Stopped by on a chilly Saturday afternoon and was warm and cosy inside. Nice ambiance and reasonably priced food. Service was ok and the roti was really quite good. Good priced and reasonable quality house wine as well.

My friends and I wanted to get fondue on a Sunday night after running the Lausanne marathon and half marathon and this was pretty much the only place open on a Sunday night.
We walked in without a reservation and were seated right away, which was nice (we arrived around 7pm and when we left at 8:30 the place was packed!). The staff don’t speak English very well but they are nice and patient.
The food itself is good and reasonably priced. The cheese fondue was good and the bread that came with it was delicious. We all agreed that the rosti was the best part — that dish was really, really good. The wine is also good.
Service is really slow, especially when it comes to getting the bill, so be prepared to hang out and enjoy your meal.

First time at this restaurants and I was satisfied with the food but not with the service. I had cheese fondue. It was definitely the best I ever had I’m a big fan. Gruyère and vacherin is a great combination. Staff was slow and we had to wait for a while to get dessert and the bill.

Ann Arbor, MI
This place serves hot food all day so we went here in the middle of the afternoon. They have a large and varied menu with English descriptions. I had the rösti (fried potatoes with bacon and fried egg) and my husband had the crevettes (shrimp in garlic sauce). Service was very fast and the food was good.
They accept credit cards and have seating outside.

Un des rares restaurants ouvert après 22:00. Très bonne brasserie traditionnelle.
On y retrouves les plats vaudois (papet vaudois, fondue moitié moitié …) ainsi que la brasserie traditionnelle (tartare coquin cf photos, steak, bières etc.)
Desserts maison très bons.
Service un poil nonchalant.

eine Brasserie zum gernhaben! Tartare du boeuf wird am Tisch vom Koch zubereitet, mit allem drum und dran, wie es auch mein Onkel Klaus lieben würde (man muss den Cognac nicht extra bestellen .) Mein Begleiter G ass das erste Mal «cheval». Findet man auch nicht so häufig. Die Stimmung lässig und gemischt. Von jungen Leuten vor der Tür (Rauchend) bis zu lustigen Seniorinnen ist alles dabei!
Jederzeit wieder hin!

Nice food, as it often happens in French Switzerland, but low quality of service. You can wait to be seated for ages — just take any free table, and try your best to attract waiters attention — maybe throw things at them? Well, when you are finally served you might think it was worth it. The menu has an English translation, but staff would not speak English to you, even if you ask.
