I went there for the first time a few months ago. We had their lunch buffet which was rather surprisingly diverse. Their drinks were really good especially the cucumber mash which you must try!

Went there last night — even had an Open Table reservation and a Groupon in hand — the chairs were stacked in the window — and two guys sitting inside told us they were the new owners of the space and were ripping out the fixtures to start building their new restaurant.
Fortunately, the wait at Volturno wasn’t too bad, but we were pissed!

Great service — thank you, Mark! My rib eye was prepared perfectly. My husband’s lamb was also perfectly prepared. Both were so tasty that we didn’t need salt or pepper. The chef had gluten free rolls for me and was willing to accommodate my husband who doesn’t mix meat and milk. Great meal with a front row seat on downtown Worcester.

Wow, where to begin?! The food was amazing; lots of great flavors and portions were significant enough to bring leftovers home. Dishes are well worth their price point.
I’d highly recommend the Toga Dip appetizer. Great for sharing! We also got the Seared Twin Herb Quail and the Ciopinno. Both were delicious choices. Cocktails were very nice, as well.
The customer service was wonderful; personal and attentive. I left feeling like a Hollywood movie star, seriously. This place was a treat!

Found the restaurant on Unilocal, walking distance to my hotel, recommended by the hotel bartender. Great menu, in fact hard to choose as many things looked good! Not busy on a Wed night, sat at the bar. Chose the quail app and the short rib dinner. Quail was perfectly prepared, tad too many greens and the peas added little. The short ribs were perfect and the Brussels’s sprouts were excellent!!! Highly recommended!

Went to dinner with a groupon — everything was excellent. The drinks were so creative and delicious, our dinner was cooked perfectly, and the staff was beyond friendly. I’m can’t wait to go back again! So glad I found this restaurant… zero complaints!

Came here for a quick drink before our show at the Palladium look forward to stopping by here for future shows. Open air during the summer, love it!!! Had some $ 5 martinis which mine was ok husband loved his nice and strong. The two things I love? The spectacular service from our waiter and the toga dip. This appetizer was a meal for two people. Several flavored hummus and veggies beautifully arranged with delicious pita fried dough like slices for dipping.
Look forward to coming back!

Service was not all that great. The food was not the best and due to that I will not return. I do not recommend this place to anyone

They really need to get their act together. Bacon app arrived cold and greasy. Pork was good but lacked any recognizable vegetables. Couldn’t get any service straight.
Very expensive… disappointing!

I am giving this restaurant a four because although my food was SO AMAZING!!! the service was so dragging and slowwwwwwwwwwww.
Love the atmosphere and the décor, its very romantic and dark, and the food was to die for. Hope they get more servers so that the service can be more upbeat and a bit faster.

Ritual had a really nice ambiance and the food was good. There were so many appetizers that sounded delicious, so we ordered apps. We tried the Cheesesteak Dip, the bacon-​wrapped shrimp, the tuna and a few different sliders. The cheesesteak dip could have used more flavor, but the fried pita bread that went along with it was really tasty. The salmon slider was just regular salmon on bread, it was alright. The beef slider was delicious. Shrimp seemed fresh, bacon was fatty and the Ahi Tuna was fresh. Overall, it was a good place– a few imperfections, but pretty good!

We were here last week on an evening at 6 PM & we had the place mostly to ourselves. Our previous visit here we had really bad service, but we bought the Groupon so were giving it another go.
During this visit the service & food were both excellent. The menu had gone through a massive change (they have a new chef). A couple of the old things on the menu that I loved were no longer there & had been replaced with new items. The chicken was excellent. Really I can’t think of any negatives for this particular dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
If you have read my previous reviews, you know I give five star reviews very rarely, so you know this is a gem.

First trip for dinner at Ritual. On the recommendation of Mark our waiter we ordered the cheese steak dip… great choice it was amazing!
We had Guilty Pleasure as entrée; chicken broccoli and bacon in an Alfredo sauce over penne. Done very well with a fluid sauce, not chunky, with a perfect touch of garlic.
I had yellow fin tuna cooked rare with rice and veggies. A great cut of Tuna prepared perfectly!
Mark was top notch and an asset to the establishment. He was entertaining and was very attentive.
Will return soon and ask for Mark again!

I have been here a few times before and I just have to say it hands down amazing. Never had a bad experience. Drinks and food are on point! Went there tonight with my family and had the most amazing waiter I have ever had in my life! My family would have to agree with me on that one. His name was Mark and he was out of this world! Such a personable and hysterical man. Definitely loves his job and made our night one of the best nights we have ever had as a family. Just want to thank him again for being such a attentive server, everyone who goes here should be graced with his presence! Loved him and everything about this restaurant highly recommended.

I bought a groupon to this place ($ 25 for $ 50) and I’m glad I did! I love the atmosphere of this place. I went on a Friday night and there was hardly anyone there… I was quite surprised.
The menu is amazing. Chocolate covered bacon?! I mean, come on. I already want to go back to try more things. However, the wait for our food was sooo long. About 30 min for our appetizer and another 30 – 40 min after that for our meal. The food was awesome though, so it was worth the wait!
Also, they have a $ 5 martini list! I would definitely go back here.

Christian makes the best extra dirty martinis! He even brought extra olives without a dirty look.

This place is constantly in disarray. Their phone number doesn’t work and after going a few times for their $ 10 lunch buffet, today we stood in front of the hostess stand while folks in the kitchen chugged along and a guy walked from the kitchen and blabbed on his phone for about three minutes. Did I mention the whole place had ZERO customers in it aside from us? Finally someone who wanted business came out from the back, informed us that they had a power outage earlier and if we were there for the buffet it wasn’t ready (at 12:30 pm) but their whole menu was available … Which is definitely more costly than the $ 10 buffet.
I’m not saying it wouldn’t be worth it, but after wasting five minutes of a half hour lunch break to hear this, it is such crap. Their buffet is mostly cold items to make a salad, surely a fridge couldn’t have spoiled in a fast power outage?
Might this relate to their disgusting and pathetic board of health review that I peered at about half a year ago?
I came once for the «unlimited seafood fest» which wasn’t unlimited at all… False advertising, poor customer service and a consistently empty facility can’t bode well for ritual.
Being a resident of downtown, I’m disappointed that this is one of the bar/​restaurants I have to pick from if I want to eat close by.

chocolate bacon… as if that’s not enough reason to check this place out. Accompanying that amazing app, the Poseidon chowder was excellent! Tons of seafood and very rich.
Stuffed tuna steak was excellent as was the maple glazed bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with smashed sweet potatos. The flavors expertly crafted in each dish. We were wowed. At 20, those were two of the more modestly priced dishes, but they weren’t alone and the menu had a great range of options.
I couldn’t honestly care less about décor, but it was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely come back to try the cheesecake dip, bacon dates, and a pizza.

What a great place with great food. Stumbled upon this place and I plan on returning. Just don’t hope for quiet.
The food was just simply surprising. Surprising enough that we ordered 2 more entrees for «later». Well worth it, I’d recommend this to anyone with love for great food.
