Domino’s Pizza

To make a long story short, the man making my pizzas did NOT wash his hands before preparing my food and admitted as such. Said ’ he doesn’t have to wash them every time’. Tried to share feedback with Don, the manager, and he said he didn’t care. He then berated me in front of 2 of his employees and said people that complain make him sick -‘whatever medication I was I on, wasn’t working — I needed to take a stronger dose.’ Apparently the essence of leadership does not exist in this man — maybe he should care before people start taking their business elsewhere because of health concerns and poor customer relations… like me! Passed feedback on to corporate, and they are addressing the issue.

Ordered boneless chicken, bacon garlic fingers and a all meat pizza. Had it delivered at the hotel. Everything was great. Delivery time was 25 minutes which was pretty darn good for early evening. Driver was nice and polite.

We don’t get pizza all that often, and when we do, we usually get it from local pizza spots, not chain locations. However, we recently discovered Domino’s and my boyfriend and I were both surprised at how good it was and the prices were great too. Also, watching the episode of Undercover Bosses for the abroad locations of Domino’s was a factor for our decision to try out this pizza place.
The staff at this location are very nice and definitely pride in making customers happy — for example: The last time we ordered we wanted an order of normal bread sticks in addition to our pizza. I had ordered online, and within a few minutes I received a call stating that they had run out of a certain ingredient used for the normal bread sticks, and wanted to make sure if it was okay to give me cheesy bread sticks instead. I was fine with this, and was impressed that they called; some places will do it without asking or tell you when you go to pay for the order. So when we picked up the order, they felt bad for having to make our order different than what we initially requested, so they gave us free cinnamon bread sticks.
Overall, the pizza and sides taste really good despite being a chain pizza place. The sauce has a zip to it and there is just the right amount of cheese and toppings (you can change how much or how little of toppings if you order online too). Like I said, their prices are reasonable and they have really good deals. Their online ordering system is great and works quite well — I have used an online ordering system for another pizza place and it sucked to be blunt. This location is also conveniently located to where we now live, so it will definitely be our new go to place for pizza.
