GREATFOODANDGREATSERVICE! Employees are friendly, plenty of different meals to choose from, and the prices are not bad. I usually call in my order before heading there due to having a big order for work meetings or lunches. When I arrive, food is prepared and ready to go!

I’ve driven by this place every morning for weeks, and couldn’t wait til I had a few extra bucks to get breakfast. I should have read the Unilocal reviews ;) Haha. First they only have 3 breakfast items — all burritos, no relleno — but okay… I decided to go with the potato, egg, & cheese. She grabbed something out of the fridge and put it in the microwave. At first I was confused as to what needed to be microwaved, but then I realized it was the burrito I had ordered. Pre-made, then microwaved breakfast burritos. I politely canceled my order and left. I will not be back.

Overpriced, small portions, tasteless, very plain in their choices for what goes in your food, microwaves, dumpy establishment, need I say more? Like, really Humboldt? We can do better than this garbage.

Always driven by this place finally decided to try it for the first this morning with a friend from out of town, as we ordered the breakfast burritos she immediately turned around and threw half a dozen things into what seemed like half a dozen microwaves, and that was all just different pre cooked things going in and out of multiple microwaves, I like the people I like the place I love the location but WTF The espresso shake wasn’t half bad

My experience here was disappointing and sad. With their name the burritos should not be so bad. The biggest issue is probably the rice. It’s flavorless. I ordered my burrito with spicy salsa yet it was dry and not even mild. Seriously I couldn’t finish it… Just blah

A good, big, drippy burrito. Nothing fancy but, tasty and filling.

Nasty food, not authentic at all. Canned refried beans, canned enchilada sauce, and microwaved. Do they have Carne Asada??? No way only bland shredded beef and chicken no pork. No complimentary chips and salsa before your meal. And you still pay as much for your meal as an authentic Mexican restaurant. Bland Bland food. I don’t recommend this place.

Really good burritos that are made in front of you as you order. Small spot with about 5 tables. Customer service is usually pretty good. The burritos are awesome.

Pricey items. Friendly staff. Pretty good food. The death paste will lay you into the ground, so don’t over do it!

All you complainers — grow up! It’s not meant to be authentic Mexican food. Anyone who says everything comes from a can is an idiot. I worked for Debbie for years and had to MAKE all the salsas, SHRED all the cheese/lettuce, CUTUP the beef and chicken to cook, COOK dry pinto beans into re-fried, etc. She makes all the spice blends that she uses. I live out of the area, Seattle, and since my father passed away a couple of years ago and mother now lives in Washington, I probably will never have another wonderful chicken, rice, cheese, sour cream, hot salsa burrito… which is very sad. She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and was a great boss! Debbie — I may have to have you roll me up some burritos and send them up packed in dry ice… it would be worth every penny. Miss you! –Randy

Decided to give this place a second chance and make a verdict. Food is edible, but not super tasty or delicious. I could get a better breakfast burrito at Safeway for $ 2. Service is okay. Just overall a mediocre experience. I doubt I’ll be back.

I had heard good things about this place and I love breakfast burritos so I had to try it out. After ordering, they grabbed two pre-made(who knows when) wrapped burritos and popped them into a microwave. I felt like I was ordering food at a gas station! It didn’t taste much better than your average $ 2 gas station burrito either, and had the same cold spots you would expect from a microwave. I won’t be going back. If making a burrito fresh to order is more than you can do, its time to find a new business. Lazyness will kill what could’ve been a decent place to eat. Avoid, it isn’t worth stopping.

I came in looking for some quick lunch and stopped by Amigas because I was craving Mexican food. I was a little disappointed upon eating my food. You can tell that everything came out of some sort of can or package. The beans tasted like canned beans and really lacked flavor. To their credit the women behind the counter were very nice. But the food really just didn’t cut it.

I’ve made better burritos at my house. This place was pretty disappointing. Still looking for the dirty cocroach infested shit-hole authentic Mexican restaurant in Eureka. This place is a couple white ladies heating up beans.

It’s a really cheap, basic, filling burrito. Sometimes that’s all you need. The staff are usually nice. I wish they cleaned their cups more so they didn’t smell like bleach.

This place is great because everything is a lot healthier than your typical burrito joint! Still authintic though! I got to enjoy a Chicken taco salad which was filled with lettuce, hot jalapeño salsa, and tomatoe salsa, black olives, shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips! I ate the entire plate!!! Let’s see dad ate a small chicken quesadilla, mom ate a large vegi burrito(cheese, bean and rice), Uncle ate the combo plate #1 which had a small burrito, taco and enchilada and Auntie had a large chicken, rice and cheese burrito! Great service and I must mention that we brought in the crowd because there was nobody inside when we walked in, but about 3 or 4 other parties came in after us, only 2 groups stayed to eat as we did!

Yesterday, it was beautiful, sunny and perfect. Today it was beautiful, sunny and windy as all get-out! We were walking around downtown and us girls decided that we were famished. We left downtown and we had seen the yellow sign for Amiga’s a couple of times and decided to check it out. We walked in around 3pm and the place was empty. However we were greeted warmly and I was impressed that the server/cook was able to take multiple orders without writing anything down, while she was cooking orders. Wow, mad skills! I opted for the Large Cheese, bean and rice burrito with lettuce, salsa and sour cream. It was very filling but the tortilla didn’t really stay together, too much filling not enough tortilla. But, I’ve got mad skills too. I used my fork. Ha, ha. I also had a glass of Rice Milk Horchata. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t authentic Horchata until after it was being poured and I saw the sign that said«Rice Milk.» But, it was tasty and probably much better for me than the other version. Large Veggie Burrito $ 5.40 Sour Cream $ .60 Horchata $ 2.50 Yes, I would come back.
