Despite telling them i’m in a hurry to catch a flight, they took their sweet ass time with the food(20+ minutes) so I was forced to take it to go. Upon opening the plastic bag with the food in the taxi on the way to the airport, I discovered that they didn’t even put any eating utensils inside. I was speechless at that point.

We had a $ 50 dalily credit from the Casa Magna Marriott, because I’m a Platinum member and they did not have a concierge lounge. We used this stipend at La Estancia breakfast buffet each morning, as they had a great spread of diverse foods. From traditional American breakfast, to a localized Mexican cuisine, you had your choice of mixing it up. The omelette stations were usually my go to, along with the tamales, papaya, and pastries. There’s a lot to choose from depending on your preference of morning meal, but you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful experince! Can’t wait to return — Best, Charlie

I came here the last morning of my honeymoon right before heading to the airport. I didn’t know what to expect out of a breakfast buffet in Mexico, but I was pleasantly surprised. The selection is plentiful from american classics to Mexican delicacies like chilaquiles, conchas, pozole, and even tamales. I kid you not, we spent about 2.5 hours here just enjoying our coffee and trying all the breakfast selections… My wife loved the mini-waffles! they were so fluffy and had the perfect crisp. The staff was great! Our waiter knew our names and suggested many dishes for us to try. Several times he even got those dishes for us… If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t fret… the entire staff is bilingual.

You have the option of ordering a la carte or doing the breakfast buffet. We weren’t THAT hungry so we went a la carte and ordered the chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and chicken, half red and half green sauce. The chilaquiles were probably my favorite of the trip, I liked it even more than Freddy’s Tucan(gasp!). I probably ate the same chilaquiles every morning of our 5 day trip in PV. so quality is definitely top notch here. Buffet had tones of different options, large, comfortable dining space.

Probably one of the best breakfast buffets ever! It’s around 24 per person and well worth it! Handmade tortillas, made to order omelets, any American or Mexican breakfast food you can think of. Oh and the wonderful green juice! If we eat here we definitely skip lunch at the pool. They open at 6:30 am, if you’re an early riser you can also come in and get a coffee at the coffee bar to the left. The other coffee place on the property doesn’t open until 7.

Came to La Estancia for dinner and had a very attentive server, her name is Reyna and she was so friendly and made great recommendations on the food. The tortilla soup was really good so were the tacos al pastor, but the flan with caramel sauce is the best I have had!
