Express

After my last Unilocal review, Express reached out to me and sent me two shirts to replace the ones that unexpectedly expanded. They weren’t even close to the desired color, so I’ll have to exchange them, but at least they’re trying.

I came here with my boyfriend for a lighter summer suit jacket. He normally prefers Jos. A. Banks, but he wanted something that he could treat a little more casually, and he looks great in the slim cut peices at Express. The guy that helped us (tall with blonde hair) looked extremely handsome in a well put together, modernr, and colorful suit and was able to make some really great suggestions to Mr. B and we walked out with a great jacket that he loves and wears every day!
I also snagged 2 nice work blouses, since there was a buy one get one 50% off sale, and I also had a 25% off coupon, so it was more like buy one get one FREE! They’re very cute.

This Express location is not as big in space, but has a lot of merchandise. It gets a lot of traffic. The staff can be overwhelmed and busy at times, but ask for help and they will be happy to help. It’s good to try to be patient though and understand you may have to wait a minute in line to get to a cashier.
There are always excellent sales going on, clearance sales have the best deal, but there are many promotions of other items as well and coupons in the mail, email or online.
The best is to sign up for Express Next rewards which is free to sign up. Get points for your purchases and when you rack up enough you will get a reward. The rewards do not have the same restrictions as coupons and are basically like free money to use for whatever you want!

Okay I felted I needed to write this ASAP because I have never dealt with such fabulous employees. AND I NEED TO point them out because they deserve a promotion or reward or something. I came in this past week and bought one thing, but they treated me as a great customer! There was one African-​American guy who manned the cashier: fantastic. He was polite and courteous and answered all my questions. There was one African-​American woman who said bye to me, she seemed to be a manager or something, I am not sure. She was very polite in saying goodbye, excellence again! And lastly there was a light skinned girl who was re stocking the departments, she was really friendly and offered to help me find clothes I needed and gave me more selection. I wish I knew their names so I could be more specific! I wish Express hires more employees like this, I would keep shopping here even though I am getting older!

They have an ok after Christmas sale going on on here, my wife is going ballistic but for the prices, everything half off… It’s alright.
