Never again, my husband and son always came here. last week my husband and I went alone we ate out side because the 2 clowns working where using the F word while the tall young man helped us. The man in front of us asked the young man who cut the meat for mayo on his sandwich the young man behind the counter informed the customer, THAT’S NOT MY JOB. the young man then went back into the back room and informed his co worker «How he just did all his jobS in the past 10 minutes «and he should be F. Happy… None of the tables where begin useed, maybe because they where DIRTY. NICE WORK BOYS.

I love this place! Everyone is genuinely nice and very helpful and really funny! I come get lunch here pretty often and I am never disappointed. Their pickles are seriously the best! You guys are doing a great job!

Last night was my last visit to this location. Service has been terrible in the evenings, last time I came in a guy was complaining that it was supposed to be his day off and he didn’t feel like making sandwiches. Last night the short guy was almost hostile. Very rude and when I was being a smart ass and apologized that he had to do his job, he said «It’s okay.» I told him I was being sarcastic and he was an idiot, he didn’t argue with me. I’m done.

This place used to be decent. The guy working there this evening was a d***. Avoid this place when the short-​black guy is working. He just seems unhappy and should be working elsewhere. When I asked for mayonnaise, he said it comes with it. I also asked for no bacon. And when I asked if there was bacon, he said yes it comes with it. I asked for mustard and he drowned one side and placed a little on the other. I seriously had to wipe some off. I hope management pays attention.

I love coming here! I stop by once a week. And the staff is always amazing! My order is always perfect. I’m a creature of habit so I always get the delicious spicy buffalo chicken cheese steak with grilled onions and I always add avocado. If you’ve never tried Jersey Mike’s do yourself a favor and try it now

I’m leaving here really sad and disappointed. It’s unfortunate that I just spent $ 10 on one sandwich and it’s only mundane. I don’t know if the guy was new or just stingy but I ordered the #9 club, which is the only thing I’ve ever ordered from Jersey Mikes and there was no meat! I always get the mini size but today I was feeling extra hungry so I thought I’d splurge and get the regular. The guy only put two slices of each meat on the sandwich (4 slices meat total, 3 slices cheese total). I get more meat on the mini size than I did getting this bigger size, so what am I paying for, more bread? I’m seriously just eating bread. When I took the sandwich home, my family member was mad for what I brought back and for the price. I came back to get more and I watched someone else make another persons sandwich and it was so much meatier. When I commented the person said they gave the amount the recipe called for, but if that’s the right amount then all the other locations are making it meaty and apparently wrong. I will say the customer service (speed of service, employee attitude) was good, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, but at the end of the day, I’m paying for a sandwich that should leave me satisfied. If I wanted a piece of bread with no meat in it, I could’ve saved my money and gone to subway across the street.

Love this place for sandwiches! Their hot sandwiches are delicioussss!
I have only been here twice and both times I got hot sandwiches and fell in love! They have both hot and cold. You can also add any extra veggies and dressings you may want on it. Chips and drinks also served.
I’ve tried the Chipotle Cheesesteak and Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. I recommend both! They stuff their sandwiches well and the melt of the cheese makes it so mouthwatering! The sauces they use in both are also very flavorful. You will definitely be satisfied with taste!
Only reason why I give ⁴⁄₅ is because it is really pricey. You can easily spend $ 20 just getting a meal here on your lunch break, which is a lot more expensive than most sandwich places. However, I do think it is worth it and one of the best places I’ve had for cheesesteaks :)

Jesus this is painful. If I have to watch 5 mins just for this kid to put his gloves on with 5 ppl ahead of me that’s 25 mins just for glove wait!!! Why are you so fing SLOW. It’s lunch time hire another person you idiots. Never coming back here for lunch

I come in about twice a month for a Number 7. Food is fresh, service is always good and the place is always clean. The staff is friendly even when the line is out the door. I’ve been a customer for 2 years at this store and will continue to come back.

Rudest ass people I have to encounter in my entire life… love the only Sandwich I’m familiar with. the # 31, I orders with certain variation.. like add provolone chees, ranch, salt n pepper,.the ass hole of a the server I had the privilege to be served by seemed irritated cuz in was asking him make those additions, our of anger or just to keep being an ass hole he went ahead n added the pepper to my bread without anything on it 1^st! Who does dat? Love the food guys, I know it’s healthy, but this is the 2^nd location I have had may be bad luck to be served by here’s, period! people like this dude should not be working in this type of industry. The other location it’s the one off Philadelphia n grove ave. n ontario.i will talk about my experience there As well.

Just meh. Got a number 2 mikes way to much bread verus meat not impressed at all. service was ok. Better then Subway but thats not sayin much.

Love the #13. Food is always good. Depending on who’s there the service is top notch or so so. 4 stars is fair.

Tonight was my first time here after coworkers were raving about jersey mikes. I just wanted to say that my entire experience was great. Isaiah helped me and he had awesome customer service. I dined in and also overheard him helping out two customers who we’re placing a large order. He truly seemed happy to be helping them!
I got wheat bread, chicken, bacon, and mayo… my favorite. and it was delicious!
Jersey mikes was very clean inside and I actually had a great dinner, eating and watching tv there. I will be back soon!
Isaiah.apparently you’re a star at jersey mikes. so many great comments about him and the staff on Unilocal.Keep it up!

This store needs more hard workers like the tall guy with blue eyes that sings taylor swift and the short skinny gal sierra and isaiah and tristen and daniel he is a handsome fella oh the dude that used to get the number 7 with guac and julianna and red hair and the other handsome fella adrian and sheila and vanesha

Went to get a sandwich and the cleanliness rating was a «B». Sorry but I don’t eat at a dirty restaurant

I’ve been here 3 times and every time they treated me like family. Besides having great sandwiches they also have great customer service. The place is really clean as well. I know it’s new but they’re keeping it up very nicely. I simply love this place. You can’t go wrong here.

I have had the #7 (turkey and provolone) in the past and really liked it! I was craving a «good“sandwich and thought I would come here. The workers here are very friendly here! When you order a sandwich everything down to the bread is fresh. Decided to stay and eat it here and it’s super clean inside. If you want to try a great and fresh sandwich come here! :) Nothing is better than great food and awesome customer service! I’ll be back for sure.

The food was very good I’ve had better but they were quick attentive and very fresh comparing them to subway is stupidity they are beyond amazing compared to that junk. I will definitely be back and I would recommend everyone to give them a try

food was actually better than i expected!
there were a long line when i walked inside but normally long line means its a good place in my opinion!
looked through all the subs that sounded good i picked their philly cheese steak!
cheese was melted nicely and meat was evenly cut out and the veggies were cooked very well!
ordered a giant size not thinking how big they are. ended up barely finishing one half of the sub and packed the rest for dinner!
service was good and the wait time to get the food (especially the ones that needs to be melted took longer) but it was a great experience!
