met an old coworker here and didn’t even know it existed until I walked up the landing to be level with the entrance of 221 Main. I ordered the Southwest Salad w/chicken and the 1000 Chicken sandwich, which is located under the ‘toasted sandwiches’ category. Great variety of salads, toasted sandwiches, regular cold sandwiches, and wraps line the menu. The level of attention is applied to the finished product as the sandwiches are huge and cleanly presented. The toasted 1000 chicken sandwich came warm and the Dutch Crust bread slightly crunchy on the outside. The overall impression after the first bite had me hooked. The salad is also prepared after the order and is packed with lots of lettuce, mixture of veggies, slices of juicy chicken, and drizzled with a slightly spicy creamy bbq sauce. The sandwich and salad are both priced at a fantastic deal less than $ 9. There goes my daily $ 13 salad fix. I’ve found my new sandwich + salad spot across the way. Great service, great prices, and great quality of their lunch menu. I am a fan!

Little whole in the wall right next to where I work. follow the big«221» and roof lights that leads to a reception. The food here is always great. i love the Breakfast Burrito and the Breakfast Bagels they have. My favorite will always be the Falafel wrap that is available after 10am. They are always open for you to customize your order, as I always customize my B. Bagel and Sandwiches with Falafel and other ingredients.

Second half comeback. Lunch with a business partner in the former Main Tower Deli: Much time passed before finally meeting in person. Expect great things from the second part of our relationship. Realized this while finishing my build your own sandwich. The turkey, chicken and hummus that seemed to be lacking in the disappointing first half was much more evident in the great second half. Despite the four star friendly service for $ 7.99 plus tax expect great things from start to finish. But perhaps like our relationship the best things for Spread’z are still to come.
