This is my go-to Phở location. I think that the broth is more flavorful at Phở 2 than the Phở 1. It’s definitely a little hole in the wall resturant. It’s always the same wait staff, sometimes they aren’t in the best of moods, but it feels super homey, the food is good, they give you lots of it, and the service is quick. I would definitely prefer this resturants food and not care about how it looks.

I’m surprised to see that this Phở restaurant is rated more poorly than Phở #1. I personally prefer the dishes here that I have tried thus far. To me, the food here is definitely more authentic tasting. With the authentic taste however, the shop is definitely less clean and not as well kept. The portion sizes here are slightly larger for similar prices. I personally love their Phở — I almost always get a large #7. The large portions are definitely very sizeable, with a decent amount of meat too. They are also very generous with the side vegetables and seasonings. I personally prefer the bean sprouts cooked, as to me it makes the flavors more mild and the soup is usually not quite hot enough to cook the bean sprouts on their own. I recommend you give it a try too! When you order your dish, just mention it to the worker and they’re usually happy to help. I have tried a few of their drinks, and they are much better than I expected. I was very happy to see them use a decent amount of avocado when my friend got the avocado smoothie, and to use real mango chunks in the mango smoothie as well. Overall, I probably come here at least once a month. It is always a comfort food for me, and I love the soup on a colder day. For the amount of food you get, it is definitely at an awesome price as well. The service here is not the best, and the restaurant is far from being what could be described as clean, but perhaps it is all a part of the experience of good Phở food.

My favorite Phở restaurant in Vallejo. This is my go to spot when I don’t feel like cooking. Taste like a home cooked meal and I’m always satisfied when I leave. I always order the fresh and fried spring roll, and a bowl of wonton soup. Good/fast service leaving my belly and wallet happy.

Phở or spring rolls weren’t as good as Phở #1 at all. Didn’t taste fresh and the rice paper they used had a hard texture as if they were sitting out. Service was horrible. Rude as hell. Don’t even get a thank you or a smile, but when one of her friends was leaving from the table she quickly waved and smiled and said«have a nice day.» Kinda confused by that, but ill never come back here that’s for sure.

My favorite dish is their Vermicelli. There is a selection of dishes for vegetarians. I love their selection of boba and shakes. Thai Iced tea is delicious. There is also Thai coffee for the coffee lovers.

First time there tonight. They didn’t give us a lot of time to look over the menu before asking what we want but we just kinda already knew what we came for lol, quick service, food came less than 10 Mins. The ladies that took our order & sat us don’t respond to kindness too well? We say thank you every time she brought something to our table but just walked away. But, we came at a good time, when it was pouring & not many people there. I’ll def be going there more often.

Ordered Phở take out and they forgot to put basil, lime or bean sprouts in the bag. Who eats phở without it. Now I know why they have 3 stars. The broth is delicious, but it would have been so much better if it was complete with all the fixings. If you order phở to go, be sure to ask if everything is there before you leave.

Found hair on my mom’s vermicelli noodle bowl. I only come out here because it’s closer to my house and I’m too lazy to drive elsewhere. The broth tastes so watered down. Boba is good, but also a hit or miss. I got a mango shake on time and it tasted watered down. Plates are pretty fulfilling. I think that’s the only thing I like. I think, she’s the owner, but she’s really nice. I think they need to wear gloves though especially when giving out food. Let’s just say there’s better places to go then this restaurant. Just being honest.

I feel like I should be liking this place, but I’m not a big fan. I’ve tried the location in Vacaville, which is my favorite. But this one isn’t impressive. Service is not great, the waitress couldn’t even speak English. The noodles seemed off. I had to add extra hoisin, Siracha and lime to make it flavorful. Seating for a big group isn’t ideal. I couldn’t even get out of my seat without bumping the person behind me.

Out of all the«phở lee hoa phat» restaurants this one HAS to be the WORST. Because: — horrible service — dirty tables — undercooked tapioca pearls — watered down broth I could honestly go on. I was warned not to come here by others but I figured how bad could it really be? They were right, DONTCOMEHERE. Send help!

This is not the Phở to go to at all unless you like your food warm, soup warm, your rice plates warm, and even your waitress service bad. S E R V I C E: The service was not good at all, whenever we said thank you for the water, our food, or for whatever help the waitress gave us all she would say is «Yup» not you’re welcome, but«Yup»! When taking our order, she would look around not even pay attention to what we said. I thought I was being Punk’d or at least pranked with how bad this service was. F O O D: As mentioned earlier, everything was warm like it was already cooked for 5mins and the waitress waited to bring it over! The BBQ beef rice plate, is always a favorite when I go to any Phở, but here the rice plate was very warm! I ordered Shrimp Spring Rolls, and it was wrapped so thick, the wrap tasted as if it was already pre rolled. The spring roll came out to our table within 2−5mins of being ordered! I do not recommend this place. It got the job done of filling me up, but I would not come back here again!

