Highly recommend. The menu changes weekly. We had the pleasure of dining twice. This is a small, family-run restaurant that takes pride in service. For AMERICAN travelers, they are very accommodating with excellent service, yet this is a locals spot NOT a tourist trap. The caramel pork is succulent. The duck spring rolls filled with flavor. We will return.

We found this little Vietnamese bistro while in the course of finding the laundromat, located across the street. My husband got us a table, and ordered up my kir royale, while I got our laundry started. While it has been over a year since we visited Saigon-Pantheon, I remember the meal was delicious, good portions, not-too-pricey, and the service was more than adequate:) Going to the laundromat ended up being the best decision ever, as I probably never would have found this gem of a restaurant – and this was one of the best days during a great visit to Paris.

My fiancé and I were on a vacation recently in Paris and had had a difficult time with restaurants being closed early for the August holiday. I stumbled across this restaurant online and decided to make a reservation. It had been a long trip and a bit rainy, so a nice bowl of phở sounded incredible! Boy am I glad we did! The menu is short and sweet and the restaurant is run by a mother and son. We had been let down by several places, but this place was amazing! My shrimp and papaya salad was fresh and flavorful and his steak spring rolls were tender and the sauce was so good! I wanted to bottle it up and take it with me. Then there was the phở… the perfect, rich, layered broth with lots of meat and flavor for days! I eat a lot of phở, but this was special! We added a little bit of their smoky chili sauce and drank every drop from each of our bowls. It was good!

Had heard about this popular vietnamese restaurant and we decided to go there for dinner a few nights ago. The motger works in the kitchen, while her two sons are taking care of the waiting and welcoming of guests in the door. The are a quite effective team and you feel really welcome here. They always seem to have 2 kind of set menus(€ 20/€ 26). Either 1 or 2 starters, ½ salads, 1 main course and 1 dessert. We had the larger menu because we wanted to try as much as possible. The dishes are small but very tasteful and we both got thrown back to HCMC for an evening. The entreés were vitnamese rolls(duck, egg, crab and chicken) fresh, full of flavour and very vietnamese! The salads were mango/papaya, roasted duck and banana/pork and they were all magic. The main courses were pork meatballs with noodles, quite ordinary and not much of a hit but the caramellized fish was exquisite! We had vietnamese beer with our food and for the dessert we chose the«european» infront of the vietnamese dessert. We had pannacotta and even though you might think that this was somewhat a boring choice they’d topped the very nice pannacotta with dragonfruit pureé, not letting us, in any way, leave Vietnam. Fantastic experience!
