Haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in forever so me and my boyfriend thought we’d give it a go. This specific place was beyond amazing. The staff was so nice right off the bat, and we were seated immediately. Right as we were we seated we got bread and got our drinks ordered not far behind. The prices were really good for the«early eaters» section of the menu. I got a 6 oz sirloin, baked sweet potato, and a cup of mixed veggies for about $ 9. My boyfriend got the 10oz roadkill with a baked potato and a cup of mixed veggies for the same price; both were so delicious. My boyfriend also got a jack and Coke but ended up not enjoying it and the waiter noticed and offered to take it off the bill. After leaving the restaurant, my boyfriend noticed he left his phone on the table. We called them to make sure it was there and the person who answered was very nice and helpful. Once we picked the phone up they told us that they had charged the phone while it was at the hostess station. Overall amazing service and delicious food, will be returning!

Love coming here so much. Starting 3 years back for a birthday dinner. And been comin every year and special occasions. They always make you feel so welcomed. And they even throw in a country line dance of the waitresses. And the food is always delicious. Compared to outback this place blows em outta the water. Yall keep it up.

The table wasn’t cleaned off when we were escorted to it. There were dishes and half eaten food, which is understandable because it’s not being handled properly. The seat was soaking wet and had food on it from the previous victims. I told the hostess who said she will get napkins for me. I DON’T THINKSO! She wanted me to wipe the booth down, eeemmm gtfo. Anyway, we sat next to the bar where you can see into the kitchen. YIKES! They were pulling the receipt paper for the meals out of the printer with food preparation utensils and slapping the receipts directly onto the food that was already cooked and going to the tables! NOTHANKS! We asked for the manager and told him we were not going to eat there. If they have blatant disregard for food preparation, imagine what else they may do. YUK. Mixed drink was poorly made as well but whatever. This is a no go. Super divey with dead stuffed animals and snake skins all over as well as filthy eating utensils. I guess this is how people in Texas like to eat… I sincerely doubt it. FAIL.

Love the food. I go here for their butter rolls more than the steak. Service is hit and miss.

Well, here I sit at the bar waiting for a new burger, minus the staple. My boyfriend and I have dined here numerous times but this time really took the cake. I was unable to finish my dinner and as I am packing up my food and picking up my burger to put into the box I see a staple on my plate. A staple. I’ve found hair in my food but really? A staple? I’m just shocked and disgusted. The manager could not give us any explanation as to why the kitchen was using a stapler but decided to give me a free burger to go to make up for it. Needless to say I do not think we will come back. The bar staff is awesome here and the food is great but this is just something that is hard to look past.

Love this place. Ribeye steak is soooo juicy and delicious, broccoli was good, & the mashed potatoes are creamy topped with the white country gravy. All so yummy! I took away a star because the bathroom isn’t too clean and the floors are messy everywhere you walk because of the peanuts. Overall, this place has excellent food and I like the country vibe!

I come to Texas roadhouse in the excitement that I get to throw peanut shells on the ground. So when I couldn’t do that I was a little upset. I was told to just leave it on the table to be cleaned. Our waiter Justin is a young guy. He’s friendly and funny. Good kid and appears to really like his job which is a good thing when you work for tips. Not saying we got the tip vibe from him, but he definitely earned his money. At no point was our drinks low and bread empty. Nice work Justin. The reason for only 3 stars is because of the steak. I came with 2 other buddies and we all ordered a steak. Naturally when you order a steak that’s what you should get, however, when I ordered my 10oz I would say about 6oz was actually steak and the rest was fat. It was such a let down.

Actually went here yesterday for the first time with my family. Great service and the food was awesome. My wife got the T-Bone which practically melted as it hit your mouth. I ended up ordering boneless buffalo chicken and a burger. By the time I got to the burger I couldn’t eat anymore. Waitress was on top of drinks etc. Will definitely be going here again.

