First let me tell you I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best restaurants out there… You think hotel and you say nah… Try it. I had the shrimp appetizer which had a primp… A light broth and served cold…(be sure and ask for bread… It’s awesome). I then had the Churassco steak … It was prepared so well. Came with lightly seasoned fresh green beans and then for the starch was some thick potato slices that were naked and had light cheese on it… Excellent taste. Service was awesome … Which it always is… I had Sara. She was very proud of her restaurant which is hard to find. This is worth going to even if you live here

This place was such a fabulous surprise!!! Drove to stay overnight for an early flight and we were starving. Went down to eat at the Coast and it was so darn good. My hubby had the seafood chowder soap & fish tacos — delicious!!! I had burger and garlic fries — so great. Then we shared the crème brulie — wow, had 3 flavors, so GOOD. We would eat here anytime we are in the area, nice and clean, and the staff — esp. Brittany, she was so attentive and a did a wonderful job. Even the chef brought our food out, checked to make sure all was good. Way better food here than Outback, or other chains. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

The seafood chowder is great. Being from Louisiana it’s difficult to find good seafood but this is great. We will be here for a week and will be back for another bowl before departing.

Outstanding cuisine with excellent quality artfully prepared food at moderate prices. It is in a Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Professional Chef Timothy introduced himself and made to order breakfast. Highly recommend whether you stay at the hotel(also outstanding) or not.

This is a great restaurant. It is fine dinning and the food is excellent. The selection of wines matched the food. Our server was well versed in the whole menu. What a memory! She chose a very good wine, to go with the fish, sable fish we chose. This was excellent and i would chose this again. It was all beautifully presented. This is not a cheap restaurant but you pay for what you get. I would recommend it.

I love this restaurant. I have been staying at this hotel for a while. Their food is fresh and great quality for a lobby hotel restaurant. The wine list is short. But hood. I always have the Coast house salad light dressing. They can add salmon, shrimp, chicken or steak. They had flat breads. Appetizers. And every day they have different specials. They served Starbucks coffee. Their coffee is not available all day thou. Is always nice to be able to eat great food in your hotel after a long day of work. I appreciate that Hilton is upgrading their food and service options for guest. If around, give them a chance. Their prices are not high. Are reasonable for the quality of food you are getting.

Food wasn’t bad but not overly impressive. Small menu. Service was really good and nice clean atmosphere. Wouldn’t eat here again unless u are staying at the hotel but if u are staying here it’s worth a meal or two just for convenience.

Don’t get too excited by the interesting menu. What it offers in creativity it misses in execution. For Hilton Garden Inn though it’s serviceable, if not pricey.

Went in here for lunch with a few others. The service was good. The food was ok. If I hadn’t been there on business I probably wouldn’t have gone at all. Not too shabby, if you’re staying at the hotel it’s not a bad option, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to have a meal here.

Amazing hotel food! Nice menu selections and friendly wait staff. I started with the lemon and Parmesan hummus. Delicious. Finished with pan-seared salmon atop an amazing combination of spinach, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, potatoes, artichoke hearts, and pine nuts. I recommend both!

Had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant several times last week. Was staying in the hotel across the street(you can get room service from them too). I have to say that I have never had food this good at a Hilton Garden Inn. If you go, the garlic fries are a must. Excellent all the way around.

Great hotel restaurant. My salmon was fresh and cooked perfectly to that point where it just melts in your mouth. The wild mushrooms on the side were fantastic, as were the other potatoes and veggies.

Best hotel restaurant food I can recall. Located in the Hilton Gardens off O’Brien just south of the Airport. Went there after trying some samples at the Dine Tampa Bay kick-off…and wanting to have more from their $ 25 three course special menu. There were 3 options in each category, so we shared great beef satay and generous fried calamari apps, good salmon with rich salad as well as tender filet with mashed taters, followed by bourbon bread pudding and chocolate mousse that we intended to take home but somehow consumed before boxing. The portions were perfect, so we left satisfied without stuffing. Nice upscale touches such as a fine corn/avocado relish with the satays, great calamari toppings, and a cinnamon-shaker outline of a fork on the dessert plate. Service by Catrina was unusually attentive and skillful as we arrived early and had nearly her entire attention. We also checked out the regular menu that offered other items of interest, and a good beer/wine list. Prices on some items are a bit high, but not for hotel food. And the $ 25 special was a real deal. We may get back again to sample more. This is a fine illustration of the usefulness of Dine Tampa Bay… esp. in the Summer doldrums before the Elephants arrive. For room service at a hotel it was pretty good. Not the average room service, but I didn’t complain.

Wow! I have never tasted food like this that came from a hotel restaurant. Turkey burger, sweet potato fries, awesome! Great service — fast and friendly and not over-priced!

I was staying across the street while i was here TDY for the military the last week of April. Since there aren’t many food options in the area, I looked up ‘Coast’s menu online. It showed an awesome salad that you could add protein onto for a separate charge… awesome. So I walk over there to place my order, but notice it’s a new menu. The reason for 1 star? They refused to make my order… and not even that, to even ASK the back kitchen if they could. I understand it’s a new menu…(although not updated on their website)…but seriously, you can’t sell me a salad with chicken on top of it? Atrocious, obviously a place like this doesn’t care about customers.

I liked this little place inside the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa. I’ve so far only had breakfast there but I really like the atmosphere and the staff working in the restaurant is VERY friendly and very accommodating. For breakfast it’s a fairly typical buffet with delicious baked goods, fruit and eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. They have a customized egg cooking station(very nice and friendly chef cooking you up eggs to order) and waffles and the like. I love the décor of the restaurant, it is very European and modern in style and i love the square little creamer container they have on each table. I took a look at the lunch and dinner menu and the prices seemed reasonable(not outrageous hotel prices like some restaurants in hotels) with things from $ 9 to market price and every thing in between. The menu sounded creative and healthy. They do seem to be busy during lunch and dinner when I have gone by so the food can’t be terrible ;) If I get the chance, I will definitely have to come back and try the lunch or dinner there.
