I love the Mont Blanc brand, but I had an unfortunate customer experience at their store on New Bond Street. The sales clerk failed to give back my credit card. When I called to see if they had it just 30 minutes later they told me that it had been destroyed! Then I asked to speak to the manager who clarified that they had not destroyed it, but had called my bank, which had cancelled the card. This strikes me as unprofessional and bad customer service. They should have held the card and waited for me to contact them. Getting it cancelled was an extreme response and caused me to waste time in getting a replacement. I will not shop at the New Bond St location again.
