Aydınlı Cave House Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here in their cave suite! Best part of this hotel experience was the friendly staff and the complimentary morning buffet. Breakfast is an absolute delight with this hotel — anything from menemen to honey comb, Turkish coffee to fresh fruit (persimmon, banana, pear, apples, kiwi, oranges!). Great location in Göreme, and walking distance to Ioen Air Museum and decent hiking in the Red Valley of Cappadocia.

Beautiful hotel and the family that runs it is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the views from the breakfast terrace are stunning and the breakfast is great. The memory of our delightful stay here will last a long time.

My wife and I stayed here in October 2012, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a small inn with maybe 10 caves. yes, you sleep in a cave dug out of the tuff! A five star cave all the way, ours had a drawing room with fireplace, a huge bedroom, and a well appointed bathroom with dual shower head. Very clean. There is no TV, but there is wifi. The complex has been recently expanded, with nice outdoor décor, and a great breakfast room at the top with a view Goreme. The breakfast was a step up from the others we had in Turkey, by adding some hot baked items to the usual (and wonderful) assortment of fruits, meats, jams, bread, etc. The family that runs the hotel is very hospitable, and will arrange any of your excursion or dining needs during your stay. The price was very reasonable for the quality provided, and a more authentic experience than staying at similarly appointed but pricier corporate hotels in town.