I’m sorry, but I do like this place. On most Fridays, my colleagues and I trek ourselves to this place. I almost always have a free Appetizer coupon, so we tend to order the Fried Pickles or Cactus Blossom or Cheese Fries. The Cactus Blossom was ordered this visit, and the Cajun Horseradish sauce that accompanies is the BOMB! We tore that thing apart in about 5 minutes. I can’t remember what everyone ordered but my go to is the Grilled Chicken Salad, tossed in Buffalo Sauce, served with a side of Honey Mustard(the honey mustard here is part of my top 5) Even for the lunch portion, I get a pretty good amount of food, that I never can truly finish. And for the worst part, which is the best part, the rolls. The rolls that are served with Cinnamon Butter that they place in front of you and try to resist but can’t so you eat a whole basket by yourself! Yeah, thanks for that!

The service was great even though it was extremely crowded. We had burgers and they were thick and juicy. The bread was great but the cinnamon butter was a bit sweet for our taste. The floors needed swept(I kept stepping on a cup lid and straw during dinner). The bathrooms had bits of toilet paper on the floor but not too bad. The worst part was when my hubby saw that the bus boy did not was his hands in the bathroom… Hopefully he isn’t the person responsible for cleaning the tables.

Well, tonight, we got her at 530p. Been waiting in an air conditioned room for half an hour! Worse, not enough handicapped parking — like 6 spaces. I counted 12 handicapped plates throughout the parking lot while looking for a space! After 30 minutes in the deep freeze waiting area, we were seated… In a booth next to a bar full of obnoxious alcoholics. We requested a different table, preferably in a HEATED section of the restaurant. Thank goodness, I can feel my hands again. All the plates and utensils at the table were dirty; the waitress apologized and returned with clean goodies, lickety-split. She is a very nice gal. Ordered our dinners; wife had steak & shrimp. Look like it was fine I ordered the 17 oz prime rib, medium. When it can out still wiggling on the plate! Obviously, it was sent back, however they suggested I start with my paled potato. It was delish! My prime rib finally came out about 12 minutes later. This time, it was cook almost perfectly! Overall, things could have been better, but I sense they are working hard to improve! We will keep going back! They are the best steak around since Grate Steak closed!

I made sure to call ahead to reserve a table b/c you know how busy Texas Roadhouse can be. Once we arrived to the restaurant, the reservation wasn’t needed. This Texas Roadhouse is what you usually except from your local eatery. Strangely, it was not as loud as my local TR. The biggest gripe I have about my visit TR is the service. Usually, the host/hostess«escorts» you to your table. For us, it was more like«catch» the host to get to our table. As we sat down, I noticed that there was only two silverware sets on the table placed by the hostess… and there was a total of four ppl in my party! The table did not seemed completely setup when we sat. My suspicions were confirmed when I saw waiters and waitresses completely setting up the tables as they should be. Our waiter was nice for the most part but I have not experienced one that leans on the table as we are trying to order. Kind of was too close for comfort. Throughout your time eating, you would be checked on by the waiter/waitress. We did not get that but only once, and that was toward the end of our evening. Speaking on the food: Table rolls with the cinnamon butter is on point. The wife had Portobello Mushroom Chicken with mash potatoes and fresh veggies. I got the Pulled Pork Dinner w/green beans and seasoned rice. The meat was good to go along w/the bread. I was surprised w/the rice b/c it tasted like Uncle Ben’s Mexican rice. The green beans were a bit too watery. But for the most part, the food was good. Texas Roadhouse loves the troops, so be sure to ask for the«Local Hero» discount. fin.

I’ve been to this location a few times and have had great experiences before otherwise this review would have been ONE star for today’s experience alone. We came in around 3 this afternoon and we were seated at a table that looked like was merely cleaned up by smearing all the stickiness around all over the table. Was not given utensils to eat with until we asked(the tables should be prepped with little plates and utensils but ours(and the table next to ours) was not. We placed our order and a woman, who was not our waitress brought out one of our Chili sides(we both had ordered a side of chili) and then we waited and waited and waited for them to bring out the second. Then the same girl brings us my salad which I couldn’t eat because I didn’t have utensils. And then finally our waitress brings us our entrees with the missing chili. If they brought out everything all at once or at least my salad with his chili it would have been a little nicer rather than having to sit there and wait. When the entrees arrived my boyfriend’s steak. which was ordered as medium rare, was just straight rare and he had to ask them to cook it some more and when it returned he found a wiry hair sticking out of one corner of it. Neither of us had hair like that. Just an overall combination of bad service, lazy work ethic on whoever was bussing the tables and complete lack of coordination. We’ll probably pick a different location next time.

