1 Star because that is the lowest amount available! Looking for back to school clothes for my son and it was so damn dark in there I couldn’t even see the price tags. I know that is part of the retail environment they have created, but upon further investigation I saw that almost all of their spot lights were out. In one or two areas where they actually had a bulb lit, the spots were pointed at the the product so you could actually see what the hell you were doing… also, I had never been into this particular Hollister and asked at the register where the dressing room was located– sales person was abrupt and rude– acted like I was bothering him or something… uh– HELLO– YOUAREHELPINGNOONEATTHISTIME… Also, my son’s game in his Game Stop Bag(that we had just purchased), triggered their alarm when we entered the store… so we were followed and found staff peeking at us around corners the entire time we were in there. I wouldn’t have bought anything at all… but my son wanted Hollister items and I wasn’t going to drive to another mall. Over all, my recommendation would be to service your customer when you think they might be there to steal, your presence will deter this from happening, and if that particular customer is not there to steal– they will be happy with your great service. In addition, change your bulbs when they go out… it’s dark enough as it is in there, would be nice to at least see the clothing and items + prices. DON’T ACTLIKE I AM A BOTHER! You had time to creep around corners keeping an eye on us, but then act like we are an inconvenience when we need to find the dressing room??? I would have spent more, but just wanted to get the hell out of there.
