I have been coming here pretty much once a month for almost as long as it has been open. Always a pleasant experience, everyone is very friendly and they all do a great job. Good price, don’t usually have to wait for long, quick but still very thorough.

First time at a Great Cuts. Went here because of Unilocal review while waiting for client. Had Mary and she listen to to what I wanted and did a very nice job. Will definitely go back to her.

If you have a toddler come see Julie. She was super sweet and friendly. I have a munchkin boy with curly hair so I wanted to keep the curls going. She asked me every step of the way if she was cutting too much and how it looked so far. I was apprehensive in the beginning since I usually drive farther to go to kid hair cut places but today they were all closed. I will now make this my place to take my little one. Thank you so much for your care and attention Julie. I will see you again!!! I was a walk in. I called in advance to see if they were busy though. No appointed needed they said. They were right. I was seen in less than 2 minutes. I was in and out in less than 30min.

Great quick but thorough cut! Exactly what I asked for (which was admittedly pretty easy — long layered cut). No wait, $ 15 and out the door! Very sweet stylist! Would go again. :)

Mahi is fabulous! came in with porous bleached dry hair, almost desperate to cut it all off when she saved the day. Mahi gave great advice for at home solutions, coconut oil daily, hot oil monthly or bio monthly, deep conditioners weekly, protein builders, etc. Not only was the advice beneficial, but my hair bounced right back after she meticulously cut off all the damage. Plus it doesn’t look like she chopped it off. She saved my hair!
I finally found this local Natomas hair salon after searching the Sacramento area for years trying to find a great cut for a great price. Look in the N (Natomas) magazine for their monthly coupons. For long hair I get a steal of a cut for $ 9! I’ve paid $ 65 for haircuts of this quality. They are awesome. I’ve used Colleen, Julie and Tony, and the whole team is great. But my go to gal is now Mahi!

First time bringing my boys here, and my first impression was ok. The stylists seemed friendly and overall it wasn’t too bad because we were in and out in about 30 minutes. I might bring my boys back.

Very nice staff. Basic hair cuts, very reasonably priced. My best recommendation is to call and ask when Julie works. :) I have seen very good cuts for men and boys in there. Large parking area.

I go there once a month and have Julie cut my curly, unruly hair. She is so precise and professional. Haven’t had anyone else cut my hair there but I see good haircuts walk out the door no matter what chair they sat in. My first local haircut was a $ 30 job at Papillon and thankfully found Julie at Great Cuts to repair the mess for almost a third of the price.
Surprised to see the that the little info window remarks that it’s not good for ‘kids’. I’ve see more little boys in there than I’ve ever seen in other salons and they do just fine. The one person who complained about poor service for her child was very surprising as I’ve seen all the barbers and stylists offer the most patience imaginable to the little guys.

Maribel did a fantastic job and in half the time as Julie and Tony! Amazing. She did a perfect job in my son’s hair and he’s incredibly picky.

if I could give zero star, I would. I went there tonight and took my two kids.
I always took my kids to cool cuts but now since they are closed, I had to take my kids to great cuts.
Julie or Judy, (I couldn’t understand her accent.) yelled at my son because he wasn’t sitting still and my son wasn’t even her customer.
before that she was arguing with her co worker regarding another customer.
«why did you take him, why you didn’t take her, etc»
It’s customer service, she should change her attitude.
Not even she didn’t say she was sorry to hurt my son’s feeling, she started yelling at me too. She had nothing to reason with but yelled and yelled. and her co worker started laughing. Crazy as it can get.
very disappointed, I am not going back again. I wouldn’t suggest you to take your kids there. You can ask someone to sit nicely and you can yell at them. she yelled at my son.

I’ve been happy every time I walked in here. Tony has to be my favorite. It’s a good haircut at an almost as good price. Check N magazine for a $ 2 or $ 3 off coupon to make it sweeter.

I was really hesitant to walk in for a haircut but once i was sitting on that chair getting a haircut done I was totally relaxed all because of «Henry» who was amazing. He was telling me what he was doing at every step. which made me feel comfortable and trust him. I got layers done and they are just perfect. Love love love them. I am going to recommend Henry to all my friends :)

I’ve been here a few times after just so-​so experiences at Hair Phases and Papillon in Natomas. For just a haircut, they aren’t bad, I especially appreciate how they are still open until 8pm on weeknights, unlike most salons which close at 6:30 or 7. It’s great for me since I work out of town and can still squeeze in a haircut. I’ve had my hair cut by Julie, Tony, and Mary — no complaints about either!

This place is an awesome find. Easy on the pockets & they do a great job. You want Julie to cut your hair. she takes her time, asks for your opinion while she’s cutting, is friendly & has a great eye for what would fit your face type.

If there is 0 star rating, I would have given it 0 star. Bad service. My wife went there to get a hair cut and she got the worst haircut she’s ever gotten in her life. No shape at all, so now she can’t even let her hair down because it just looks ridiculous. I could have done a better job myself. She asked the stylist to trim it a little so at least it wouldn’t look too bad, but the person refused to do anything about it!!! Don’t ever go there if you want a normal haircut.

This place does a pretty good job. Close to my house and not to bad priced. They are starting to get more and more used to my haircut so each time I go it gets better… Very nice interior and they have a flat screen to watch tv… Overall nice place!