My steak game has been on point for the last year almost to the point where I no longer order steak when dining out(with the exception of Ruth’s Chris). When you go to a steakhouse with a group of people, you have no choice. Even on a Sunday evening this place is slammed packed. That’s okay… The wait makes you a bit hungry and their rolls are amazing. It’s the fruity spread all the way. But seriously, the rolls are awesome. Since I have my fair share of steaks, I opted for the prime rib, something I never make. It was cooked as I requested, rare. It was good. Not bad. Not great. There was so much steak that I was only able to eat about half of it. In the restaurant I would rate this a good 3.5 stars. Leftovers at home, not so much. My rec is to eat as much as you can in the restaurant because reheating leftovers may be disappointing. A decent spot. If I go back I’ll be sure to get something other than the prime rib. I need some fire on my steak.

YA“LL! What a great place to get your grub and drank on! Very fun atmosphere and great service! We ordered the strawberry and sangria margaritas and added the test tube shots(forgot what they were called) for only $ 1.50! I love their bread and cinnamon butter thing. So delicious! Plus the bread was super hot and fresh. For an appetizer we ordered the cactus bloom. Matt said that this is how all onion blossoms should be! They were YUM! Matt chose to get the ribeye with salad and chili. I got the same sides but decided to go with the sirloin. Salad was crisp, cool, and none of the lettuce was wilted. So thumbs up to the salad. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We took our chili home because we were stuffed. I guess if I had one thing bad to say about this place is that their chili wasn’t all that good. But they still deserve 5 stars! :)

Didn’t get their steak for health reasons so I ended up getting their lemon and pepper salmon with mixed vegetables and it was very good! Definitely flavorful what with all the salt and pepper haha. The size is also pretty huge. So it’s flavorful AND filling. Service was okay — our servers looked a bit frazzled though. They look like they need to take a break or something.

A chain sure but consistent and well prepared steak was meeting my expectations for a Sunday dinner. Greetings at the front door and no appreciable wait heralded what was to be an excellent visit. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to a fault. I had the rib-eye steak which was prepared as advertized, and seasoned well. The steak was tender and juicy accompanied by a loaded baked potato and Cesar salad. All very good and we had a very enjoyable dinner. We will be back.

We dined here Sunday night probably around 6 or so and they were packed. It is always like a mad house whenever we go. My pet peeve is all the peanut shells everywhere. Now I am allergic to peanuts, not like I’m gonna die if I smell them just eat them, so it makes me a tad bit nervous when I see peanuts and shells everywhere and think damn I wonder if some of these ever get into my meals. But hey I’m still kickin so take that as a sign. We started with the cactus blossom aka blommin onion for all you Outback fans. And it was good, as expected and of course rhe rolls. I love those little pockets of fluffy rich carb filled goodness. I also think I’m the only person who doesn’t like the cinnamon butter. Moving on. Meals were all good. The filet was maybe to undercooked but charred on the outside but all in all not to shabby. Our waiter was good. He had a lot of tables so I understood the time between asking for something to receiving said object. Just clean up the peanut shells please and thanks.

Very good prices & excellent service! The prime rib & sirloin steak were phenomenal. Tender & marinated to perfection. The mash potatoes were like Mama’s southern creaminess with just the right amount of chunks & a beautiful brown savory gravy. The best fried pickles I’ve had yet! Just the right amount of seasoned batter & complementary dipping sauces. Crisp & not greasy like others I’ve had. Crisp fresh salads & rolls to die for! The rolls are served hot with a cinnamon honey butter. I was very impressed & pleased all around.
