Woodside Orthodontics

I got my braces done by Dr. Shany Park seven years ago when she had her office in New Rochelle. She had done a wonderful job straightening my teeth and my over bite. It was a life changing experience for me when i took my braces off two and half years later. My teeth looked amazing and that really up-​ed my self esteem. My brace-​y days were over and upon receiving my retainer my life went on.
So why write a review after seven years? Did I have no life that I was writing reviews for experiences that backs seven years? Uh I sure hope not.
I was actually here today and im happily on my way back home. My experience here was 5 stars plus a thumbs up so I had to write this review:
It wasnt until a week ago when my long time friend retainer was lost somewhere down the trash shoot that I needed to find Dr. Park again– after seven years! I was devastated in fear that I wont be able to find her office or track her website. but to tell you the truth– super easy– I mean there arent that many Harvard graduate orthodontists. One thing I found was that she was no longer in New Rochelle. She now works in three different locations (Hicksville, East Meadow, and Woodside). I called the Hicksville office and the receptionist was really nice and helping: giving me info on when Dr. Park was in and in which location she worked during the week. I came to this particular office in Woodside because I use public transportation– and this office is conviently located right across street from the 7 metro train station.
When I finally arrived at the Woodside Orthodontics I was not surprised to see that Dr. Park’s office was super clean, spacious and upgraded– also a friendly environment for children. However, I was a surprised to see how happy I was to see my doctor again! She looked the same– still beautiful and sophisticated and you can tell her warm heart in her words and smile. And my experience at her office getting a new retainer was great. quick and easy (at least on my part). My teeth were simply imprinted and I was to be back to pick the retainers up in couple hours. But seriously all in one day? Back in the days I remember waiting a full week for my retainers! Anyhow longer review short– I came back to receive my new clear plastic retainers and Dr. Shany Park did a quick final check to see how comfortably they fit on my teeth and I was out before I knew it.
