One of the highlights of our annual pilgrimage to Cabo is a kid-less dinner at Pitahayas. How much better does it get than being on a beach-side terrace with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, watching the sunset, under a huge thatched wigwamy outdoor shelter savoring delicious eclectic gems with a warm breeze flowing around you. But it gets better! The service is wonderful in that equatorially hospitable way. It’s a spacious yet intimate and romantic atmosphere. Once the sun goes down and it gets downright chilly, they bring out heat lamps and wrap you up with soft wool shawls. That way, you’re not in a rush to skip dessert. Afterward, a stroll on the beach, waves crashing — straight from the Cialis marketing team — but hopefully without the lechy dude. Gorgeous place, epic scenery, crave-able food, warm and gracious service. Ah — I wish I were there now…
