Cvs Pharmacy

I have tried to patronize this CVS twice and twice I walked away with nothing and not having been appropriately served.
The first time was with a prescription from my doctor that they refused to fill without a doctor’s note. Hello, that is what a prescription IS! I ended up back at my usual pharmacy at the Fair Lakes Wal-​Mart for no-​fuss, no-​muss service.
The second time was this weekend. I went in armed with my coupons and tried to take advantage of all the posted yellow sale signs, only to find out at the register that the sale would not actually start until the following day. They were willing to honor the sale price, but I had to catch everything that was being rung up. Fine, but that meant I was running around the store checking signs. The line was backed up and I was embarrassed.
Then, the clerk started banging my purchases around in a huff. Then, he mistakenly tried to school me. I walked out. I did not spend the better part of an hour shuffling coupons and making careful selections only to be berated by the clerk. I walked out.
Never going back. This store needs to educate their cashiers and probably the pharmacy crew on customer service. In doing so, I gave up the use of the $ 5 bonus beauty bucks I earned because they expired. Thanks, CVS writ large with specific kudos to this particular store. Knocked this one out of the park, didn’t you?

Horrible customer service! Never again will I take my business there. They made a lot of mistakes in the past with my pills, and I had to wait a long time there and the lady with the fake eyelash and hair gave me attitude. She was yelling instead of apologizing for their bad service (e.g.making us wait just for the pick up).

Worst customer service ever. Won’t fill prescriptions because he doesn’t know you ??? Where does that fall in the laws of medicine? Will not continue services here ever.

I dropped my prescription off at 130 and when I came to pick up at 7pm if still wasn’t ready.
