Subway

Well, this subway is a good one compared to others I’ve been to. It’s always clean. Veggies and meats are always fresh. The workers actually put a good amount of items in the sandwich or salad. I did get a tuna salad last time and I got a stomach ache from it but hey maybe it was a bad batch. Overall, two thumbs up.

This is by far the best subway that I’ve very been too. One of the most friendliest workers I’ve very seen. I used the subway app for the first time and when I went to pick up my subway it was exactly the way I order. I was very amazed the way the stuff was working together and I had a chance to met the owner as well and very cool guy.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! Came here on Thursday evening and got a turkey sandwich. 3 hours later I was vomiting like crazy!!! Not only was the food disgusting, but the customer service was AWFUL. There was only one other person in front of me and it took the guy 5 minutes to even ask what I wanted. NEVER EATING SUBWAY AGAIN.

The owner was very helpful. I went into their store to look into ordering for Castlebay school. The owner called me within 24 hours, & worked with me on a great price. Since this was a school event he stayed with my budget. I was very happy with his staff when I went into his store. they where very helpful & friendly. I had the food delivered & deverything turned out great. I ordered for over 140 people. This was a great /​smooth business transaction for me, there where no bumps.
Thank you Subway for making our students /​parents very happy.

Poor Customer Service. Employees Are Very Slow At Making Food. — Manny Is To Obnoxious

*Update (⁴⁄₂₀₁₅): I was contacted by the store manager who apologized to me for my experience & told me that he was going to hold a training with his employees to make sure that everyone was properly trained as far as how to make a sandwich, their deals, & etc. He also offered to send me a voucher to come in for a sandwich meal the next time I’m in the area. I truely appreciate his following through with me on my experience.*
I just visited this location as I was in the area, & let me just say, I will never be going back. The worker was beyond sloppy with his work & the guy who rang me up was no better. I ordered my sandwich with a tall slender white guy, possibly Andrew (He wasn’t wearing a name tag that I could see, but my receipt says Andrew), & upon cutting my bread, it took him two attempts… The first time he sliced all the way through making the bread come apart in two halves. Anyways, he proceeded to ask me if I’d like cheese? As he was trying to separate the two slices of cheese, he ripped one of them, & then after placing the two somewhat whole pieces of cheese on my sandwich, he added the little broken off piece. He then asked me what I’d like on my sandwich, to which I replied a little mayo, some pickles & some olives. He literally put 3 pickles & a few sliced olives, not to mention my meat was totally crooked in my sandwich. As Adrian was ringing me up, I told him I’d like to make my sandwich a meal. He responded with «What size drink would you like?» I pointed to the sign that reads you can make any sandwich a meal for an additional $ 2.25, & told him whatever drink size that comes with. He proceeded to tell me that yeah, I can choose what size drink I want… The difference in price is blah, blah, blah. What was the point, I just wanted the drink size that came with what was advertised on the sign. When I got home, I opened my sandwich & the complete sloppiness of it just about made me loose my appetite as my sandwich looked very unappetizing. I called to ask for a manager, to which the girl that answered told me he’s not in. I asked for corporate’s number & she told me she doesn’t know the information. Not to worry, I’ll make sure corporate finds out & sees the pictures I took of Subway’s sloppy work. Very disappointing!

Horrible service and when I told the owner he didn’t believe me! He said his employees would never act like that. NEVER COMING BACK!!! Btw if you drive 1 block down rinaldi you’ll find a better subway right next to Starbucks

By far the best subway iv been to, customer service is 2^nd to none. I feel like the employees at this subway care about the customers, where As other places just don’t care. Keep up the great work guys!

This particular subway is the best, employees are really nice, including the owner. He is very friendly and always professional. I always Cater with them, always on time and delicious. They are the best.

I don’t come here often but the very few times I have, I’ve been helped by Manny. He is very obnoxious and sarcastic. He won’t shut up about trying to sell us double meat or upgrade our drinks which is usually fine but he exceeds the limit and just annoys the crap out of me & my boyfriend whenever we go. Whenever I order my sandwich, if I ask for more of something like peppers or olives or spinach he’ll sarcastically put on 1 flake of spinach or 2 olives on my footlong. I knowevery store has a budget to stick to & formulas but he’s being way too overly cheap and not giving what the customer is asking for. I was going to pay for my own sandwich and meal but he insisted that my boyfriend pay for both of ours which pissed me off… He needs to chill. Also gave me burned cookies, I guess the good ones were only for display? I will NEVER be going back to this Subway, I hope Rajan sees his true colors and fires this ass hole before he gets another store complaint.

This is the new subway that I come too now. It’s way friendlier. A lot more parking. Easy to park. And bigger space inside subway. It kinda looks like one I used to go to in Los Angeles. The helpers are bilingual and make u feel welcomed. It was my first time coming to this subway on Friday and my son and I really liked it. Will be coming to this subway from now on.

Good sandwiches but if you order a platter make sure to ask for them to be ready before you plan on picking them up. I asked for my platter to be ready at 2 and when I came at 2:20 I still had to wait for them to fix them in the platter.

This review is for my boyfriend. He specifically wanted me to write a review for him because these employees obviously don’t take their job serious.
We came to this Subway because we were starving and needed food asap. We wait in line, make our orders and sit down to ‘enjoy’ our sandwiches. Mine was fine. My boyfriends came with a surprise. A disgusting HAIR strand hanging from the side of his sandwich. We nicely walk up to see if maybe we can get a FRESHLY made sanwich.
‘Well the hair wasn’t necessarily on the sandwich.’ The girl said. Are you kidding me? My boyfriend has a short fuse so we decided to leave the scene before anything crazy happened.
Bottom line, I know this is not the greatest area but c’monnnn.

Good choice for ‘fast food’ in Porter Ranch. Friendly staff and clean location. They don’t have any public restrooms which is inconvenient. Otherwise… A-​OK.

Went there for lunch on Monday, I got a foot-​long combo for $ 7.something, what a deal, I gave half to my wife. Sandwich was excellent!

5 stars for being, healthy, cheap, clean, fast, and having easy parking. The sandwiches are pretty good. If you wanna pay $ 15 for a fancy-​ER looking sandwich, go elsewhere.

Subway is subway! Whyh are people bagging?
Of course there are better places to go for a sandwich, but when you want their cold cut combo or tuna sandwich, nothing beats it for the price, and their bread is fresh and they pile up the veggies just as you want!
