I placed this order at 7 p.m. The tracker claimed that it was on «PREP» by 7:09 p.m. It stayed there for awhile, but after 30minutes i decided to call to check up on our order since it was unusual to have food on «PREP» for 30minutes – it usually takes 10minutes, even less. I called and after about 10 rings, a lady picks up the phone, quickly said«Dominos please hold» without even giving me a chance to say«hello». That was okay. I was on hold for about 5minutes, and then when a guy finally picks up, i explained my situation. He replies with a horrible, annoyed-sounding tone saying«your order is here don’t worry I see yo’ numba» when i asked how long would it take to pick it up, he replied«an hour» with no explanation and just hung up. By this time i am apalled by what i have just experienced and just could not even process what had just happened. My family heard the whole conversation too, because everything was on loudspeaker. We all lost our appetite but I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order online, and to be honest, i didn’t want to cancel by calling again. I never do these surveys, but this is honestly the worse experience that i have ever had with customer service. I also used to work in the food industry, and to be frank, our store would have been closed down by the District Manager if customer service was this bad.

Horrible service. Placed an oder and when I received it an hour later meaning the tracker said out for delivery for an hour. The food was cold so I called obviously upset and the manager on duty could only say the roads are slippery out and he had a delivery before mine. I understand the roads were not great but an hour on the road is not acceptable. I lived in this town my whole life and the most it should take is 20 – 25 if you are going one side to another in bad weather. I called in today to see where my refund was cause I actually drove the food back and left it inside the store. This was on the 19th and the assistant manager said she does not have access to do that only the store manager does. I don’t know what Dominoes is doing but I’m in retail and I’m an assistant manager and I can do anything my manger can do cause it’s called taking care of the customers. Even the most difficult ones. Oh this is not the first time my food came cold and late. Maybe hire more drivers this has yet to happen with Papa Johns and I hate saying it but I like Dominoes better but service has to improve.

Yesterday I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. Once the pizza was delivered the delivery guy Mohammad asked for my ID. Wish you would have asked me before hand but ok. Ran back upstairs to get it. As he checks my ID he questions me on if I really live here. Well that is none of your business but I was nice and said no visiting. I sign the receipt and he give me my ID back. His attitude then changed once he saw the tip. Now people I gave him a 20% tip! He said are you not happy with the service? He puts his foot in the doorway so I could not shut it. I said excuse me?! He said really that’s it for a tip? Where u not happy. I quickly said now I’m not you need to leave. Mohammad then said no no tell me now why you didn’t like the service. I told him I’ll email corporate! You need to leave. After arguing for about 5 mins and me threatening to call the cops he left. Needless to say Mohammad should not be delivering pizzas. If you see his name on your tracker request a different driver!!! But my pizza was still good tho! 2 stars

If it were possible to give –0– stars, I would. A few years back, the national chain conceded their crust was horrible(in their actual ads). Has it improved? Not! Pizza 101 — you buy cheese in a 15lb. block and don’t cut it until used. The chains, all of them, buy frozen, pre-grated cheese for ½ the price of fresh. The Italian forefathers in Tuscany and Sicily are turning over in their graves. this is not pizza, this is is a product that is even inferior to what’s in the frozen section of your supermarket. And their price points, sans discount, are the same as genuine, Italian-owned pizzerias with master chefs who used Grande top of the line product, not novices who are given a thirty minute tutorial on slapping dough, then inexplicably are put on the front lines. And the reviewer who had issue with mgt and their treatment of their employees is dead on. My friend, well-qualified, interviewed with this location. The owner was arrogant and put him on the defensive because he worked for a competitor. Dumb. He could’ve used him to find out info on his. competition. I wouldn’t support this place if the pizza was free. Om-r, you think you’re doing someone a favor by hiring them, like its your money. This is why your turnover is a disgrace, and you can’t keep people. Your product is overpriced, processed, unpalatable, and you’re a tyrant.

My go-to neighborhood Domino’s. I must admit that we order from here pretty frequently. It’s our default cheap, we have no idea what to eat and it’s getting late so most places are closed/closing spot. Nowadays, we opt to do pick-up to avoid the delivery fee and other issues I’ve encountered with delivery. I’ve rarely encountered any issues concerning my items being cooked properly so they’re pretty solid on that front. My only issue with this particular franchise(or perhaps this also happens to other ones) is that whenever I order sauces($ 0.50/each), the delivery person never has it with him. It’s happened every single time I had them deliver so it has converted me to pick-up instead. Even when I do pick-up, I always have to remind them of the sauces, as well. Domino’s…get your system corrected especially when you charge extra for sauces. One time I ordered and the delivery guy argued with me that it wasn’t part of my order. I showed him the details of my order on my phone that I had already paid for it but he kept insisting that it’s not«printed» on the stickers on the box. Whatever happened to proper customer service. He should have at least checked with his store and apologized for the error. Unfortunately for me, I had already given him a substantial tip on top of their«delivery fee» before he pretty much just ran away from me and I had realized his attitude and obviously poor training.
