Even tho it was Good Friday and slightly manic in the restaurant we were still seated within 10 minutes and our meal was served in just the right amount of time it took to have a beer. Delicious food as always — can’t go wrong here!

I love Wagamama with all my heart, having been to many locations around the world, including this one twice now. However, this is a weak location… I don’t think I’ll be returning, unfortunately.
The space itself is lovely — you come for the space, and for the view of the harbour. Past that, it’s below average for a Wagamama. The service was very slow and nothing great, and the food was lackluster — a bit more bland than I am used to, and really just a bit disappointing.

Many vegetarian options to choose from. All dishes are carefully made, and taste awesome. I recommend the juices. The combinations are great.

Ramen was not good at all. It was pretty bland in flavor. Would rather have top Ramen instead.

Thought I would try something healthy for a quick lunch in Wellington.
It wasn’t quick — 20minutes as they were busy and it wasn’t cheap.
The pad Thai with chicken and prawns was ok but I didn’t think was very good value for money at $ 19. I am sure the takeaway version is smaller than the one you get in house but the pricing is the same.
I will try it again and eat in to see if it is any better value.

I haven’t had Wagamama since my last visit to London. And let me tell you, I miss the ones in London. This location, is just not up to par. I expected so much more out of Wagamama here because it’s so up there for food.
Atmosphere is pretty good though, the standard of all Wagamamas. I’m sure there are better places to go check out though.

I hadn’t had Wagamama goodness since I visited it at Darling Harbour in Sydney a couple of years ago.
It’s still as I remember it — great, care-​free service, amazing food at a great value!
They’ve also expanded their menu, so I can’t wait to try some of their new offerings!
Oh, and the view… Let’s not forget the view…

The view over Wellington harbour is priceless with a fun, casual atmosphere. Asian style food is of the consistent standard you expect from an international chain. Our gyoza appetizer, which came out after the main, was a little dry & tasteless. Otherwise we went away satisfied & would recommend Wagamama for a quick & tasty dinner in the city.

I was surprised there was no sushi but the food was really nice nevertheless. Nice casual communal atmosphere with long benches and tables and an open kitchen layout. Nice location by the water. Really nice spicy miso ramen. Will definitely come back for more.
