This is a great spot for iced coffee. They even have coffee ice cubes to use so your iced coffee does not get watered down. If iced coffee if your thing, this is the place.

Had a brilliant iced chai here on a blazing afternoon in old San Juan. It did it’s job perfectly, cooling us down and refueling us for the second half of our afternoon walk. They have a wide selection of hot and iced coffee drinks, as well as an enticing breakfast menu. We hope to visit here again soon!

Great stop in old San Juan. Lots of different latte options and a few solid food choices as well. Convenient location is a huge plus as we’re staying right down the block. The service is a bit slow and the place seemed kind of dirty which I didn’t love. The drinks tend to be sweet but provide a much needed coffee fix. We also had a beef empanada which was wonderfully seasoned.

Very impressed with the coffee. They also used the iced coffee cubes in my cup along with cold coffee. They also offer good breakfast which I saw people eating. I recommend this place for the iced coffee.

Pretty bad coffee ! Surprised it got good reviews. I got a cappuccino and it looked like they forgot to add the coffee after some initial hesitation with adding a few drops. Ambience is good — good place to sit back and read a book.

So bad experience. What a shame. The attitude of one of the employees is insulting. What a shame. If her objective is not to make a client come back never ever, she accomplished that goal. Calling the owner ASAP to make him/she aware of the type of employee that he hired. What a bad apple. Is so frustrating when we want to support local places but had to deal with people like this young lady. Horrible.

Bad coffee, bad service, super slow bringing out our food, no ambience at all, super expensive. We ordered an omelette and they served scrambeled and no toast. When asking for toast, they brought a bagel. There are many other places better than this one… even a fast food like burger king or el meson is better than this

Came in to find a relaxing place to get some work done and it was great! The coffee is Hawaiian but they do offer a local ground which is very tasty! They are environmentally friendly so their water comes in cartons which I think is fantastic. It’s very clean and the music is great. The staff is always friendly! Although I prefer supporting local small coffee shops this one has a unique spirit I also enjoyed!

Good little coffee spot with friendly staff who were very child friendly as I stopped in for a bit to feed and rehydrate a cranky toddler. Had a good espresso and really enjoyed a sample of the frozen coffee on our way out.

If you want great Puerto Rican coffee, go elsewhere. The coffee is good, mind you, but this store is part of what I see as a growing trend to compare everything Puerto Rican to all that is Hawaiian, as if the two cultures are interchangeable. That said, the iced coffee is very good. Additionally, out of all the cafes offering wifi in Old San Juan, this establishment’s is the most reliable. When it comes to coffee shops, I want a place that has good iced coffee, fast internet, and is relatively quiet so I can get work done. In that sense, I’m an easy to please fellow.

I decided to come in here to get some coffee after getting only 4 hours of sleep last night. They only opened at 9 a.m. on a Sunday, which I thought was late in the morning, but seems to be standard for coffee shops in Old San Juan(at least on Sundays). When I first walked in, I noticed that their credit card machine was down and so they were cash only(until it was fixed). I had to run across the street to Walgreens to get some money, which wasn’t too big of a deal. When I came back, I decided to order the Strawberry Cupcake with two shots of espresso. It was pretty good, but a little on the sweet side and you couldn’t distinguish the coffee profile very well. The atmosphere of this place is super cheesy and reminds me of a chain that you would find in the US. The service I had was very good though. Not bad as a one time experience, but I won’t be coming back based on the atmosphere alone.

Best iced coffee ever! Love that they have the iced coffee cubes so your drink never gets watered down. Perfect refreshment for wandering around the old city of San Juan. Also, the guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful and had some tips about old San Juan. Going back again before we leave the old city. Love a great coffee shop and this is one of them!

Great coffee, awesome pastries, cold a/c, and available wifi. Ask employee for wifi password. Try the coffee cooler with your choice of flavor add-in. I had the snickerlicious and it was amazing!

Avoid this place. The staff is both unfriendly and unhelpful, and has the worst attitude towards customers. Awful experience from the beginning. It’s best if you just walk past it. There are many great coffee places in Old San Juan. This isn’t one of them

Came here on the New Year’s Day on our last day in San Juan. There was just one girl working at the cashier’s, taking orders and making drinks, coffee. Poor thing, she looked really stressed out. And yet, our order came out quickly and coffee turned to be great. Really badass, so they’re not assuming a wrong identity. The pastries are so-so, very little filling, but pleasant texture. Check out the airy pretty Hulu Lounge upstairs.

Walked in a few minutes to closing and yet we were still warmly greeted by a super friendly staff. They even let us walk around and check the upstairs out past closing. They recommened a drink with dark chocolate and baileys and it was amazing! This place has it all… great staff, amazing coffee and a very relaxing, fun atmosphere!

The BEST frozen coffee drink I ever had. It was a pretty hot day walking around Old San Juan and their frozen coffee equivalent of a Frappacino was far superior to Starbucks and hit the spot in cooling me off from the afternoon heat. Staff was friendly and VERY helpful too!
