The sushi is okay, the rice is cold and hard(due to being pre made and refrigerated) and the prices are too high. I spent 30 pounds here for two people not knowing the sushi was pre made and refrigerated. The food was okay and not worth the 30 pounds spent. I would recommend going to Tombo or Wasabi instead.

Great sushi but expensive. We often get takeaway sushi from here on Sunday nights and every time we are surprised by how little you get for your money. I like being able to. order fresh sushi, but I’m not sure how much fresher it would be to say itsu or wasabi, given that the fish itself is no fresher. The pieces of sushi and nigiri and smaller than average, but the soy sauces are huge! It’s great quality sushi, beautifully presented but expensive… it’s a regular for us though so there’s something that keeps us coming back!

A truly disappointing experience! Fast food sushi. My wife and I love sushi in general but what we just had at Sushi Stop was disappointing. We ordered the box for two which had a mix of sushi and sashimi, salmon tartare and a hand roll of ell and avocado. The hand roll was flavorful but was lean on the ell. The tartare was unappetizing and warm. The box was warm also and had various pieces that were bland to just ok. Additionally the wasabi was terrible. All in all we were let down and will have look elsewhere for a good sushi experience.

Got a nice box of sushi delivered for dinner. Definitely good quality by delivery standards. The salmon was nice, even the cream cheese one, however the unagi was just okay. Could benefit from having a better selection of plain sushi, with a slightly bigger variety of fish. Also some more side salads please!

A friend and I came here for an early dinner. The sun was still out, and the weather was alright, so we sat at one of the few outdoor tables. It was nice enough but not particularly private since the only thing separating us from people walking on the pavement was a wooden platform. I really liked the sleek, all-black design touches even though they seemed a little too fancy at first, especially for how laid-back South Ken is during the day.(My friend and I were joking about how the menu felt like a sushi lookbook and the soy sauce bottle looked like a Chanel perfume.) The design though is what makes this place worth checking out because the food is only slightly better than average for the price you’re paying. I got the Mango Tango roll because it seemed cool and unusual, and I also got an unagi hand roll because I love eel. The Mango Tango roll had an awesome texture and flavor, but since it had fried chicken inside, it probably wouldn’t be enough to satisfy any legit sushi lovers. The unagi hand roll, however, was so great that I ordered another one to take home. I loved how fresh the ingredients were and how you could taste the flavor of every single ingredient.

Delivery experience. If you’re from NYC, this is the SAME Sushishop but it is actually cheaper — and that’s after £ to $ conversion. Nuts right? The quality is fine. I’m not in love with this place but it’s definitely a solid go to. especially until I find my local sushi joint. Few issues they could work on… answering the phone. Two different occasions the phone doesn’t work. Delivering the right orders. I know a large order isn’t easy but to forget two of the 10 items — uncool. And then you can’t get through via phone to get it fixed… And yes, the challenge to understand orders in English.

Slick sushi shop in the 21st arrondissement. Massively french, from the staff, to the music, to all of the customers, this place feels like you’ve been transported to Paris(although not at all in the way you’d hope). Service trying for Anglo centric speech patterns, but otherwise efficient. Sushi was a step up from Yo Sushi but not a giant leap. The rice was too chilled, and I couldn’t discern any vinegar flavour. The fish tasted fresh, although it seemed like it was cut by a meat slicer, it was really thin and uniform in shape. My yellowtail hamachi jalapeño sushi had a bit of spicy oil and no jalapeño(not a biggie but reflects overall lack of meticulousness usually associated with sushi chefs). The menu is 80% Itsu with some very expensive additions(i.e., like black truffle sushi, aka probably gross). Food was whatever, kind of expensive, but I mean, not terrible. 2.5 stars would reflect my true opinion who cares right?