Food here is huge portioned and I’m always leaving really full. This is the best phở place in Vallejo. Like most Phở places, customer service is a bit lacking, but what I did appreciate was when I was putting my food in a to go box, a lady came up and did the soup for me! Never happened for me before and it was awesome of her. Will be coming back.

There aren’t a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in Vallejo to begin with, but on this side of Vallejo, you’ve got two choices: Phở #1 or Phở Lee Hoa Phat 2. This place is heaps better than Phở #1; I don’t know why that place is so popular. The food here is better and slightly cheaper*. I’ve gotten phở, rice plates, and vermicelli noodles here and am happy with what I’ve gotten. I’ve tried the dry egg noodles once and did not like it. The sauce was too sweet so I wouldn’t recommend that dish. I will say though Phở #1 dominates when it comes to décor and service. This place looks like your typical unassuming phở restaurant and with the older women working here who are not so… refined. I often hear them yelling at each other in Vietnamese«du ma» this, «du ma» that, lmao. I don’t mind that as much as them talking smack about customers in Vietnamese as well as their non-Vietnamese employees… Yes I know, and I took one star off for that. The women working at the other location on the other side of town, Phở Lee Hoa Phat 3, are more polite. *Edit — they recently increased their prices so no longer cheaper, but still comparable in price and food tastes better.

Spectacular Phở. VERY deep phở/soup menu with plenty of pics for those new to the cuisine — amazing selection. If some in your party don’t want soup there are good selections for meat and rice dishes. Service is incredibly fast and friendly, helpful and accommodating Left expensive sunglasses behind and were kept safe and sound for us upon our return.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and I don’t know why I haven’t done a Unilocal review. I’m here almost on a weekly basis. The menu is huge and what I appreciate about Vietnamese food is that they try to satisfy sweet, savory, sour and salty with one meal. I get either a phở tai(rice noodle with beef slices), goi cuon(fresh spring rolls) or a rice plate with the bbq beef and fish cake or the vermicelli bowl with beef and shrimp. Oh, and I usually get an avocado shake. Depending on how busy it is or who’s working, they might lag a bit when it comes to the shakes. I suggest ordering them to go. The phở will always come out first and fast. I have a white girl tolerance for spice so I load up on the hoisin sauce. You have to ask for the water now that California be dry af. Don’t get too cranky if they don’t bring you any water. They drought friendly, aight? They’re next to the seafood city plaza. There’s plenty of parking, but the lanes are unmarked in the parking lot and people be crazy driberz.

Was recommended to come here to see how it compared to Pho1. The place was definitely a lot bigger than Pho1. In terms of the broth flavor, I felt the two were pretty similar. However, I did think the portion size was slightly larger here compared to Pho1 for about the same price. I normally order a medium at Pho1 and usually I can probably eat a little more. But after eating the medium bowl here, I was definitely very full! Given that the prices are similar, I would probably come here again to try their other dishes. Pho1 has recently moved to a different location so I do antipicate trying the new place to see how it compared to before and to this restaurant. Given the limited food selection in Vallejo, can’t go wrong with coming here. A cheap meal that will guarantee to get you full!

If you want fast food, this restaurant is the right place. As long as there are seats(I’ve never seen it full), you’ll get seated in a min. Communication can be an issue, but as long as you say the number of the meal you want, then you’re good to go. You will get your meal in about 5 min. Our normal order is the #25 Phở Hai San(Seafood Rice Noodle Soup) and #38 Combo Plate(1grilled pork chop and 2 chicken wings with rice). You can’t go wrong. My wife likes their spring rolls. If you’re a tea drinker, it’s free here. Parking is never a problem. You’ll find one.

Pros: Fast service, good food, generous portions, affordable prices, clean facility, lots of seating Cons: Staff is very straight to the point, they kind of just show up at your table to take your order and place plates in front of you — don’t look for a greeting, conversation, smile, anything I came here on Saturday, 6÷6÷15 with my family. I usually order the seafood phở but it was hot so I got the beef vermicelli bowl. Very generous portions. The meat was cooked just right, not chewy or hard. Vermicelli was fresh and so were the garnishments that came with it. My family got rice plates and they were all satisfied with their food. I only gave it three stars because the way the staff interacts with customers is very important to me. Staff here are very cold. I don’t know if it’s a language thing and I could understand that. But a simple hello and smile shouldn’t be too hard. It’s almost as if staff hates coming in and this isn’t just from this particular visit either, I’ve been coming here for years and I always feel this way. But I love phở so when I’m in Vallejo being dragged to Seafood City by relatives — they bring me here to make it up.
