Its late at night here in my part of the world and I am staying up just so I can write this review. I unabashedly and often obnoxiously will boast about coming from the mecca of Asian food and regard my standards in this culinary category very high. I have to say after trying the Vietnamese food all over Europe and now in Paris, those French people do food right. Out of the 4 Vietnamese places we ate this one stood out the most even besting my native land on one dish. As I ate the Caramel fish in Clay pot I had an internal struggle after realizing that this may have been the best fish in clay pot I have ever had. No seriously, it was really good and I would go back for more, I will go back for more actually next time im in Paris. The other dishes were great too and much along the lines of what I get in SoCal but I did notice that some of the herbs were missing. Super friendly staff, clean, well lit, and good for groups up to 8 it seems.

This restaurant is located in a very charming part of Paris. They serve traditional vietnamese dishes and everything to be had is very good. I particularly liked their beef loc lak, bo bun, and Phở. However if you are interested in trying something very off the wall, opt for the Canh Chua(sweet and sour fish soup). They serve this traditional Vietnamese dish more on the sweet side which gives it a lot of character alongside the okra and bac ha.
